I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay. The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful. I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.

Front desk agent was very nasty and rude at the mouth. Upon returning to the property after eating dinner I was stopped and asked numerous questions and held up from going to my room. I was basically interrogated by the employee before I could go up to my room which was very unprofessional.

Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour! Très moderne avec de grandes installations. Le personnel était très ami et nous a aidé avec quelques choses que nous avons besoin pendant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement de rester, si vous voulez un hôtel de luxe à des prix abordables!

I recently stayed at the Courtland Grand Hotel during a conference in Atlanta. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, with easy access to major venues and public transportation. The lobby is spacious and has a classic charm, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating during check-in. However, there were a few areas where the experience fell short. The room was clean but felt dated, and the room lights are not enough to light up the room. Housekeeping was inconsistent—some days everything was well-stocked, while on others, they will clean room while you are inside. The elevators also seemed slow, especially during peak hours. Destination fee failed to collect upon check-in. I received a letter on the door of the unit and you cannot enter the room without paying on it. Need to ask for the complimentary bottle water, never been provided upon check-in also the same for the dental kit. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re attending an event nearby and looking for a central location, but there’s room for improvement in amenities and room updates.

Un design fantastique ! L'atrium symétrique et la superbe impression de superposition sont irrésistibles. On peut même admirer la skyline d'Atlanta et le lever du soleil depuis sa chambre. La position est bonne, si vous voyez le match et le concert est vraiment très pratique. Il n'y a pas de plats à manger autour, l'hôtel n'a pas de service de restauration. La chambre est générale.

Apartment d'hôtel très bon, à côté de la station Civic Center avec parking sous-terrain. Un magnifique espace avec une zone de coloration dans le lobby, le restaurant est le précurseur de l'appartement: cuisine pleine, salle de séjour, salle à manger, deux télévisions, balcon et chambre, un type de style classique Marriott. Mais contrairement à Marriott, il n'y avait pas de serviettes, de bains, de pantalons ou de toilettes supplémentaires au-delà du couvercle et du savon. Les heures du restaurant sur la clé sont incorrectes. Le restaurant se ferme à 930pm, bien que le bureau frontal ait dit que la cuisine se ferme à 945pm. Cependant, le mélange ne nous a conduit à aucune interaction avec le personnel du restaurant réticent pour le service de la chambre. Le restaurant prend aussi une siesta quotidienne, même si la clé ne dit que les week-ends. Le 12 ne laisse pas Door Dash venir à l'appartement, seulement le lobby. Cependant, 12 personnes vous fourniront si quelqu'un est disponible; sinon vous devez aller au lobby. En tout cas, il était très agréable de rester.

Équipements : Ils sont assez vieux, la poignée de la baignoire est tombée et la chaise est cassée. Hygiène : L’hygiène appartient fondamentalement au passé. Service : Le service peut encore être amélioré. J'ai dû attendre une demi-heure pour une tasse et j'ai mis du temps à demander quoi que ce soit. Remarque : les frais de stationnement sont de 35 $.

Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees
