Le Live Aqua, quel magnifique Resort, en entrant ça sent l’eucalyptus et on apprécie son côté spa/zen, le grand confort. J’y allais pour la deuxième fois, pour faire du Yoga avec l’excellente Yogi Erika. C’est une vraie professeure, je l’adore. Elle donne trois cours de yoga par jour le matin, débutant, avancé et en couple. Les restaurants sont tous très bons, très propres, le personnel très sympathique. La vue sur l'océan est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Deux seules déceptions: le vin qui n’est pas à la hauteur de la nourriture et il y a bcp bcp d’Américain qui viennent le week-end mariner dans la piscine et boire toute la journée (un peu lourd) ils ne cadrent pas bien dans un ce beau décor enchanteur.

Nous avons réservé un bureau avec cuisine, la cuisine est très pratique, il y a tout le matériel de table et il y a aussi une lave-linge à sec si vous pouvez cuisiner vous-même pendant quelques jours, il est très pratique de cuisiner. L'hôtel a une piscine sans bords très belle, l'autre côté est un centre commercial, Un bus de 12 pesos peut être accueilli à la porte et un supermarché très enthousiaste. Si vous avez une chance, vous devriez choisir cette maison.

Excellent family stay. The staff are the true gems of this resort. The servers were kind, attentive, and funny. Effanio and Ernesto made us promise to come back soon. The entertainment staff is top notch. Alexander and Sergio were so great, we loved their games, especially the Spanish lesson! And Alondra and Abril in the playroom were so wonderful with our kids. They made them feel like such a big deal- our boys still talk about all 4 of them daily. The daily iced coffees and treats from the ice cream hut were such a big hit. Liga at the pool was so sweet and kept the drinks coming (even virgin “Dirty Monkeys” for our little guys). And the food was really wonderful- room service too! We had some trouble getting channels to load on our tv- and the gentleman who came to fix it sang us opera! We went for the scenery and the experience- but we fell in love with the staff!

Nous avons eu un moment étonnant dans ce resort. Il est possible de désigner tout le monde en personne, mais les gars du Café Mexico étaient incroyablement gentils, en particulier Roberto, Stephanie et Hector. Les gardiens, les serveurs, les services de la chambre, les bars, les personnes au comptable d'entrée/sortie, littéralement tout le monde a fait cette visite encore plus spéciale pour nous. Nous n'avons quitté que une fois pour skier en jet, mais nous avons passé le reste de notre temps à l'hôtel, nous avons vraiment aimé le service que nous avons reçu ici.

Bon emplacement, la plage est douce et les vagues sont belles. Service standardisé, salle rits standard, un bon restaurant de steaks de l'autre côté de la rue ! Bon dans l'ensemble ! Cependant, la culture des pourboires et la culture des pourboires à Cancun sont assez fortes.

We stayed for a full week here, and it was just ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They work very hard. None of our issues had anything to do with them. It's mostly the upkeep of the place. First and foremost, the AC is a huge issue. It was nearly 100 degrees outside and very humid every day, yet nothing was air conditioned well or at all. The buffet, where you eat every meal, was sweltering daily. Dripping sweat while eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner is very unpleasant. They have ceiling fans but all that does is circulate hot and humid air. Our room's AC was so bad. We had a presidential suite and it was clean and nice enough, but the room never dropped below 22 degrees Celsius and was often 25 degrees despite us keeping all the curtains closed and setting it to 10 degrees. It was literally blowing hotter than we keep our heater at home! So we were sticky and sweaty in our rooms constantly. There was just no escaping the heat. The lobby was the only place that had good AC, until the day we left and had to check out and wait 2.5 hours in the lobby before our shuttle arrived. That day, the AC was also not on in the lobby. I broke out in heat rash all over my body because there was virtually no space all week where my body could escape the heat. The food in the buffet was alright. I'd say it's more about quantity over quality, but it wasn't bad. Some of the food was odd and looked like it was thrown together to use up odd ingredients (like the lemon custard pastries that were topped woth pickles, onions, and ham one morning). That was an odd one. Some signs were also switched or wrong, so one morning a sign said ”hashbrowns” but it was chicken nuggets... but, in general, the food was passable. The staff in there work really hard and are sweating so much due to the heat there. I feel bad for them more than us. The main restaurants had good food and the wait staff was SO awesome and nice. But my ravioli at the Italian restaurant one night was raw somehow. Like, I thought it tasted doughy and when I scraped the sauce off the check, the actual pasta scraped away too. It wasn't fully cooked. I've never had raw ravioli... but the waiters were amazing and we tipped them well. They deserved it. As did the bartenders who are very friendly and personable. Now, the only shop on the resort where you can buy souvenirs as well as odds and ends such as medicines and SPF was outrageously priced. Completely irrationally expensive. We paid $35 for a pack of Dramamine and $30 for a basic bottle of Hawaiian tropic SPF which retails for $9.99 on Amazon. And a tote bag we saw across the street at the mall for $35 was $77. So, make sure to pack extra SPF and meds because if you run out, you will pay a very inflated price. There was a fishy smells all week long that lingered near the shop, also. The bathrooms in shared areas were ok and also had better TP than our room, which used a 1-ply rough TP that really irritated the sensitive bits downstairs aft

Il est très bon hôtel. Bon shopping. Le prix est bon marché. Le personnel est amical. La chambre est agréable et propre. La petite piscine et le jacuzzi ont été bien entretenus. Il est arrivé sur place et s'est déménagé dans une chambre avec vue sur le Ferris et la mer selon la recommandation du personnel.

L'emplacement est juste parfait a coter des bus :1€ le trajet pas chere A coter de tacun manger locale pour 150 pesos ! Attention tout de meme : l hotel met a disposition un atm distributeur de billet. Aller a coter dans une banque vous aurez moins de taxe : bbva juste 173 pesos de taxe atm de l hotel 275 pesos de taxe . Vous avez la isla juste a coter pour faire du shooping incroyable centre mais prix similaire en france. A votre arriver vous avez le droit a une seance shooting photo a consomer quand vous voulez les deux premiere photo sont offerte apres libre a vous de prend ou non les autres photo : 16€\ photo. Vous avez une epicerie dans l hotel : jai pu y acheter mon adaptateur de prise. Le petit dejeuner est incroyable !

J'ai eu un moment merveilleux en vacances. Le bâtiment et les terrains sont beaux et l'art est magnifique. J'ai apprécié le sourire chaleureux de Katia et la générosité de l'autre femme qui parle anglais, mais je n'ai pas pris son nom. J'ai vraiment aimé parler avec elle, car elle a un esprit très fort et gentil. L'air de nuit était assez bon pour me garder au froid jusqu'au matin suivant quand ils l'ont réparé. Je me suis senti très accueilli, sûr et apprécié.
