From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe. There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. Le service était excellent, le transport était bien organisé et bien organisé. Le personnel et l'équipage étaient très confortables, polis et attentifs tout au long de notre séjour. J'ai apprécié la qualité de tous, certains de l'équipage ont même aidé à prendre nos photos, ce qui a fait l'expérience plus mémorable. Je donne 4 étoiles pour la propreté parce que j'ai remarqué qu'il y avait un nid d'oiseaux dans la maison de Samal, et il y avait des moments où les oiseaux étaient présents dans la région. En général, il était encore un séjour merveilleux et relaxant, et kudos à l'ensemble de l'équipe pour leur hospitalité et un excellent service client.
