Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers huit heures du matin. On nous a rapidement enregistrés et on nous a offert du thé. Petite précision : lors de ma réservation, il était indiqué que ce serait une chambre standard sans vue sur la mer, mais nous avons finalement été logés dans une chambre club, soi-disant avec vue sur la mer. En réponse à mon commentaire, on m'a répondu que, malheureusement, c'était la fête de Bayram et qu'on ne pouvait pas me proposer de chambre dans le bâtiment principal, car elle était censée avoir vue sur la mer. Ce fut un incident désagréable. Il s'avère que pour être sûr d'obtenir une chambre dans le bâtiment principal, il faut choisir une chambre standard avec vue sur la mer. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux : fromages variés, saucisses, soupe, œufs, omelette, petits pains, fruits, miel en rayon, légumes, confiseries, légumes verts… Un buffet. On apporte les boissons sur demande. Le parc de l'hôtel est magnifique et verdoyant. L'architecture est magnifique. Il y a cependant quelques problèmes d'eau chaude dans les chambres ; nous devions généralement nous laver à l'eau tiède. En général, tous les problèmes ont été résolus rapidement : apporter de l'eau, réparer le téléphone, changer les serviettes, changer le seau de la salle de bain, appeler un taxi. Autre point : l'hôtel METT est situé à proximité, et la musique était forte jusqu'à tard, ce qui n'était pas très agréable pour nous, car nous aimons le calme. En général, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel.

L'emplacement est très bon, vous pouvez retourner à l'hôtel à pied en 20 minutes après avoir fait du parapente. Le paysage est très beau et le rapport qualité/prix est très élevé. Nous sommes autonomes, il n'y a donc aucun problème de transport. Nous recommandons aux personnes qui voyagent sans chauffeur de séjourner dans cet hôtel.

Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Отдыхала одна в этом отеле, мне все очень понравилось, я забронировала номер у бассейна и это 10/10 очень удобно и красиво, отель на вид новый , и с очень хорошим интерьером ( кому важна эстетика, этот отель точно подойдет ) отель не большой, но очень уютный. На территории много растений, за которым ухаживают это радует глаз. Персонал очень дружелюбный, начиная с ресепшен заканчивая уборщицами , которые всегда улыбаются и очень вежливые. Цены в ресторане при отеле доступные. Соответствует цена/качество

But the most important thing is the staff, who must provide a high level of service. Unfortunately, the trend is not changing for the better right now. Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

Avantages : Beau paysage avec une vue panoramique sur tout Oludeniz (vous pouvez faire du parapente et sauter d'île en île à Oludeniz). Il comprend une grande variété de dîners et de petits-déjeuners. La réception est accueillante, la piscine est super, la chambre est grande. , et vous pouvez conduire seul. Le stationnement pour les visites est pratique. Inconvénients : On se croirait dans un B&B de célébrité d'Internet. Les effets photo sont bons mais les détails sont moyens. La décoration est similaire et rapide. . L'effet rafraîchissant de la climatisation n'est pas bon (peut-être parce que notre chambre est au dernier étage), mais les hôtels des stations balnéaires comme Fethiye, Kaş et Karça sont similaires. Ce sont tous des B&B. Personnellement, je préfère les hôtels de chaîne.

4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

Отдыхала в отеле с 02.06.2025 - 13 ночей. Уезжать не хочется! Мне здесь очень комфортно и все понравилось. Тихий, спокойный отель без суеты и огромного количества людей. У меня был полупансион: завтрак шведский стол (разнообразие большое) и ужин (6 меню на выбор, куда входит суп, салат, обычно сезонный, и второе) В номере убирались каждый день , без нареканий, оставляли 1,5 литра питьевой воды. Также здесь предусмотрена кухня со всем необходимым, всей посудой и предметами для готовки. По вечерам спокойно и тихо, в отдалении слышно чуть чуть музыку из соседнего отеля. Птицы поют весь день, также много ласточек с гнездами) 3 бассейна + 1 детский, приличная уличная мебель и лежаки. Пляжа своего нет 👎 Находится на склоне - очень красивая панорама и недалеко от всех точек притяжения в городе. Ужин в комнату из полупансиона нельзя 🚫 На стойке 1 сотрудник очень хорошо говорит по русский, с остальным персоналом через переводчик, если не знаете английский. Трансфер до аэропорта - 1700 лир (38 евро), сотрудники сами вам вызовут такси 🚕 Лучше брать номер с видом на море, он будет на 2 этаже и всегда умиротворяющий вид! Также в номерах панорамные окна и есть сетки ✅

We had a swim-up room in a quiet part of the hotel, and that was the best decision. Having a pool right there with a sea view made our stay truly exceptional. 😍 The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street. Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très poli et serviable. L'hôtel est magnifique. Notre seul bémol concerne le petit-déjeuner : nous nous attendions à un buffet, mais nous avons eu un petit-déjeuner à la carte. Devoir traverser la rue pour accéder à la mer est un peu contraignant. Sinon, c'est un hôtel charmant.
