I booked my stay at IP Resort Casino through trip.com and it was the first time I had used this site. I got a fantastic price for my stay but was a little nervous that it was too good to be true. I needed to change my reservation to check in a day later than originally planned. Was super easy to do. Once I got to the IP to check in at the mobile kiosk, I got a message stating ”reservation date mismatch”. No worries, go to the front desk. The lady at the desk states that they don't have my reservation. They showed my original check in date of July 8th, but I was put as a ”now show”. I informed her that I had changed my reservation to check in on July 9th. Showed confirmation email, etc., nope they don't have a reservation for me. She gets the manager La Sara who tells me same info. Basically, the whole thing is out of their hands and I need to contact trip.com. Now, by this time I am so frustrated. Mainly because we had multiple people in our group who had also booked through trip.com and changed check in dates and had already checked in with no problem. Well, long story short- I get with trip.com, they call hotel and iron out the issue. Turns out that the error was on the trip.com side when I changed my reservation they never notified the hotel. Thankfully there were rooms still available and they were able to check me in. Trip.com went out of their way to make it right, and so did La Sara. This woman was fantastic and SO helpful. She helped turn what could've been a horrible experience into a great stay. She and I ended up chatting for a while afterwards and ended up we had a lot in common. Kudos to La Sara and trip.com's customer service for making everything turn out fantastically.

L'hôtel était dans une grande position. Il y avait beaucoup de restaurants et de shoppings. Le jeune homme qui nous a vérifié était très agréable et amiable. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était belle, mais la personne dans la chambre, soit devant moi, soit derrière moi, a fumé toute la nuit. J'ai touché et je me suis évanouie en raison de la cigarette. J'ai essayé de couvrir la tête, j'ai couché sur l'autre bout du lit, mais il n'a pas aidé. J'ai laissé une gorge très douloureuse. Elle ne m'a jamais demandé de mon séjour. J'avais des questions sur mes factures qui n'avaient pas été expliquées avant de réserver l'hôtel, elle m'a expliqué les différentes charges, bien que je ne les concorde pas.

Somewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

La chambre était fabuleuse. Très confortable. Très propre. Grand lit. Le bar était excellent ... grand service, grande sélection, options alimentaires décentes. La zone de lobby est énorme et il ya beaucoup d'options pour s'asseoir et relaxer et/ou travailler . Très hospitalité.

Great resort! Amazing service all the way around! Very clean and love that it was smoke free! The casino was also great and had a great selection of tables and machines. The cafe food was great for most of our meals and the restaurants were perfect for our dinners!

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Le café à l'arbre de l'arbre de l'oak était délicieux pour le déjeuner et le petit-déjeuner. Le personnel de l'****** de plancher était très gentil et nous a aidé à découvrir ce que nous voudrions boire du bar. Je n'ai pas de plaintes concernant mon séjour. 

La chambre était propre, la piscine n'était pas propre. Les tasses vides flottaient, les bouteilles de la bouteille, les bouteilles, les bugs, etc. Non pour mentionner la barbe et le haut du flacon étaient dans l'eau pour ne pas dire combien de temps parce qu'ils étaient gâchés avec un écran solaire gras. Les garçons de piscine se sont tournés avec un bouche-bouche ou en les tournant sur leurs mains quand ils avaient dû avoir un grand filet essayant de nettoyer la piscine. Oublie le truc !

Excellent hotel cleanliness and finally great TV channel options that you don’t get with other hotels! Simply luxurious!

The place was beautiful and the host was fabulous! The room was very large and quite omfortable. Highly recommend!
