Hôtels 4 étoiles à Johor, Malaisie

Having stayed at Holiday Villa numerous times, I keep returning for one simple reason: consistency. It has become my go-to choice for trips to Johor Bahru, and it continues to deliver a reliable experience. Why I keep coming back:  Prime Location: Being located directly opposite KSL City Mall is incredibly convenient. You have immediate access to shopping, dining, and the cinema without the need to navigate heavy traffic or deal with long walks.  Hassle-Free Parking: This is a major selling point. Between the ease of self-parking and the convenience of the valet service (at a reasonable RM35), arrival and departure are always stress-free compared to the often chaotic access at the mall side.  Solid Breakfast: The breakfast variety is surprisingly good, with a nice spread that offers a solid start to the day. A Note on Value: I am fully aware that the room rates here are generally higher than at KSL Hotel. While it is a bit more of a premium, I find that the extra cost is absolutely justified by the seamless parking experience, the slightly quieter environment, and the overall maintenance of the property. Verdict: If you value efficiency, ease of access, and a hassle-free stay, the slight price premium is worth every penny. I will definitely be returning.

Overall experience is pleasant. The property is near the KSL Mall with nearby coffee shops, spa, and other good cafes. The room is clean and comes with shower foam and shampoo. Worth it. The counter staff is friendly and helpful to explain the pointers for check in and check out.

Travelling with an infant for the first time can be both exciting and challenging. Prior to arrival, we had requested for a baby cot and a king-size bed combination to better accommodate our family. Unfortunately, these requests could not be fulfilled upon check-in. While we were initially disappointed, we appreciated the professionalism and courteous service of the receptionist, who handled the situation with empathy and efficiency. Despite the inconvenience, our overall stay remained enjoyable, and we created many precious memories during the trip. The check-out process was smooth and seamless, ending our family getaway on a positive note.

Le personnel était très agréable et le check-in facile. Les équipements de la chambre étaient excellents et valaient bien le prix. Si la climatisation était mieux entretenue et que le processus de passage de la frontière (du côté chinois) était plus clair, cela nous aurait fait gagner beaucoup de temps. Le passage de la frontière le jour même aurait dû être très simple, mais comme nous ne connaissions pas la procédure, nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps et fait quelques détours inutiles. De plus, les détails de la chambre étaient très bien pensés : lessive en poudre, détergent, étendoir à linge, et la literie était la meilleure que j'aie vue dans un logement de ce type.

Our 4th stay at Opero. We thought the king room was much cleaner than the twin. Got a free drink (roselle tea) redeemable from 3-9pm too. Gym clean as always.

The location is considered good as it is within 10min walking distance from KsL shopping mall. The view from the room is also nice. The room is quite big with a comfortable bed and large tv with many channels. However the toilet bowl is not very good as gets clogged easily. Overall a comfortable stay.

Endroit très pratique où séjourner. À proximité du CIQ, je n'ai donc pas à craindre de rater le train pour rentrer. Et depuis le niveau où je suis, je peux surveiller le pont pour vérifier s'il y a un embouteillage. J'étais également heureux de pouvoir m'enregistrer plus tôt pour ranger mes affaires avant de partir faire plus de shopping.

J'ai fait un acte de foi et j'ai réservé cette chambre d'hôtel malgré quelques commentaires négatifs d'autres voyageurs à propos de cet hôtel sur diverses plateformes. J'ai été surclassé dans la chambre de luxe par l'aimable réceptionniste Ikmal. Merci beaucoup! Voici mon avis honnête sur la pièce. Première impression, la chambre de luxe était extrêmement spacieuse. La chambre était également très propre. Le drap sent le frais. Il y avait quelques petites taches sur le drap mais ce n’était pas grave. L'hôtel a fourni 2 paires de chaussons et 2 bouteilles d'eau. Je n'ai pas utilisé la bouilloire. Toutes les commodités de base dans les toilettes étaient également disponibles. La climatisation a mis du temps à fonctionner, mais il faisait plus froid à mesure que la nuit approchait. L'isolation phonique de la chambre était plutôt mauvaise car je pouvais entendre les bruits de l'extérieur de l'hôtel même si j'étais au 8ème étage. Malgré les bruits, j'ai pu relativement bien dormir grâce aux oreillers moelleux fournis. Une chose que j'ai trouvée ennuyeuse, c'est que la porte de la salle de bain ne peut pas être complètement fermée. En conséquence, une partie de l'air frais de la climatisation s'est échappée dans la salle de bain. Veuillez noter que si vous conduisez vers JB, je ne pense pas que cet hôtel dispose de parking. Veuillez confirmer avant de réserver. Dans l'ensemble, je réserverais à nouveau cet hôtel car les avantages (proche des douanes et des restaurants, chambre propre et bon rapport qualité-prix) l'emportent sur les inconvénients et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un hôtel décent pour séjourner sans se ruiner. la Banque. The hotel is very comfortable with delicious food, connecting to the mall and shopping area. However we experience a fire alarm on 11 May at 2am. The announcement was broadcast in malay language for multiple times before the announcement was finally made in English to ask us to make our way down the staircase to the assembly point. We walk all the way down from level 11 to level 7 and met someone who mentioned that the assembly point door at level was unable to open. Hence we U-turn back to level 7 and it was told that it was false alarm. The hotel lobby apologised to us and ask us to return room. Next day when we checkout, they gave us a Hyatt place tote bag as a service recovery gift. Things to take note of if a real fire happens 1) all announcements need to be done in English immediately too for all international guests for them to escape immediately 2) all door need to be open if any fire happen, otherwise everyone will be caught in the fire with no escape route 3) the escape route was not clearly indicate when we are escaping to the assembly point too Do take note for future guests that is staying in too
