Hôtels 4 étoiles prisés à Eight Mile Plains

La chambre est spacieuse et tout était propre et confortable et bien entretenu à l'arrivée. Très confortable lit et cuisinières. Bons équipements et proximité du restaurant. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La seule question que nous avions était que l'hôtel ne communique pas qu'il n'y aurait pas de service de chambre (refresh et nettoyage) pendant 3 des 4 jours que nous étions là-bas - cela était malheureux et nous cause une certaine confusion. Nous comprenons que cela a pu être causé par le personnel en congé de maladie, mais nous sommes déçus par le manque de communication sur ce sujet.

Un peu difficile à trouver, il peut y avoir des problèmes de navigation. Vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement, aller au centre commercial pour conduire et marcher loin. Les installations peuvent être, vous pouvez cuisiner vos propres repas, vaisselle complète.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. En tout cas, assez de ça. Nous avons séjourné à Sunnybank Star pendant 6 nuits et nous avons trouvé la chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Il y a beaucoup de parking dans une zone sécurisée. Ce qui nous a impressionnés était le prix d'un hôtel situé à proximité raisonnable du CBD Brisbane. Nous avons utilisé le 150 bus juste en dehors de l'hôtel pour nos voyages en ville. La chambre était bien équipée, une bonne salle de bain (oui, date mais propre). La chambre dispose de 12 outils de puissance - un premier pour nous avec tant de dispositifs, chargeurs, brosses à dents électriques, etc. ces jours-ci. Le lit était confortable avec une bonne lumière dans la chambre. L'équipement accessoire répondait à toutes nos besoins. Le personnel de la maison et de la réception étaient tous très utiles et polis et nous avons fait un séjour agréable à Brisbane. Bien fait Sunnybank Star. Nous reviendrons. Recommandez !

Myself & my husband stayed here for around 4-5 nights on the unpowered site in our campervan. The unpowered site is a very uneven grass field. We struggled where to park as there are ants nets everywhere, we ended up parking up behind electric pylon. The pool is decent size, lots of children but to be expected on a family park. Female toilet facilities were ok, clean enough for a quick shower. My husband didn’t use the main toilets as he said they were always either blocked or (sorry to be crude) there were faeces smeared on the toilet roll dispenser/ flush leaver and seat, he said they were fifthly the whole stay- the toilet he said was clean is the one by the pool. Receptionists were so rude, apart from one person we spoke to. When we went to book our stay we said we were not able to get to the property until 8pm- instead of trying to help or have the option of late check in- we were told if we can’t get there before 6pm they will have to cancel our booking. We went for a walk one day and I wanted to get a taxi back to the park, and as we are not from Australia, we wanted to know a safe taxi company to call. I rang reception to ask for a number and was told to come and ‘press the button’ they have in reception to call a taxi. When I explained again that we were not currently on the park grounds and needed to GET to the park, I was rudely suggested ‘well if you go onto Google.. and Google taxis, one will come up’. Felt as if we were being a pain when we called to book, they clearly do not like their job, we needed to stay another night but decided not to bother due to how rude the reception staff were- wasn’t worth going in to be made to feel like crap. Whilst staying here there was also things being stolen at night, we over heard 2 separate families whos children’s scooters and bikes had been took. One family found theirs next to a random caravan. The restaurant and shop they have on site is ok, food wasn’t great and I was given off milk in my tea- I did tell them and they were apologetic and did replace it for me though. The shop is a minimum charge of $10 on card just to note.
