Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! It was my husband’s birthday and I selected waterfront and terrace bar, I am glad I selected this place it was so great. People were so helping and polite and order came on time. The food was so delicious I can’t imagine a better place than this in goa with everything from behaviour, food and ambiance was amazing and upto the mark. and special shout out to Jaidev he was great in helping us order the best food and made our day.
