The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around. 2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity.

L'hôtel est superbement équipé et donne l'impression d'avoir été récemment rénové. Le service est aimable et attentionné, et je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Le seul point sur lequel je ne suis pas d'accord concerne les commentaires sur le « très bon petit-déjeuner » : le choix de muesli et de garnitures est limité, certains petits pains étaient durs comme de la pierre (immangeables), la salade de fruits était médiocre, les galettes de pommes de terre n'étaient pas bonnes, etc. Bien sûr, le petit-déjeuner présente aussi des aspects très positifs : utilisation minimale de plastique, ciboulette fraîche avec les œufs, etc.

Der Gastronomiebereich sowie der Wellnessbereich sind gut bis sehr gut. Zimmer Rezeptionspersonal sowie Housekeeping sind Verbesserungsfähig Unser bezahltes Zimmer in der 8- 10 Etage haben wir trotz Reklamation nicht erhalten. Auch eine Entschädigung für den Mehrpreis bekamen wir nicht. Lt. eigenen Vorgaben Abgaben des Hauses war unsere Etage Haustierfrei. Trotzdem ”begrüßte” mich beim Verlassen meines Zimmers ein freilaufender Hund. Traurig wenn ein Haus wie das Maritim sich nicht an Ihre eigenen aufgelegten Standards hält. Das Housekeeping-personal gibt Schäden ( hier: sehr loser WC Sitz ) nicht an die Rezeption/ Haustechnik weitergibt und der Gast um Beseitigung der Mängel diese Aufgabe übernehmen muss. Von einem Haus aus der Kette Maritim Hotels hätten wir das nicht erwartet. Ein erneuter Besuch in einem Haus der Maritimkette ist daher nur nach genauer Prüfung und entsprechender Dokumentation (Ausdrucke des Angebotes) der Buchung denkbar.

The mention of private parking was very misleading, had to cut the stay short because of this, and had to park at the nearby park house that had problems all on its own. Front desk reception a tad bit rude and unaccomodating.

Nice holiday home type hotel. Good pool, sauna, steam room. Decent breakfast. On the south of the island so a bit of a drive into the main town. Basic rooms/houses. Generally helpful staff with some odd behaviour: staff member came into the sauna and added so much water it became too hot so everyone had to leave!

I love Kiel Steigenberger Hotel! All fits perfectly, parking, breakfast (by far the best in Kiel), Room and Service. Been here many times. You can reach out by walk everything. Take the bigger rooms, like them more. Was there with Kids, and the spare sofa bed was also really high quality, not some cheap stuff.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Servicepersonal. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bietet teilweise noch Charme vergangener Jahrzehnte. Das Frühstück wird in einem sehr schönen Saal angeboten mit Blick auf den See, ein tolles Ambiente. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Sicherheit zu empfehlen!

Maritim, un nom connu dans le monde entier! cette très belle à l'eau, mais l'hôtel pour sûr a besoin de rénovation des chambres. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et aussi une belle piscine à l'intérieur. la pire partie était u obtenir une chambre, avec une cuisine, mais tout est manquant dans la cuisine.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Frühstücksbuffet gebucht. Das Buffet war sehr umfangreich und für jeden Geschmak war etwas dabei, sehr lecker. Leider konnte das Personal nicht immer deutsch. Dies ist dann wohl auf den Fachkräftemangel zurück zuführen. Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet mit Balkon. Nachts ist ein Dämmerlich angegangen, wenn man aufgestanden ist. Das Bad war sauber. Die Größe und Einrichtung angemessen. Wir haben beschlossen das Hotel ein weiteres Mal zu buchen.
