Hôtels 4 étoiles à Province de Lusaka, Zambie

I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things: I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30. When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served. When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while. We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did. Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though. When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head! So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

J'ai eu un très bon séjour à cet hôtel pendant mon dernier voyage à Lusaka. Il est particulièrement bien adapté pour les visiteurs chinois, puisque de nombreuses installations et instructions écrites sont fournies en chinois et en anglais, ce qui rend la navigation de l'hôtel très pratique. Je voudrais tout particulièrement reconnaître Grace, qui a été un excellent récepteur et hôtelier, toujours professionnel, bienvenu et attentif. La chambre est propre, bien entretenue et confortable, ce qui permet de se détendre après une journée occupée.

設施：都很新，有牙刷牙膏，有拖鞋，沒有吹風機。有熱水壺，但是壞了，打電話給前台換了個好的。 衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈。免費水是瓶子灌裝的。打掃衞生後會忘記放水。 環境：周邊有中餐館，有中國超市。 服務：服務沒有很突出，也不差。

Very good hotel, located fairly centrally in lusaka about 20 minutes from the airport. It's safe, the staff are exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was great and the restaurant/bar was also fantastic. There's a pool downstairs in the bar area which is perfect for lounging around and enjoying the Zambian skies. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and very hospitable staff. Literally in the center of most activities.

The reception was amazing and I loved the food. However I feel the hotel should invest more in their recreational facilities for example the hotel does not have a spa.The room itself was nice and the bathroom clean though not spacious as I expected.The dining area is very clean as well and I loved it.

Les chambres sont très petites. Excellent salle de séjour et espace de réunion. Petit déjeuner fonctionnel mais efficace. Juste à côté du centre commercial qui est très confortable avec un excellent spa

It’s convenient but there is a big door of improvements for housekeeping many things were missing including misquotes in the room I got bitten within the 5 minutes I got there

Spacious place with 3 toilets and two soacious bedroom apartments The shower was superb with pressure and nice products Would be back here if I came to Lusaka Nice staff

C'est bizarrement bizarre, c'est comme je décrirais mon séjour à Mika- Il semble qu'ils ne prennent pas de réservations de Trip mais sont toujours sur l'application et ont un certain nombre d'évaluations de la part des gens! Ils ont accepté la réservation et nous laissons rester - Le lieu semblait quelque chose de The Shining - EMPTY, silencieux et élégant ! Le site de l'aéroport est un site de transport de voyageurs et de voyageurs. Le lit était confortable, la chambre était relativement propre mais très meh en général - Photo est le restaurant absolument emballé 🤭
