A very nice and convenient hotel. About 8 min walk from sendai main station. The hotel entrance along the road can bit a bit of challenge to find but just keep a eye on it. The room is large and spacious by japanese standard. I did not try the breakfast but they provide free starbuck coffee at lounge from 1400 to 2200hrs. Would be good if they can change that hrs to morning onwards. They provide two type of pillows, one hard and one soft..which is good. Thanks for hosting me

Exceeded Expectations – Perfect for Business Travel I stayed at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Sendai Nishiguchi PREMIER on May 3, 2026, for a quick business trip. I was thoroughly impressed by the overall quality of the experience. Why I Recommend It: Flawless Experience: I rated every category—Location, Cleanliness, Service, and Facilities—a perfect 5 out of 5. Ideal Room Setup: The Moderate Double Room was clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable space to rest and work. It was specifically a non-smoking room, which was appreciated for its fresh atmosphere. Great for Professionals: As a business traveler, the hotel’s location and efficiency made my logistics effortless. The ”PREMIER” branding truly reflects the higher standard of service and amenities offered here. If you are visiting Sendai and need a reliable, high-quality hotel, this is an excellent choice.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The spacious environment made the stay very comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, featuring a rainfall shower and a separate wet and dry area for added convenience. The extra-large double bed came with four pillow options, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the room provided a hairdryer, straightener, and curling iron, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and friendly, making the overall experience even more pleasant.

A very comfortable stay. The hotel is close to Sendai Station and there are several carparks nearby. It was also very convenient to have a FamilyMart next to the lobby on the ground floor. The laundry area is quite small and would have been nicer if there were more machines available. The dryer was unfortunately not very efficient. Service was great and the hotel was very clean. Rooms were of a good size. Would return.

Check-in and check-out was really easy. Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.  Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.  Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

J'ai passé deux nuits à l'hôtel, du 16 au 18 avril. L'hôtel se trouve à environ 400 mètres de la gare de Sendai. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai entendu une belle musique. À mon arrivée, j'ai entendu une douce flûte, jouée par de vraies personnes ! L'hôtel est propre et dispose d'une grande salle de bain très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est unique, et un magnifique artiste de flûte est à l'honneur, un véritable spectacle émouvant. Le magnifique parc Ryuoka se trouve à proximité. C'est un hôtel que je recommande vivement pour un séjour à Sendai et qui mérite d'être réitéré.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

The ryokan location is excellent. My room has a huge picture window facing east. I can see the famous bay with its many islands, including the Fukuura island (福浦𡷊), in the morning with wonderful sun rise view. The Japanese breakfasts were excellent especially the one on our second day… fresh grilled fish, etc.. The Kaiseki dinners for both nights were wonderful with fresh grilled fish and high grade wagyu beef plus oyster cooked to perfection. The Onsens on the other hand are just Okay. However with the view of Fukuura island and its red bridge … nice.

L'hôtel est nouveau et la chambre est assez bonne pour un seul ou un couple, situé à une distance de marche de la station Sendai. Baignoire publique disponible. Lave-linge/sèche-linge disponible. Le petit déjeuner est bon et dispose de différents types de nourriture.
