I truly enjoyed my stay there. When I arrived at 9:00 a.m., the staff did their best to prepare my room. I was aware that the official check-in time is 3:00 p.m., but they kindly allowed me to check in around 12:00 p.m., which I really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were all wonderful. Everyone was smiling and working with genuine care and dedication. I would like to express my special thanks to the restaurant staff, the reception staff, the housekeeping team, and also the staff who always open the door at the entrance. Maraming salamat po. There is just one small thing I didn’t like: my room was located very close to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Tacloban.

Le personnel a été déplacé pour que ma expérience soit sans stress. La chambre était spacieuse, sans spots et conçue avec une combinaison parfaite de confort et de style moderne. Le lit était incroyablement confortable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tout le monde à la recherche d'une passerelle de luxe et confortable! Je reviendrai certainement.

Our bed was a queen size and quite comfy. The breakfast was good but limited enough to start your day even though we had to ask for eggs both days as nobody told us they were available. I asked for an omelette but was told they ran out, this was at 7:45am with breakfast to go to 10am which I found strange both days. Anyway, I would go back and stay when I return to Tacloban in the future.

대체로 무난했지만 거실에어콘이 없어 더웠고 방에는 창문형이라 밤새 소음때문에 숙면에 방해받음. 그외에는 딱히 장단점없이 평이함. 굳이 가성비를 말한다면 좋다고는 할수없음
