I was escorted all the way from the arrival hall by Sunil, Who also chauffeured me in a brand new comfortable Tahoe. His driving was superb. At the hotel's reception was greeted by Dovi, who took care of my reservation and made sure everything is sorted. The room is clean & comfy. I loved the bedside full room controller device. I could turn on/off all lights individually or all at once, turn on/off both ”Do Not Disturb” & ”Clean Service”, control the AC, all while being lazy in bed. However, I really have an issue with the bathroom. Firstly, the listing says there's a bathtub. However , there wasn't one. It was a walk-in shower. Secondly, that shower had a really bad floor drain & slope. The water would run over the very shallow shower floor & lip/edge/step to the entire bathroom. My solution was to roll the foot towel & place it at that edge. The training room was excellent. The snacks were great. Saniya took care of us & made sure everything was comfortable for us. I am aware that it's not the hotel's issue, but they really could find proper energy backup solutions. That 2 hours government blackout/loud shedding is no joke. Lights, AC, everything goes off except the elevators & the water luckily. I was chauffeured by Shaikhe for my airport dropoff & it was as great of an experience as the airport pickup.

Вид из окон на миллион. Очень красивый заказ. Чисто. В мини баре напитки и снейки. Завтрак супер. Далековато от Кувейта, но у них есть трансфер. Персонал вежливый, попросил позднее выселение, сделали бесплатно до 16.00. Спасибо. Номер просторный. Отель понравился

Очень комфортный отель для проживания. Разнообразный и максимально вкусный завтрак, даже суши и фобо суп подают. Но самая главная ценность отеля - персонал. Все сотрудники максимально благожелательные, при каждой возможности идут навстречу - раннее заселение, позднийвыезд, всё очень здорово и суперпрофессионально.

Breakfast is very good with wide variety . Reception are helpful and friendly .

La situation est très bonne, les chambres sont un peu vieilles, les chambres ont été oubliées de nettoyer. Sinon, le service est très bon. Le gestionnaire du front office est très engagé, très bon. Il m'a donné de nombreuses recommandations pour les excursions, restaurants, etc. Quelqu'un a fait du petit déjeuner excellent. Marcher dans la douche est-il? excellent. Je n'avais pas dîné. À l'après-midi, il y avait différents chocolats à tester. Le service de piscine est également très aimable Service à la soirée excellent et très aimable. Je peux très conseiller l'hôtel, Le centre d'entraînement est très bien équipé avec beaucoup d'appareils. J'ai aimé. Si je reviens, je réserverais l'hôtel au Koweït. Prix de la performance est très bon.
