First of all, the room door cant be opened using the access card after every time I go out, and the staff said its need to be updated everytime or the card not to be placed in hot area. What is this?? So unprofessional. What if any emergency?? We need to go down again to the treception and get updated and come up again? And in the bathroom the sink water was not clean and in the shower area, the water was not going smoothly and its clogged, need to wait 15-20 minutes to use the shower area again. Please take action on the cleanliness and the access card service. Pertama-tama, pintu kamar tidak dapat dibuka menggunakan kartu akses setiap kali saya keluar, dan staf mengatakan perlu diperbarui setiap kali atau kartu tidak boleh diletakkan di tempat yang panas. Apa ini?? Sangat tidak profesional. Bagaimana jika terjadi keadaan darurat?? Kami perlu turun lagi ke resepsionis dan mendapatkan informasi terbaru lalu naik lagi? Dan di kamar mandi, air wastafel tidak bersih dan di area shower, air tidak mengalir lancar dan tersumbat, perlu menunggu 15-20 menit untuk menggunakan area shower lagi. Mohon tindakan untuk kebersihan dan layanan kartu akses.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in process was smooth — in fact, I was given an early check-in which I truly appreciated. The room was spacious and breakfast was good with a nice variety. My only concern was the air-conditioning in the room I stayed in. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cooling properly. I informed the front desk, and the technician came to check, but there was no improvement. This made the stay less comfortable. Other than that, everything else was great good.

the room size is good,just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good,took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come. the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana. the breakfast was not as we expected,too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious. the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!. the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter. overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.

Overall, the hotel in Pekanbaru is quite cheap and offers good value for money. The room itself was comfortable and generally well maintained. The only downside I noticed was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which might be due to the cleaning not being done thoroughly or possibly an issue with the plumbing Breakfast was fairly standard, nothing fancy, but still decent and enjoyable. One highlight was the reception staf… they were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay, which made a positive difference. Another convenience is the location: right next to the hotel there is an Indomaret and a coffee shop, making it easy to grab daily necessities or a quick drink. However, you should be careful when crossing the road in front of the hotel, as traffic can be quite busy

L'hôtel est situé à moins de 10 minutes de l'aéroport et ils ont également fourni un transbordeur aéroport gratuit. La chambre était propre, avec une vue agréable (nécessité de demander un étage supérieur), une bonne pression d'eau pour la douche. Le seul côté de la chambre était AC n'était pas assez froide pendant mon séjour et la chambre était un peu petite. Le petit déjeuner buffet était décent et a beaucoup de variété.

It's a convinience place to stay. Easier to go anywhere for food hunter and shopping. Staff is excellent. For next holiday for sure I will choose this hotel again.

Il n'y a qu'une seule carte d'accès à la chambre, ce qui rend l'accès à l'ascenseur difficile si l'un des clients quitte l'hôtel.

Overall nice Hotel was very busy on day of arrival as delegates from Indonesia having confrence same day as us Clean room gd service food was gd Highly recommended

Hotel yang dekat tujuanku yaitu jalan karet Saat masuk kamar, masih ada tissue di pintu eks tamu sebelum nya? Masih ada mangkok makanan (eks tamu sebelum nya?)
