Hôtels 4 étoiles à somerset, Royaume-Uni

L'hôtel est dans une grande position. Le personnel était ami et utile. La chambre était comme décrit et est propre et confortable. Les négatifs sont que le parc de voiture est en fait un parc public et non partie de l'hôtel, mais n'était pas un grand problème pour moi. Il y a eu beaucoup de marche pour aller à la salle de l'ascenseur et des escaliers.

The hotel is situated on a beautiful road with amazing buildings surrounding it. It is pretty much a stone’s throw away from where all of the shops, bars, and cafes are. The staff are extremely friendly, always smiling as they greet you. They act professionally and even give you ideas and suggestions for tours. The room we had wonderfully tall walls and high ceiling, however, the carpet for the floor hurt our feet to walk on, so I would suggest taking slippers (we did not take any unfortunately). All in all, it was a great place to stay with a delicious breakfast the morning after. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location for exploring Bath. It's about a 10-minute walk into the centre of Bath, although the walk back up the hill does take its toll on your legs after a few days! That said, it's perfectly manageable, and we chose to walk rather than take transport. There is also a bus, which costs around £4 per person, or an Uber is approximately £7.90. The room was clean and a good size. We chose a room with a patio, which was perfect on a hot day as you could open the doors and let some fresh air in. I would recommend trying to include breakfast when booking, as otherwise it's an extra £20 per person. The breakfast was very enjoyable. We had the full English and Eggs Royale, with the option to help yourself to toast, yoghurt, fruit and other items. The croissant was amazing! The young waitress who served us was also very polite, friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Parking was £15 per night, which we thought was very reasonable for Bath. I would recommend arriving early to make sure you get a space, as parking is limited. We arrived at around 1pm and there were plenty of spaces available. We were also able to leave our car there from arrival and then check in later that evening at around 8pm, which was really convenient. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly both on arrival and when we checked out, which made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It's a great base for exploring Bath, with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good value parking.

The location was amazing and easy by walking in town, meet the hotel standards on cleanliness, service and location. staff is very friendly with smile especially on the breakfast time, they are really helpful. However I have booked for 2 nights with the city view queen bed room, but It’s no city view at all. Also, this room is on the upper ground floor and nearby the storage cleaning room is not the good idea for customer especially on the early morning time. The problem is the room always has a terrible noise all the time which make me terrible and can’t sleep well when I am being on the room. I have requested the room which away from elevators and good view before booking but not get anything at all.

The room got upgraded to a bigger room. There was both a bath and a shower. There was a fridge too. There was hardly any noise from the road outside. The bedroom doors opening and closing were very noisy. The gym was standard for a hotel. The pool was open until 10, with a need to reserve a slot - no issues found with this. The steam room was undergoing renovation, but the sauna was available. The TV worked fine, but it's not one where you can cast to it. The air con worked fine.

Je suis ravi de la maison Charlton, c'était vraiment élégant. La façon dont elle a été élégante est vraiment inhabituelle. Cela vous fait sentir dans un monde fantastique avec les petits couloirs et les petits noeuds et cranies élégants. Pour moi, il me convient le compte, il a fait le travail que j'avais besoin, mais je comprends pour ceux qui ne le reçoivent pas sur une offre et payent beaucoup d'argent pour rester là. Je comprends comment ils pourraient dire qu'il est un peu sale un peu fatigué et qu'il a besoin d'un peu de TLC Il y a un homme très gentil qui courait autour de tout faire très bien et le reste du personnel était caché derrière les portes ou juste pas là. Je ne suis pas sûr. Il y avait du personnel présent dans le spa et ils étaient beaux et aidants et gentils. La chambre était magnifique et belle et confortable, et assez propre, bien que tattée dans des endroits. Le petit déjeuner était très basique, mais je n'avais pas d'extrême attentes, et je ne suis pas vraiment un petit déjeuner, donc encore une fois il ne peut pas faire la boîte de billets pour les autres mais il a fait le travail pour moi.

The hotel is attractive and full of charm, with a pleasant aspect facing the church, however, the surrounding area of Bridgwater is rather run down.  Staff were very efficient and checked us in quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the restaurant as it was closed due to it being Father's Day. Our room was ok, and had a large bathroom with both shower and separate bath. There was plenty of hot water available, but aware that it was almost scalding when allowed to run without cold added. The bed was comfortable and the room well equipped with tea facilities, ironing board and iron and hair dryer. Due to the age of the building, there was a lot of noise from residents walking around in the rooms above ours, but it wasn't too obtrusive. Breakfast was very good with a choice of full English or continental and my gluten allergy was catered for.  If you  need to stay in Bridgwater, then I would recommend The Old Vicarage, but we would probably look in the villages further out of the town in future.

Le centre-ville est situé dans le centre-ville, à proximité de la station, des magasins et des attractions. Il semblerait utile d'avoir des informations sur ce qui se trouve dans le paquet d'informations de l'appartement. Il y a un bruit de la rue pour l'appartement 7, partiellement de livraisons précoces à Thermae Spa qui est directement opposée, et aussi de personnes qui se promenent par les passages échoïques de la nuit. Nous avons été habitués à cela à la fin de notre séjour, mais les somneurs légers pourraient préférer l'un des appartements à l'intérieur.

Il s'agit d'un hôtel de villégiature construit dans une ancienne maison. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de chambres et très peu de clients asiatiques. Très calme et confortable. L'hôtel se trouve à 8 ou 9 minutes en voiture de la ville principale de Bath. Très pratique. J'ai également essayé le dîner et le petit-déjeuner, les deux étaient bons. A recommander. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très serviable et c'était un endroit parfait pour se détendre.

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres, les deux étaient magnifiques! Nous aimé les touches supplémentaires qui nous ont fait sentir si bienvenus ici. La situation est fantastique- proche de la ville. Seul l'influence serait le flush de toilette, sauf que nous avions un séjour fab. Merci!
