I had a good stay at Pullman Liverpool. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere and comfort made it an enjoyable experience. The only downside was that the dental kit provided was expired, which was disappointing and something that should be checked more carefully. Aside from that, everything else was great and I had a pleasant stay.

My Two-Night Stay at Phoenix Hotel Liverpool: Central City Experience Just wrapped up a fantastic two-night stay at Phoenix Hotel Liverpool and wanted to share my thoughts! At £126.90 plus a small £4.80 property fee, it offered excellent value for a city center experience. The location at 46-48 Foley Street puts you right in the heart of Liverpool, which was perfect for my mini-break. Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep! I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.

La chambre était très propre et très propre et il était un vrai traitement pour avoir un bain disponible. Le lit était doux et très confortable, ce qui la rend facile à se détendre. J'ai aussi choisi de payer pour le petit déjeuner, et il était bien de la valeur de la chose et tout était magnifique. Je resterais certainement à nouveau.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec beaucoup de choix. J'ai trouvé un mouchoir et une cuillère dans notre chambre, mais comme nous avons check-in tard, nous n'avons pas allé nous plaindre.

Bel hôtel avec de grandes chambres. J'étais en première ligne et la musique et les gens qui profitaient d'une soirée dans les bars voisins étaient bruyants jusqu'à 4 ou 5 heures du matin… Heureusement, j'ai pu dormir, mais ce n'était pas idéal pour un dormeur léger.

The Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport was clean throughout, very comfortable bedrooms (We had a double bed in one room 003 and 2 doubles in another 049). Staff were very friendly and helpful.  Food: We had food in the restaurant area on the first night. 2 of us opted for the tuna and one for the ribeye steak. The steak was beautiful. The tuna had to go back for extra cooking as they were both still swimming. Apparently there was an ‘agency chef’ in the kitchen. Tuna was very tasty when we got it back.  We would all definitely stay again the next time we visit Liverpool. 

Excellent location and a very spacious room. Theres a gym too. The service provided by the lady who checked us in was bad. She didn’t brief us on anything at all. Just processed it. Later that day, we sat at the cafe and noticed another Recep lady briefing a couple she was helping to check in. Talking about the gym, laundry area, nearest Tesco etc. On the first day at about 6 pm, I noticed my room was still cold and called the Recep. Unfortunately the same lady who checked me in earlier answered the phone. She just gave vague directions on how to on the aircon and I told her I already did that for hours and adjusted the temp to 26 but it was still freezing cold. She didn’t bother to help further even when I called two more time. Later at about 1 am, I woke up freezing cold and called the Recep. This time a guy answered and readily said he will come and check the air con for me when I told him the earlier gal didn’t help at all. When he came up, he realised that the aircon was on AC and not heating mode. And reset it for me. Thank God for him. Learnt from my phone that the temp was 4 deg that night due to some cold front and rain. I had suffered 6.7 hours of freezing cold because of the laziness of the other lady earlier. Not happy about it. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of service staff.

Le séjour de deux nuits à Hope Street Hotel, dans la chambre G02, n'était pas moins délicieux. La véritable clé manuelle, la disposition spacieuse et les planchers en bois ont créé une atmosphère accueillante et domestique. L'accent était sans aucun doute le bain libre avec son vue sur la rue Hope, qui a été fêtement éclairée; c'était un tel traitement pour se détendre et regarder le monde passer par que j'ai heureusement annulé ma réservation de spa. J'avais d'abord eu peur que la position centrale soit bruyante, mais j'ai dormi de façon agréable tout au long de la journée. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Conseils & #160;: • Ajouter quelques lumières de thé à batterie a fait sentir la salle de bains confortable, car l'éclairage est assez minime. • Les pillows, tout en étant luxueux, étaient sur le côté moindre. • Il peut avoir un touche de froid la nuit, donc le chauffage jusqu'à 26 degrés garde les choses confortables.

The service was excellent, the breakfast was plentiful, and the room was clean. The hotel arranged for us to stay on a high floor with views of Liverpool city center and the sea. This is my second time staying at this hotel.

The hotel & bar was great, we had a side room with a joining door, you could hear everything from the next door guests which you felt you had no privacy also we heard alot of noise from 6am every morning, road sweepers , rubbish Lorrie’s, glass collections etc… and the ballards made a warning announcement when vehicles going in and out so ask for an inside room if your a light sleeper, don’t waste your money with the restaurant very disappointed, empty restaurant to be refused an evening meal at 7.30pm told to go back later, breakfast terrible we arrived in with plenty of time of the opening hours, but staff could not be any ruder, they just wanted to be finished which was very off putting & made you feel uncomfortable, turning toaster off 15 mins before closure, food standard very poor & very poor availability of fresh cooked food, We stayed 3 nights and after our experience of breakfast & evening meal, I cancelled the breakfast for the next 2 mornings, plenty of great places to eat around.
