I recently booked Sara Sadan Hotel in Kathmandu for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hospitality and clear guidance provided by the staff were excellent. My parents were very comfortable during their stay and were truly happy with the service. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and always helpful. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was spotless, spacious, and very well designed, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a genuine smile, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming.

Tout était parfait, mis à part un peu de bruit de travaux les premiers jours. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à Tamel, dans une rue calme, à l'écart du tumulte de la ville. Le personnel était extrêmement aimable et serviable, toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes. La navette aéroport gratuite est un atout appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner, bien que peu varié, est correct ; j'aurais toutefois apprécié un peu moins de légumes. Le directeur, Sachin, nous a organisé un vol pour la montagne à un prix inférieur à celui des agences de voyages et même de la compagnie aérienne, avec les transferts aller-retour depuis l'hôtel. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Merci !

The hotel is conveniently situated right behind of the Garden of Dreams. Just a short walking distance to the busy Thamel area. The vicinity has convenience stores, cafes, eateries and pharmacy. The room is quite small but it's alright for a short stay. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as other hotels that I've stayed. Very basic fitness facility in the hotel, do wish that they would make the gym bigger and better equipped. The breakfast buffet is good enough for some fuel before heading out to explore. Omelette could definitely be improved but I do like the mushrooms and bacon with my omelette. They also have a soup station which you can pick what you want to go into your soup. The soy latte was nicely done. Some day they serve the chocolate cake which is a must try. Staffs are very well trained and speaks good english. I'd definitely recommend staying here for the value for money, fantastic location and good hospitality.

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et impecablement propre, offrant un retour parfait après de longues journées d'exploration. La location est absolument fantastique – juste au centre-ville, ce qui a fait incroyablement confortable de marcher et de faire des courses pour les biens locaux dans la ville. Ce que j'aimais particulièrement était la proximité de plusieurs restaurants chinois à proximité, tous offrant de délicieux aliments à des prix très raisonnables. Le personnel a fait de notre expérience une expérience particulière. Ils étaient amis. Ils étaient gentils pour stocker notre bagage pendant que nous allions sur notre EBC tréc.

Hotel dom Himalaya in center city of Kathmandu, big room and clean , quiet and breakfest every morning , the staff very helpful exactly the receptionist ARPANA always smiling and speaking good English. I recommend this hotel.

Séjourner au Nirvana Boutique Hotel à Thamel, Katmandou a été une expérience délicieuse. La propriété est magnifique, avec un beau jardin qui offre une retraite paisible au milieu de l'atmosphère animée de Thamel. Malgré son emplacement central, l'hôtel reste une oasis de tranquillité. Le petit déjeuner était fantastique, offrant un bon début de journée et la chambre était extrêmement confortable. Le personnel était incroyablement serviable et attentionné, garantissant un séjour agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai certainement lors de ma prochaine visite à Katmandou.

Extremely wonderful hotel 15 minutes walk from the airport. Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable, and I always felt well taken care of. The gym is well stocked and has a great view of the city. Breakfast was another highlight and included many delicious Nepalese, Indian, and Western foods. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, helping me call taxis for a cheaper fare than the tourist rip off price, and they also helped me store my luggage overnight while I went on a yoga retreat. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

The stay was great, to say the least. We actually decided to extend our as our plans changed and looked no further. The staff were very flexible with our late night flight and the ensuing late check-out and assisted us price-wiae. The hotel is truly a boutique one. Breakfast is nice. We didn't need much anyway, so for us, it was much more than we needed. There is a slight variation on a daily basis. The cleaning lady cleans the room impeccably on a daily basis. In general, if you need anything, the staff are accommodating and always ready to help. Locatio- wise, the hotel is somewhat further away from the noise of Thamel and other touristy areas but close enough to places of interest. Last but not least, we arrived later than scheduled, so the meet and greet service , which came free, was super handy.
