Gezellig goed verzorgd kleinschalig hotel. Perfecte tussenstop in het prachtige Zwarte Woud als je onderweg naar Italië / Oostenrijk/ Zwitserland bent. Prima verblijf, mooi groot familie appartement met voldoende slaapruimte voor 4 volwassenen. Wat je niet ziet op de foto’s is dat achter de banken in de woonkamer nog twee slaapbanken zitten waar je prima op kunt slapen. Het boeken van een t****e kamer is niet nodig voor een overnachting. Wat wel heel erg fantastisch was was het ontbijt. Zeer goed verzorgd. De host maakte vers gebakken eieren / roerbak ei met spek. Zoet, hartig, verse broodjes. Top! En onze Mechelse herder was ook welkom!!

Let me start with the thing that made us leave asap: there was dried up urine all over the toilet seat and floor. I have been travelling a lot and have over 100 hotels only on *********** and probably an other 100 hotels through work and other agencies. And from those 200 hotels this is the fist time I have arrived at an hotel and just walked out and decided to stay in an other hotel. We did arrive at the hotel and the parking is just in front of the hotel, there are no safety measures, there are no gates or fences or lights, so your car is not any safer here than next to the public road. But nevertheless the hotel asks a fee of €10 for parking there. The lobby of the hotel feels like an 80's techno club: dark, black&red painted and decrepit. So after checkin we arrive at our room and put all our suitcases down (didn't felt safe to leave anything in the car) and we sit down at the bed for a moment. At that moment I noticed a black hair next to the pillow. So we take the sheets of the bed and there are multiple hairs all over the sheets. the sheets looked clean at first sight, so I don't know if it were the housekeepers hairs or the previous guest. So we clean the hears from the bed ourselves and I went to the toilet, the toilet cover was down, but the seat of the toilet was full of yellowish dried-up urine. Not just a few drops that somebody could have missed cleaning, but at least 20% of the seat was covered. This made me almost puke and I did notice that the ground was covered as well. I went to the reception, but they clearly don't like to deal with complaints, because they wouldn't help us. When I felt that the discussion was going nowhere and the receptionist was getting angry we just left and tried to contact the hotel via ***********. I've had a great experience with the customer care center of ***********, but unfortunately even they never got any response from the hotel. to the point that they even gave me the direct contact information of the hotel. I'm not a difficult person, mistakes can be made and everybody deserves a second chance, so the thing that bothered me the most was just that there never came any response or excuses from the hotel. Not to me or to their partner, ***********. there are plenty beautiful places and hotel in the Black Forest, enjoy your time there, just go in a large circle around this hotel.

Très grand hôtel avec du personnels très attentionnés et parlant le français des que possible avec vous . L’hôtel est très propre , les gestes barrières respectés . La salle du repas est magnifique mais peu de table donne sur la baie vitré et sont réservées au habitué . Le petit déjeuner est superbe . La piscine extérieure et intérieure, les saunas , le jacuzzi permettront de passer un agréable moment . Cependant au vu du prix et du classement de l’hôtel nous pouvons nous attendre à une chambre un peu plus moderne . La salle de bain est très petite , les Wc sont dans la salle de bain. Vous n’arrivez pas à être deux dans la salle de bain tellement elle est étroite . L’hôtel est fréquenté par beaucoup de famille avec de jeune enfant et tout est fait pour les accueillir ( table à langer , espace jeu ... ) . L’espace bien être peut être de ce fait très bruyant ! Enfant qui saute dans la piscine , dans le jacuzzi .. pas très reposant du coup ! Il n’y a pas assez de transat non plus et encore l’hôtel n’est pas’ plein . Les gens réservent leurs transats dès le matin ! En résumé un chouette hôtel pour un week end mais trop chère pour le style de chambre proposée et le bruit occasionné par la présence de beaucoup d’enfant .

L'hôtel est situé au bord du village. À partir de la route principale, vous devez vous rejoindre à droite (ou si vous venez de la ville à gauche), une route mortelle. Voici vous pouvez garer la voiture ou si vous passez un peu plus loin à gauche sur un parking. Vous pouvez également parker dans le garage, contre un paiement. Nous avons été aimables à la réception. Notre chambre (106) était (encore) dans la partie ancienne. Vous pouvez l'atteindre à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Nous disposions d'une chambre spacieuse avec un coffre-fort, un bureau, un siège, un lit double, y compris un lit supplémentaire, une terrasse (avec siège) et une salle de bain spacieuse avec toilette, douche et lave-linge. Il y avait également des chambres avec balcon (avec une vue magnifique sur la forêt noire). Lorsque vous entraissent à la réception, vous êtes allé au-delà de la piscine intérieure et de la sauna. Tout cela semble bien et bien soigné. La piscine est assise et dispose d'une chambre pour les gentilles et les dames et de deux douches. Le restaurant est aussi agréable (nous avons pensé à l'Autriche, en raison de la boisson). Le dîner était aussi bon et semblait bien soigné. Le petit-déjeuner est composé d'un buffet (extensif) et se trouve également dans le restaurant de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très aimable et ils font tous leur possible pour rendre le séjour aussi agréable que possible. Dans l'environnement, vous pouvez marcher bien et / ou visiter l'un des villages.
