It was extremely frustrating to arrive at the hotel on a cold, rainy night only to find no staff at the front desk—I waited outside for half an hour. To make matters worse, the old-fashioned facilities made handling luggage quite inconvenient.

L'hôtel propose de nombreux équipements, tels qu'une piscine intérieure, un restaurant et un bar avec vue sur le lac, ainsi qu'un grand parking (4 NZD par heure ou 16 NZD la journée). Le petit-déjeuner au restaurant, avec vue sur le lac, vous permettra de bien commencer la journée avant de partir à l'aventure. Au bord du lac, vous pourrez vous promener à votre guise ou réserver un bateau-taxi à la réception pour rejoindre le centre-ville de Queenstown. Vous pourrez également vous offrir une croisière sur le lac Wakatipu.

Very new and modern appartments in city centre. Bedrooms are spacious, clean tidy. Will stay again when come next time.

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

I'd say the lake view with ”The Remarkable” backgroundfrom the room is definitely worth the money. Staff are generally friendly but the cleanliness and wear&tear has quite some room for improvement in order to claim themselves a 5-star hotel. Overall, I'm pleased with the stay, the location is considered convenient if you drive as it's only takes 5 minutes drive to downtown.

Globalement, la location, le service et les installations sont très bonnes. mais le prix est un peu sur le côté coûteux. Le petit-déjeuner buffet à l'hôtel avec des choix limités qui ne peuvent pas comparer avec le même type d'hôtels de catégorie en Asie .... ne peut pas attendre trop. Vous pouvez envisager de réserver une chambre à la place. Si le service et l'attention au café (au cours du petit déjeuner) peuvent être améliorés, il sera beaucoup mieux.

A lovely place to stay, the location is strategically located near to the centre. The famous Fergburger is less than 5 minutes walk. Parking is limited but you can try and ask for a reservation at the hotel. The room itself was spacious, comfortable bed and big room. Breakfast was simple but still very good. Enough amenities and everything is provided including complimentary snacks and drinks. Happy hour is 5-6pm at their common room.

Fantastic apartment - absolutely huge with a beautiful view of the lake. Really handy to have a washing machine and dryer in the room. The location was perfect.
