We booked a total of 4 nights — 3 nights under one itinerary and an additional night under another. Upon arrival on our first day (around 7pm), we were assigned a lake view room (room type we booked) located right next to the reception. Unfortunately, the noise level was quite disruptive, with frequent foot traffic, people running along the corridor, and sounds coming from the reception area throughout our stay. For the final night, we switched to a different room type (as booked) — an alpine view. Despite having specifically noted that we did not prefer a corner room, and receiving confirmation from the hotel that we would not be placed in one, we were assigned the very last room at the corner. This was disappointing, especially given the prior communication. We had hoped for a more restful and accommodating stay.

Fantastic apartment - absolutely huge with a beautiful view of the lake. Really handy to have a washing machine and dryer in the room. The location was perfect.

Une famille de quatre pour deux nuits. Agréable arrangement : Nous avons cherché une chambre ensemble mais nous avons été entièrement réservés, nous avons fini de réserver deux chambres séparées. Personnel ami et utile: Après notre stationnement, le personnel nous a immédiatement donné une main d'aide pour prendre nos sacs et bagages, nous montrant au contrôle de l'affiche. Le personnel nous a amené à l'hôpital médical, qui était à quelques minutes de marche, et nous a toujours soutenus avec nos besoins. Résumé: Il vaut la peine de rester. Le personnel est très aimable et aide. Cleanliness and clean. Distance à pied à la ligne cielienne et au centre-ville. Un petit déjeuner décent.

L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier de Kevin Heights, près de l'aéroport mais à l'opposé du centre-ville de Queenstown. Conçu comme un véritable complexe hôtelier, il offre un cadre paisible, loin des zones touristiques animées. Si vous recherchez des vacances reposantes et sereines, cet hôtel est fait pour vous. L'hôtel propose de nombreux équipements, tels qu'une piscine intérieure, un restaurant et un bar avec vue sur le lac, ainsi qu'un grand parking (4 NZD par heure ou 16 NZD la journée). Le petit-déjeuner au restaurant, avec vue sur le lac, vous permettra de bien commencer la journée avant de partir à l'aventure. Au bord du lac, vous pourrez vous promener à votre guise ou réserver un bateau-taxi à la réception pour rejoindre le centre-ville de Queenstown. Vous pourrez également vous offrir une croisière sur le lac Wakatipu.

I'd say the lake view with ”The Remarkable” backgroundfrom the room is definitely worth the money. Staff are generally friendly but the cleanliness and wear&tear has quite some room for improvement in order to claim themselves a 5-star hotel. Overall, I'm pleased with the stay, the location is considered convenient if you drive as it's only takes 5 minutes drive to downtown.

Such a lovely stay with my partner, all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Such a nice place to stay, rooms were so clean and beyond beautiful!

這是我迫不及待想要寫點評的酒店。位置靠近皇后鎮植物園，在市中心圈外，可為鬧中取靜。特別贊一下酒店的設施和服務：首先我提前電話告知行程，沒成想居然安排我提前入住，對我衹安排一天皇后鎮行程而言，增加了我遊玩的時間；其次房間又大又漂亮而且味道好聞；酒店不僅提供免費的小吃飲料，Nespresso咖啡機，三角茶包，連牛奶都免費提供，而且是我在新西蘭酒店中唯一一家提供牙刷和牙膏的酒店；電視頻道也各種齊全，可以看網飛，就説贊不讚；一個小陽台望出去就是櫻花和鎮上的夜景，就説值不值；happyhour提供酒；特別特別是前台，熱情、微笑，給我的感覺就是很舒心。二刷我會選擇在皇后鎮這家酒店多住幾晚，這樣可以把周邊小鎮都轉轉。I’m not good at translating above into English, but I do hope this hotel could keep providing superb and hospitalized facilities and I want to thank the staffs for their kindly and warmly permanence!

There was no concierge or staff assistance when we arrived, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard. When I later requested a late check-out by just one hour (until 12:00), I was told it was not possible because a group was arriving. However, when we returned to the hotel at 16:55 to pick up our car, we saw that the group had only just arrived. Refusing a one-hour late check-out, especially when traveling with a child, was extremely disappointing — and seeing the actual arrival time of the group made the explanation feel insincere. Overall, the lack of hospitality and the way guests are treated do not reflect the level of service we expected.
