The room was fine, though it was dusty and there were old toothpaste stains in the bathroom. However, that is nothing compared to the major safety and privacy violation we experienced. The service and management were completely unacceptable. Our room's mini fridge was broken. We called maintenance, but after waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up. Since we had a strict dinner reservation, we had to leave, keeping our 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) sign clearly displayed on the door.Later, the staff called us saying they were at our room. I explicitly asked them to wait 3 minutes for us to return. Instead, they entered our room without permission while the DND sign was up and changed the fridge. This is a severe breach of privacy and security. If anything goes missing from our room, who is going to take responsibility? Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Le vent de ventilation de toilettes est poussié et la chute de poussières a parfois tombé sur nous ou sur le lavabo. 6. Le fer fourni n'est pas sûr pour être utilisé comme les fils sont exposés, ce qui est un danger de sécurité (voir tableau). 7. La télévision était fournie mais pas disponible comme il montre toujours «Aucun signal » (voir tableau). 8. «House Rules» indique «No eating and drinking in the room» mais the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/tools and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. Dans la chambre, il y a cette chose qui est directement au-dessus du lit. Nous resterons ici en raison de la localisation et de la spacieuse chambre.

The checkin super easy , in the same apt complex just different tower. The instructions from host for check in and parking very clear. Apartment is great for young kids with slide and play area. Beds are comfortable. Master bedroom is spacious. Kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. The apt is less 5 min drive to legoland. There's red ants issue in one of the bedrooms but the service came quickly to get rid of it and changed the bedding. Occasionally the toilet smells of sewage which i think need to be solved by the building maintainance. Just these 2 issues that should be looked into by NEST home to make the place perfect.

Overall, the stay had both positive and negative experiences. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who was friendly, polite, and greeted us with a genuine smile, making check-in a pleasant experience. Shortly after entering the room, we noticed that the entrance light was not working. After calling the front desk, the maintenance staff responded promptly and replaced the light quickly, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The shower water flow was inconsistent, with periods of no water followed by a weak flow of cold water, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The biggest concern was the loud compressor noise from the rooftop, which continued throughout the night and made it very difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. In addition, both bath towels had a strong mouldy smell and did not seem properly cleaned, which was disappointing and fell below basic hygiene expectations. While the service from the front desk and maintenance team was commendable, the room maintenance, facilities, and housekeeping require significant improvement to provide a more comfortable guest experience.

I had a one night stay here from 27 to 28 August 2026. Overall, the stay was fine, with several positive aspects, although there are also some areas that could be improved. Firstly, the hotel is very conveniently located and directly connected to The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. This makes it very convenient for shopping, as you can easily return to your room to put down your purchases before heading back to the mall. The service was also good overall, and the staff I encountered were polite and helpful. I also felt safe during my stay as there were quite a number of security guards stationed around the hotel, which gave me a good sense of security. The hotel facilities are generally fine, although I hope the operating hours can be extended. The gym currently operates from 7am to 11pm, while the swimming pool operates from 7am to 7pm. It would be great if the gym could operate 24 hours and the swimming pool could remain open later. The rooftop swimming pool offers a decent view. However, the pool, especially the baby pool, was quite dirty during my visit. There was visible sand and debris on the floor of the pool, which could be cleaned more regularly. The gym was unfortunately quite disappointing. When I visited, both treadmills were not working. In addition, all of the cardio machines were not connected to the electrical outlets, which made them basically unusable. I hope the hotel can improve the maintenance of the gym equipment and ensure that all machines are functional for guests. The room itself was generally fine, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The shower water pressure was a little weak, and even after adjusting the shower to a warmer temperature, the water remained cold. The window in my room was also very dirty, which affected the view from the room. It would be better if the hotel could check the water pressure and hot water system, as well as ensure that the room windows are cleaned more regularly. On a positive note, there is a water dispenser located at both ends of each floor, which makes it convenient for guests to refill their drinking water. Each guest is also provided with two complimentary welcome drinks that can be redeemed at the rooftop view bar and lounge, which is a nice addition to the stay. Lastly, the breakfast buffet selection was quite limited, particularly in terms of fried options. I also noticed that some of the plates and bowls were not properly cleaned, which could definitely be improved. Overall, the hotel has an excellent and convenient location, polite staff, a good sense of security, and decent facilities. However, improvements in cleanliness, facility maintenance, operating hours, shower facilities, and breakfast variety would make the overall experience much better.

I loved this place! The breakfast buffet was awesome, and all the food tasted delicious. The only thing that made me a bit nervous was the parking lot, but everything else was excellent. I had a wonderful stay.

La location est à quelques pas du centre de rnf, mais si vous avez des personnes âgées, il ne peut pas être confortable car vous devez traverser la route le 1er jour pour vous connecter. Comme nous n'avions pas de carte d'accès, il faut marcher sur et le long d'une route pour atteindre le bloc. Après cela, nous avons pris tout le temps comme les personnes âgées ne pourront pas marcher trop longtemps et sur les pistes. Le condo était joli, mais la zone de bouillon peut être plus propre. Nous pouvions l'odorer le long du corridor. Le verrouillage de la chaîne de porte a été déchiré. 2 portes à l'entrée frontale, à l'intérieur de l'unité était assez propre et répondre à nos besoins. Les chambres étaient très propres, mais les toilettes avaient un peu d'odeur, apportaient un pulvérisateur. Les moustiques sont communs, les pls apportent des répulsifs d'insectes même dans l'unité. Chaque chambre dispose d'air conditionné, donc il est OK. La chambre est confortable avec une vue agréable sur le balcon, la mer et les bateaux. L'expérience de gd dans son ensemble, mais ne vous attendez pas à l'hôtel. Il s'agit d'Airbnb. La piscine était bruyante avec les enfants, le gym était aussi occupé. Nous n'avons pas nagé ni utilisé le gym mais nous avons marqué sur le pont pour regarder les bateaux.

For EV User, there are 2 EV charger available in hotel parking area. room - nice room, clean. spacious for double bed room. breakfast buffet - nice, worth every penny. sedap. pool - got adult & kids pool. clean. kids enjoy. customer service - very friendly. overall, nice place to stay

L'appartement était agréable, propre et spacieux. Les instructions d'arrivée et de départ étaient claires, et l'hôte a répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions, ce qui a rendu notre séjour facile et sans souci. Le seul bémol était le toboggan intérieur, beaucoup plus raide que prévu. Mon enfant s'est écorché assez sérieusement dès la première utilisation, nous avons donc décidé de ne plus laisser les enfants l'utiliser pour le reste du séjour. Les parents de jeunes enfants devraient donc les surveiller de près ou faire preuve de prudence. Dans l'ensemble, la chambre était confortable, même si la mezzanine semblait un peu exiguë. Mis à part cela, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons apprécié la propreté des lieux et l'excellente communication de l'hôte.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Trinidad Hotel. The location was excellent—very convenient and easy to get around from. The room was also massive, spacious, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Have a 2 day breakfast here and what i can say ”sedap” and my stomach able to bertahan until evening. Overall, I really loved my experience and would be happy to stay here again and will definitely come back soonest.
