Hôtels 4 étoiles à District fédéral, Mexique

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.

To get to the hotel in T1 you need to go to gate 8 and go up the escalator. Although it says Radisson (or other hotel chain) it actually takes you to this hotel. By the time I arrived to Mexico City, the internal transfer train from T2 to T1 wasn't working (it is currently under maintenance). I am not sure if the hotel has a shuttle bus but at the airport they indicated me to take the ”red bus”; it charges 25MXN per person but then I learned there was another bus next to it that takes you for free to T1. The room itself was fine, although it had certain Indian smell, not sure if from previous guest or the lotion they have by the sink. I spent only one night there due to late arrival and early next day flight. Although I checked out very early, they managed to prepare the breakfast for me. The chicken sandwich was a blessing in my next flight. 2 things that were not so great: One of the 2 elevators to get to the lobby from the airport were not working properly, aways getting stuck at the lobby floor. In the room, the curtain was not closing entirely, and the bright white light of the airport was easily entering in the room (I am not sensitive to light to sleep but some people may). I would recommend this hotel if you were just sleeping over for the night. There is nothing touristic around, but the airport offers you plenty of food options nearby the hotel.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable. Todo estuvo en orden: las instalaciones limpias, la atención en recepción fue amable y el proceso de check-in y check-out fue rápido y sin inconvenientes. En general, una experiencia muy buena.

Beautiful hotel, great location, but unfortunately, the noise makes it extremely difficult to recommend staying here. The music from the rooftop bar starts getting louder around 6 PM and continues until approximately 2 AM, and it seems to get progressively louder throughout the night. It was genuinely impossible to relax or sleep in our room. We were even given earplugs, but they did very little to help. If you plan to be out until 2 AM every night, you may not notice it. But if you are looking for a relaxing hotel where you can come back, unwind, and get a good night’s sleep, this is honestly a terrible experience. We also booked a Deluxe King room but were put in a Queen room for our first night. We were not able to get into the correct room category that we booked until after 5PM the following day because the Deluxe King room was ”not yet clean.” No upgrade or compensation was given for this mistake. It’s a shame because the property is beautiful but a hotel room that you cannot reasonably sleep or relax. I would strongly recommend asking about the noise before booking.

Séjour exceptionnel à l'ULIV Mexico City Mon séjour à l'ULIV Mexico City a été tout simplement exceptionnel ! Dès mon arrivée, le personnel s'est surpassé pour me faire sentir comme chez moi. Ils étaient incroyablement sympathiques, disponibles et toujours prêts à répondre à la moindre demande ou question. Les chambres étaient modernes, impeccables et conçues avec goût, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. L'emplacement était également idéal, permettant un accès facile aux meilleures attractions, restaurants et sites culturels de Mexico. Ce qui m'a vraiment marqué, cependant, c'est le niveau d'attention personnalisée de l'équipe. Qu'il s'agisse de conseils avisés, de s'assurer que tout était parfait dans la chambre ou simplement de m'accueillir avec un sourire chaleureux, leur hospitalité a fait toute la différence. Je recommande vivement l'ULIV Mexico City. Il est clair que le bien-être des clients est leur priorité, et je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour !

El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones muy buenas. Sin embargo, la habitación en la que estuve era muy pequeña. Si planeas estar trabajando en tu habitación no lo recomendaría. De ahí en fuera, la ubicación es excelente.

Everything was fine though the shower was from iceberg cold to barely warm, no where near hot. A hot shower is one of the more important details for a hotel room, especutan executive hotel. I took a shower around 10 pm, and another at 4:45 am and both showers were at the same cool temperature despite the water temperature being at the hottest faucet setting. The bed was comfortable, the air temperature was exactly what we wanted, the little coffee packet was fine, the mini fridge was cold, the water pressure was good, the Internet was fast enough, and the TV screen was large(60”?). There were plenty of things that were good, but we really wanted and expected a hot shower, especially given the price of the room. (Room 105) We didn't have time to mention the water temperature as we were on a tight travel schedule. Nonetheless, a hot shower is an obvious expectation for an executive hotel or even lower end hotels and motels.

We really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

Un hébergement moderne dans une grande zone pour explorer la ville du Mexique pendant une journée ou deux. Il n'y a pas un hôtel si bien que le service est totalement différent de ce que vous auriez dû attendre pour la propreté et? les équipements.. Mais il est tout à fait OK pour un bon sommeil nocturne et un endroit confortable, sûr et agréable pour rester. Si vous voulez que vous ayez payPal un peu d'attention aux détails, par exemple dans trio.com? app il dit que la chambre avait un balcon? et quand nous sommes arrivés, nous n'avions même pas de fenêtres. Exhausté d'un long voyage, nous ne voulions pas causer des problèmes, mais cela aurait pu être préconisé plus tôt. Nous étions deux personnes mais n'avions qu'une serviette à main, de sorte qu'il était un désavantage qui aurait probablement pu être évité par la gestion payer une plus grande attention aux réservations. Total OK séjour pour une arrêt de nuit dans la ville du Mexique. Distance à pied vers les restaurants et belle zone de Polanco jour de nuit.

Il est situé sur les rues principales de la réforme. Je pense que la position est relativement sûre. L'apparence de l'immeuble est un graphique de la mort sur le mur, un peu étrange. L'intérieur du hall est très mode.Contrairement à un graphique étrange, tous les employés sont très gentils et heureux d'aider. La chambre est très vieille, mais très propre. Pas de réfrigérateur ou de dentiste. Je ne sais pas comment utiliser la boîte à miniatures. Compte tenu de la sécurité, je pense que le Cospa est un bon hôtel.
