L'hôtel est très sûr, le personnel informé n'est pas perturbé après que l'invité a quitté sa chambre, car il est important de faire quelque chose à l'intérieur de la chambre.

This is the best hotel before or after your Machu Picchu experience! Not only they offered to pick us up at the train station (although it's very close walking distance), they also offered to send our luggages to the train station on our way out upon check out so we could enjoy Aguas Calientes activities without dragging around our luggages. Everyone working there was exceptionally kind, and answered our questions and requests very promptly. We so appreciated our lovely welcome plate left in the room, too! Breakfast (included) was amazing as well. The building is right by the river, and we enjoyed the view as well as the sound of the river flow from our room. Highly recommended! We would totally go back to this hotel and stay again next time.

Besides the location (5mins walk from train and restaurant’s) and quality of the rooms, the reason this is getting a 5 star review from me and my mates was the customer service. The people working at the hotel - in particular Nathale and William - were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received (I mean this literally). They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and helped us navigate train suspensions and protests (even offered us showers and a place to rest after climbing Machu Picchu, post check out). They didn’t just respond to needs, they assessed and identified what would make us more comfortable and they delivered it proactively.

Un hôtel préféré en Amérique du Sud depuis plus de moitié de mois, le service est très attentif, les détails de la chambre sont suffisants et chaque employé est formé en place. L'atmosphère de l'hôtel est très semblable à la relaxation nationale, le service est encore plus bon. Et l'hôtel est très délicieux, tant pour le petit déjeuner que pour le dîner. On aura réservé cette maison plus tard.

The photos don't do justice to the place! The hotel is fantastic--the location is close enough to the attractions but just outside of the main tourist area since it's up on the hillside, so it's the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. The check-in process was so welcoming, we felt at home as soon as stepping into the hotel's courtyard. The views from the hotel were unbelievable; the breakfast was great; the rooms were very clean and has all the comforts you'd need. And don't miss the llamas in the backyard! The restaurant staff didn't seem very experienced but it was sufficient.

L'hôtel est très proche du centre-ville et bénéficie d'un accès facile aux transports en commun. Il propose de nombreuses options de petit-déjeuner et un personnel accueillant. Des agents des agences de voyages présents à l'hôtel faciliteront la recherche d'itinéraires et l'inscription des touristes aux départs vers différents sites touristiques.

La position est très bonne, il y a un déjeuner ou dîner gratuit, très bon, les installations de la chambre sont généralement, mais on estime qu'il existe déjà très bon sur le terrain, généralement, encore très bon

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

La chambre était grande et propre ; Mais je suis resté 3 jours et n'ai reçu que 2 bouteilles d'eau au total. Le reste a dû être rempli par moi-même au premier étage. Les règles en vigueur dans les pays étrangers sont-elles différentes de celles en Chine ?

L' hôtel était tout simplement incroyable ! Situation - dans un petit village avec un transport facile à tous les endroits de la vue . Absolument nouveau et très propre (le meilleur que j'ai vu dans 7 hôtels péruviens) Je voudrais vous remercier en particulier pour le personnel de l'hôtel et l'administrateur. Ils ont fourni le transfert, préparé le repas avant mon arrivée ; organisé tout mon voyage pendant le séjour . Grand restaurant. 🫶
