The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

J'écris cette critique avec toute ma gratitude ! Le meilleur hôtel de ma vie, je suppose qu’il ne sera plus jamais surpassé ! Le plan initial était de rester 2 jours, mais ma femme s'est foulée la cheville et est restée ici pendant 12 jours. Il y a des fauteuils roulants, des seaux à glace, de somptueux petits déjeuners et diverses options de dîner. La chambre de 63 mètres carrés permet à ma femme de récupérer sans quitter la maison. Nous avons sauvé notre voyage en Amérique du Sud! ! !

Le personnel n'était pas très aimable mais le lit et la douche étaient super. Je suis un peu déçu que le minibar dans la chambre soit vide/indisponible. J'aimerais que la viande cuite soit disponible pour le petit déjeuner comme vous l'attendait d'un Hilton. Le service de l'aéroport était très bon. Pour l'argent, il est plus décent que le Wyndham que j'ai séjourné la dernière fois à Bogota.

Great location. Breakfast was ok at best, and they were very strict about only offering one hot drink and one water/juice. You had to pay if you wanted a second coffee. No continental offering either. I also had to pay extra to have a side of bacon with french toast. Tried the local breakfast offerings the next day and also not great. On service, they knew the room was for two people but only provided one coffee cup and one glass. The second day they didn’t replace the bath towel. We used the laundry service which was quite slow compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Columbia, but fine apart from being slow. We stayed on the mezzanine level in a queen superior room, the bed was comfy but there was intermittent music blasting from somewhere and the view was of another building so not great. I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at Click Clack (which was fantastic in Medellin) or the four seasons.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

L'hôtel est le plus satisfaisant en matière de sécurité. La rue à la porte de l'hôtel est directement à la place Bolivar, à l'autre de la rue est un bar à la route, ce n'est que la porte de l'hôtel, il n'y a pas de bar à la place, il n'y a pas de vendeur d'artistes, il n'y a pas de sans-abri. Il y a des policiers autour de la chaussure et de la chauss Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est bon, il y a de l'eau chaude et un bon climat dans le jardin marqué par les colonies. Le seul défaut est que les installations sont vieilles. Décoration de style vieille. Les prix de la maison sont peu élevés (en permanence pendant 3 nuits, plus de 800 dollars par nuit).

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, dans la vieille ville, à 20 minutes à pied des principales attractions. La chambre est très hygiénique. Le service à la réception est très bon. Le petit déjeuner est relativement simple, mais il a bon goût.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

Well located international hotel offering spacious, comfortable rooms. Rooms are very quiet despite the hotel's proximity to the busy 7th Avenue. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful with any requests. Breakfast is substantial with a good selection of hot and cold, western and local dishes - and plenty of Colombian fresh fruits, juices and coffee. Occasionally, some items were not always quickly replenished but overall the service was efficient and the staff again very helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money, taking into account the hotel standard and location
