☃️花舍山居民宿本身就在青雲小鎮內，這裏離亞布力滑雪場不遠，早上不用慌慌張張趕車，穿好雪服吃個早餐，提前一天請叔兒安排一下車就行⛷；往雪鄉去的路也順，沿途真的能看到很多厚厚的積雪，對於南方小土豆來説真的超級激動的好不好！！全部都透着大東北該有的感覺‼️
☃️其實讓我感覺到最舒服且沒有選錯這家酒店的理由就是“老闆的態度”🫶🫶！最暖的真的是鐵叔兒和姨兩個人，全是東北人家的實在🫂
☃️早上起床，姨就準備好了早餐，超好吃的雞蛋麪🍜，搭配着東北特色的小菜，還有紅腸！超棒的家常早餐！姨還説“這是咱這冬天的抗凍早飯，多吃點暖和，不夠吃再下”，那一刻真的心裏超暖🤩
☃️剛到民宿的時候，鐵叔兒就招呼我和我朋友坐在客廳的木凳上，給我們倆泡茶，還問我們倆做好玩的攻略沒，然後以他對當地的景區的瞭解，給咱們推薦路線，聽着比看景點介紹還親切。
☃️其次就是房間的環境，全是讓人住得踏實的細節。房間有暖氣，也有電熱毯。不用擔心晚上會很悶，或者説很乾，比空調更接地氣；窗台上擺着個粗陶罐子，裏面插着花和一些植物，生活感拉滿；晚上裹着厚棉被，睡得老香了‼️
☃️而且經過這幾天的相處，更明白了一個道理，就是選一家好的民宿，真的能讓你旅行更加舒服和愜意！！！
☃️以後再來哈爾濱去亞布力玩，我肯定還來這兒。（其實已經和鐵叔兒約好，明年再來了，哈哈哈）不是圖多豪華，是喜歡這份“把客人當家人”的實在，還有藏在日常裏的東北老底子生活味兒——在冰天雪地裏，能住進這樣一户人家，比看多少雪景都讓人記掛......

SSoudsathit VandixayNous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Xana. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, mais cela n'a posé aucun problème : ils ont été très serviables et aux petits soins pour nous, tout en utilisant une application de traduction pour communiquer entre eux. La chambre n'était pas très grande, mais fonctionnelle et propre. Le lit était confortable, la salle de bain et les toilettes impeccables, et un thé gratuit avec de délicieux biscuits et des fruits nous était offert dans le hall l'après-midi. L'emplacement est idéal, juste en face du parc Zhaolin, à seulement 1 minute à pied de la rue commerçante Zhongyang et à 5 minutes du parc de la rivière Songhua. Si vous utilisez DIDI TRAVEL sur l'application Alipay, l'hôtel doit être référencé comme « Xi'an Deluxe Hotel ».
En résumé, notre séjour à l'hôtel Xana a été une expérience formidable et nous le recommandons vivement à nos amis qui voyagent à Harbin.

My stay at The Mansion 1903 was exceptional, thanks to its outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness were evident. They proactively assigned me a quiet room, anticipating my needs even before I expressed them.
Housekeeping left thoughtful daily touches, like local snack recommendations and hand - written notes about nearby attractions. In the restaurant, the waitstaff expertly guided me through the menu, suggesting perfect wine pairings for each dish.
At checkout, the staff remembered every detail of my stay and gave me a personalized souvenir. The Mansion 1903 sets a high standard for hospitality, offering a truly unforgettable experience.

MMila MestnikovaJ'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec ma mère et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. L'hôtel est idéalement situé sur la rue Centrale, à deux pas de l'église Sainte-Sophie. La chambre était propre, confortable et joliment décorée. J'aurais vraiment aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps.
Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et très varié. Un grand merci à Air, qui a été incroyablement gentille et attentionnée pendant le petit-déjeuner ; sa gentillesse a rendu notre matinée encore plus agréable.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel lors d'un séjour à Harbin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

IInvitéFascinatingly designed boutique hotel with literally international 4-Star standard amenities. Could see how much details was put into the design of each room and each guest hall.
In the room, The smart toilet was a must have for me. The shampoo was what you will get in 4-star hotels. The bedsheets were crisply ironed and clean. The mattress were the supportive type. The pillows were superb too. They even have humidifier in the room.
The reception contacted us a week before the trip, that’s really assuring to me as a foreigner without a local phone number. So I managed to get a lot of info established before hand. Really great! Because I like to be informed in advance. Response via WeChat was super prompt and organized throughout our stay. The reception team works closely with the drivers and attractions to personalize your experience for you. I felt that the touring arrangements were really seamless.
In their guest hall, guests can access the smart washing machine, microwave, hot water, drinking water, tea etc.
WiFi was not stable.
The breakfast was delicious and healthy with more variety than expected. The hotel was humbly saying that they only offer “millet porridge and salted duck egg” but no no no, they actually offered a mini buffet of 10 different dishes with freshly made soy milk.
Overall the stay was way beyond expectation for me.
Highly recommended for international tourists.

Mon séjour au Ritz-Carlton a largement dépassé mes attentes. Chaque détail a contribué à un service d'exception.
Je tiens tout d'abord à remercier tout particulièrement le directeur, M. Leo Zhao. Son accueil était chaleureux et professionnel. Non seulement il a spontanément surclassé notre chambre, mais il a également eu la délicate attention de personnaliser notre clé, faisant de notre séjour une succession d'agréables surprises dès notre arrivée.
La restauration et les installations de l'hôtel étaient tout aussi impeccables. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié, chaque plat étant préparé avec soin et délicieux, de quoi satisfaire tous les palais. Le souci du détail était également remarquable : les brosses à dents étaient d'une qualité supérieure et les produits de toilette de la célèbre marque Diptyque, pour une expérience luxueuse et confortable. Même les chaussons jetables étaient conçus avec un soutien plantaire, pour un confort optimal.
Par ailleurs, Mme Meng Qi, responsable du service d'entretien ménager, était très attentionnée. Remarquant notre préférence pour le thé et le café, elle veillait à ce que nos boissons soient toujours resservies. Tout au long de notre séjour, le personnel de l'hôtel a répondu à tous nos besoins avec rapidité et professionnalisme, ce qui m'a profondément marqué.
Je recommande chaleureusement le Ritz-Carlton et j'y retournerai sans hésiter pour mon prochain voyage !

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

IInvitéThis was my first time staying here, and overall I was very satisfied. When I first arrived, I didn’t have high expectations since the lobby is not located on the ground floor. However, once I went up to the 4th floor, the lobby felt spacious and luxurious.
The check-in process was fairly standard, taking around 10 minutes. The staff had limited English skills, and there was no warm welcome as you might expect from a four-star hotel. However, since this is in China, this may simply be the local standard.
I stayed in a room for three people. The room was not very spacious, but still acceptable for three large suitcases. One strange thing was that only two towels were provided, and even until check-out, they were never replenished to three, despite the room being booked for three guests.
The room heater worked well. There was no bidet in the toilet, and the shower’s hot water was sometimes inconsistent, occasionally turning cold unexpectedly. The TV channels were limited to local Chinese channels only, and the TV was not a smart TV.
Breakfast was quite varied and tasted good. The location is excellent — about a 7-minute walk to Zhongyang Street, a 2-minute walk to Sophia Cathedral, around an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a mall next door, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the supermarket for daily needs.
Overall, it’s a fairly good option. If I visit Harbin again, I would consider staying at this hotel again, especially considering the reasonable price for such a strategic location.

TTravelDestinationsI think they clean the rooms daily especially in winter because the hotel is always booked during winter. The location is perfect! It is in the Volga Manor scenic area, so it is very convenient to go around and back to the hotel. The staff are super nice and accommodating. I was not able to speak Mandarin with them but they used a translating app to be able to inform me of important stuff. I love how cozy the room was. Highly recommended! ☺️ There is a Western and Chinese restaurant nearby. 🥗🥘

UUtilisateur anonymeI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
