Hôtels 5 étoiles à Quintana Roo, Mexique

When i booked this hotel, just look photos and price. I think like this expensive hotel must be excellent. But... 1. This is like 3 stars hotel. 2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay.... 4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants. 5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars. 6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):) So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night.

Standout was the unique rooms which are extremely private, spacious and beautifully designed along the lagoon. Personally I didn’t quite understand the ‘Butler’ concept and found some of the comms style a bit frustrating. The other standout was the ‘Day of the dead’ celebrations. The property was decorated beautifully and very well organised. The opportunity to also participate was great as we felt emerged in the festivities. It would have been nice if the dinner package also included the face painting. More broadly the property is set within mayakoba so you can explore the grounds including the other hotels and it was fun to explore on the bikes. The only other thing to be aware off is also this is the more premium / exclusive hotel in mayakoba it’s still geared towards families or at least there where quite a few kids around. Finally don’t have high expectations of the beach it’s tiny and there isn’t much space. If you want high end luxury visit Maroma.

Cet hôtel a été choisi en raison de son emplacement central, vous permettant de vous immerger dans les eaux du golfe du Mexique tout en profitant de la vue sur la baie des Caraïbes. Le service de l'hôtel et la nourriture sont très idéaux et fortement recommandés.

Notre séjour était beau, je ne le nierai pas. Mais il n'était pas sans quelques remises. Je suis une femme qui est tout à fait sur une piscine et était si excitée à nager dans la piscine absolument magnifique que j'ai vu dans toutes les photos en ligne. J'ai visité la semaine du 1er-7er janvier et le temps était assez chaud à environ 75 degrés par jour. Il a été très agréable de se rendre à l'hôtel de la ville, et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'autres formes de divertissement pendant la journée, sauf pour la piscine et la plage (l'eau était chaude sur la plage). Le service de la piscine est très bien placé. Ma prochaine plainte est sur la plage. Nous sommes allés à la plage qui reçoit un bon bus. Il y a eu un jour où chaque chaise était pleine et deux des cabanas de l'hôtel étaient pris en charge par des vendeurs de rues aléatoires - prenant deux places pour les invités des 100 Les clients sont des clients qui ont des clients. Ils ont été très déçus, les gars se moquaient, les gens se regardaient, et ils ne se déplaissaient pas, les gens se promenaient à la recherche de chaises. Les chambres étaient belles, tout le reste était très beau, mais pour les raisons énumérées, je ne vais pas rester à tout cela inclus, bien que vous puissiez encore profiter de tout et avoir une belle expérience dans l'ensemble. Je vous recommanderais de rester si vous n'allez pas pour la raison principale de profiter de la piscine et de la plage.

Overall, I would rate this 5/10. The resort has beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery—I'd give the environment 9/10. The pool was nice, although it extremely shallow. So you can’t swim. You just stand. There are plenty of amenities, and on paper it's an all-inclusive resort, but that doesn't mean much if the food is disappointing. The room was spacious and clean. When we first entered, it had a very strong chlorine smell, but apart from that, it was well maintained. The biggest letdown was the food. The “Italian” restaurant is a 3/10. The pizza was at best disappointing, the rest of the dishes were just average. The only ice cream shop is at best 4/10—completely bland. The pizza place had a waiting time of 30min. So I couldn’t try it. There was a moment were all places were closed. So I couldn’t have an early lunch or late breakfast. So I got some fruit (ok) and some extremely unfresh and dry burger from a bar, which I couldn’t finish. The lunch buffet was also 3/10, honestly some of the worst food I've had ever. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent (9/10) with a great variety of options. The drinks were another disappointment. They were extremely weak. Normally, one or two cocktails are enough for me, but here I needed four or five to feel anything, which made them seem heavily diluted. The staff were excellent throughout the stay—friendly, professional, and helpful. One thing that surprised me was the activities. Before going to the beach, I asked about one excursion and was told it cost $80 per person. So it seems that not every activity is included in an all-inclusive package… but charging $80 per person for a boat trip to go swimming felt excessive. For €240 per night, I expected much better food and better overall value. The beautiful grounds and good staff weren't enough to make up for the disappointing dining experience.

La chambre était très agréable, spacieuse et magnifique, avec une vue sur la Mer des Méduses depuis la fenêtre. L'hôtel propose la pension complète ; tout, sauf le restaurant buffet, nécessite une réservation. Le steak était bon, mais difficile à réserver. J'ai donné 5 $ de pourboire au réceptionniste, mais son service était tellement médiocre qu'il aurait mieux valu ne rien lui donner du tout. Mis à part cela, tout le reste était très bien.

Staying at this hotel brought mixed impressions. On one hand, the property looks new and visually appealing; on the other, there were several disappointing and controversial moments. The check-in process felt quite strange. My room upgrade request was declined in an inappropriate manner despite my Hilton Honors Gold status. Additionally, no one assisted us in locating our room, and there was no introduction to the hotel facilities- we were simply told to find all information in the app. The room itself was very noisy due to constant traffic from buses and service vehicles outside the windows. A request to change the room was declined, and the receptionist even mentioned that my Gold status meant nothing for this booking. Housekeeping also skipped our room twice, despite the sign on the door requesting service. On the positive side, the food quality was generally good, and the entertainment program was decent, though not outstanding. It was surprising that the bars did not provide a clear drinks menu of what could be ordered. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the beach, which is almost nonexistent. The highlights were the wonderful Kids’ Club staff and the generally friendly hotel personnel, although some bartenders and reception staff were less welcoming. The swimming pool is pleasant, but the hot tubs were disappointing, with noticeably dirty water. Regarding the all-inclusive restaurants, the Italian restaurant was excellent, while the Mexican restaurant was the weakest. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its modern appearance and some great staff members, but improvements in service consistency, cleanliness, communication, and beach access would significantly enhance the guest experience.

My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!

Ce complexe hôtelier est correct, étant donné qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel Hilton. C'est un hôtel tout compris, mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à des miracles. La formule tout compris n'inclut pas tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter. Il faut se concentrer sur l'essentiel ; par exemple, le restaurant de viande ne propose que des steaks de qualité moyenne, et si vous souhaitez des plats plus raffinés, il faudra payer un supplément. Cela dit, le restaurant italien est plutôt bon, nous l'avons apprécié. Si vous souhaitez déguster davantage de plats de qualité, il est conseillé de réserver dès votre arrivée. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Superbe hôtel, les restaurants sont délicieux, les restaurants asiatiques sont déroutants, restaurant italien préféré, l'hôtel propose parfois un buffet au bord de la piscine. Les installations sont super, les chambres sont grandes, réservées aux adultes, pas d'enfants, excellent séjour.
