Hotel is in a really good condition, good service, hospitable staff. Food was delicious but pastry needs to be improved. I really liked the pepper mint smell of soap, washing gel and shampoo!! Wanna buy myself one

I stayed here as a solo traveler and was really impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a beautiful view. I love that all rooms are non-smoking. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the smart TV let me watch Netflix and YouTube with ease. The location is also great, close to the BSD area. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour la nuit car j'avais un vol tôt le matin. Excellent emplacement. À quelques pas de l'aéroport, propre et sécurisé. Pas de téléphone, mais un iPad était disponible pour le remplacer. Malheureusement, il ne fonctionnait pas, impossible de le faire glisser. Il fallait se connecter à la télévision, donc impossible de la regarder. Pas de manuel d'utilisation. Mais c'est un hôtel propre et sécurisé, confortable pour une nuit.

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

From my POV good hotels but not great. A bit noisy from other rooms, perhaps the walls are a bit thin. Breakfast was so-so and needed some improvements. The room I can't say is clean, because I found some small pieces of black tiny dirt. The pool is too small for over 100 rooms. Well overall it was okay.

Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, j'ai beaucoup aimé la soupe claire au poulet et il y avait beaucoup de sauces chili spéciales. J'ai accidentellement perdu mon élastique à cheveux et le personnel de service a osé me chasser et me le donner. C'était vraiment attentionné. L'hôtel propose une navette aéroport, le chauffeur est sympathique et professionnel

L' hôtel dispose de 5 minutes en voiture et offre un service gratuit au Centre d' exposition . Le personnel est amical et utile

Note: Keep in mind this is an airport hotel. I generally stay 2-times per year since opening based on convenience. It works well as a 3-Star hotel. The room last night showing wear, especially the bathroom. Bedding is good, towels are great, electric outlets good and convenient, everything good for overnite airports stay. Restaurant is open at 2:00AM has good spread of food items however the freshest probably between 2 - 5:00AM, but again it’s a big spread of items. The service at the restaurant is very good and very friendly. All in all service and friendliness is very good throughout

Le service était excellent. Vous pouvez les ajouter sur WeChat pour la prise en charge et le retour à l'aéroport. Nous sommes arrivés vers 2 h du matin et le passage en douane s'est déroulé sans problème. En sortant de l'aéroport, tournez à droite et entrez dans le hall Ouest. Vous verrez le chauffeur venir nous chercher. L'aéroport n'est qu'à dix minutes à pied. L'hôtel est comparable aux hôtels Four Seasons en Chine. Le séjour a été très confortable. Les produits de toilette étaient complets et de bonne qualité. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Jakarta.

Slight inconvenience during check in. Receptionist passed id card to her colleague for photocopying then totally forgot to return it. On the third day got whatsapp message ”when do you plan to take it?” , instead of writing ”tried to contact you but failed, when will be the convenience time to return in to you?” But then the most surprising thing is that when we met the same receptionist that welcome us, she gave the id card while abrubtly say ”please let me take your photo” and pointed the camera to my face. Without any time to answer, she just take the photo without permission. What is the point of asking when you already snap the pic? Who's at fault so that the right owner of the id need to be taken photo of? Manners certainly needs to be upgradedl. apart from that everything is fine.
