L'entrée frontale vous accueille avec un petit sentiment Zen. Le lobby est connecté au restaurant dans un espace ouvert de parking. Situé dans la chambre standard King, était très spacieux avec petits bras, bureau, télévision. Les salles de bains sont très modernes avec des miroirs touchés. Nous avons tout à fait apprécié notre séjour.

The staff members were great! They were attentive and friendly and made us feel very welcome—the highlight of our stay. The location in the heart of the theatre district is also terrific. The elite lounge has kind of an odd setup, but both breakfast options and evening appetizers and drinks were plentiful and tasty. Water pressure in the shower was a trickle, and our 2 double beds were comically close together—maybe 15cm between them. Overall, though, it was a quality Marriott experience.

We booked a quick trip to Melbourne for the footy. Because it was only 1 night we booked only a basic king room, and I also wanted to avoid a noisy 09 room. Arrived at reception to be informed they had upgraded us to an 09 room. I told the check in agent I did not want that room, despite it being an upgrade, and would be quite happy with the original room booked. She insisted on contacting the manager and they eventually moved us to an executive suite. This was a large and comfortable room, excellent bathroom and shower and comfortable bed. We did not notice any loud noise from Swanston Street from this suite. Quick trip up to the club lounge for a few drinks and nibbles before footy. Drink selection improved since our last visit and now a selection of spirits is available. Club lounge has nice staff. Breakfast there in the morning was also good. The club lounge has very nice decor. Will be back for 3 nights in August so hopefully will be as enjoyable.

Nous avons réservé à Lancemore Crossley St sur la base d'évaluations et nous sommes très heureux de notre décision! L'hôtel est certainement la valeur. Le personnel est aimable et utile, il est toujours là pour répondre aux questions et il est là 24 heures et 7 jours! La chambre était propre, le lin était propre et il sentait si frais ( pas comme certains hôtels où les serviettes sentent comme le bleu si vous savez ce que je veux dire? Yuck) Le lit avait un doona non le lit traditionnel (Je sais gross) peut-être que je ne vais pas à de beaux hôtels mais je n'ai jamais été à un hôtel qui avait un doona! J'étais heureux!!! Les coussins étaient grands et doux, mais ils ont un menu de coussins, donc si vous ne vous plaisante pas doux, vous pouvez demander quelque chose d'autre que vous préférez. La chambre était servie chaque jour, nous avons des serviettes de soap, minibar, thé et snacks chaque jour. Je ne suis pas contente de passer beaucoup de temps dans votre chambre, mais je suis malade, j'ai passé un peu de temps dans la chambre et j'étais contente de pouvoir se débarrasser et regarder Netflix.

La chambre était propre et bien rangée. Chaque jour, il y avait des gens qui nettoyaient les panneaux. Comme dans les autres hôtels, il n'y a pas de pantoufles, de brosses à dents et la bouilloire est à demander à la réception. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons acheté l'eau nous-mêmes. L'hôtel est très bien à côté de Chinatown. C'est facile de marcher

The Deluxe room we were allocated was possibly the worst view you could get for the most expensive price you could pay. We were allocated a room ( 210) directly opposite the lifts and in the room out view consisted of overlooking a persons apartment and as they were having drinks on the balcony and we were maybe 2metres away from that building there was zero privacy . The curtains were very fine materiel so in order to have some distance between us and them we were forced to keep the heavy drapes closed all day and night . This made the small room very claustrophobic, the windows don’t appear to be doubled glazed so on the lower levels you can hear the bins being emptied and the general rough and tumble of the lower laneways and the residents in the adjacent building having late night drinks . When we enquired about moving rooms we were offered a room two doors down . The annoying thing was they said they were fully booked so there was no rooms on higher floors we could move too . A quick check on Wotif revealed that there were actually rooms available that you could book so there were vacancies , but l guess it was better to hold them open to get top dollar rather than to accommodate current guests who’d paid upfront 2months prior . I would have moved current guests who had a legitimate concern if it had been me making the decision as a gesture of support, but l guess they weren’t to concerned because we’d paid already but that type of contempt for guests who chose to stay in good faith wears thin . Not a pleasant stay wouldn’t recommend and will be happy for a refund !

La jeune femme à la réception était très gentille. J'ai oublié de demander le nom, mais elle était heureuse de nous aider. Même le chariot nous a emprunté pour porter nos bagages. La zone de la chambre est vraiment petite, mais elle est propre et bien rangée. C'est recommandé

Il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel, à quelques minutes de marche de l'aéroport, à quelques minutes de marche de l'hôtel, à deux minutes de marche de l'hôtel, à 4 minutes de marche de l'hôtel. Coles” aussi sur la rue avec des tonnes d'options alimentaires à proximité. Il est aussi dans la zone de tram gratuite donc un autre grand plus pour nous! Nos  chambres ont été avec petit déjeuner continental. La sélection pendant le petit déjeuner n'était pas grande, mais les enfants et nous n'étions pas fous. Notre chambre sent un peu de goût quand nous check-in initialement mais la plupart des fois que nous étions sortis et à peu près et après un moment, pas si remarquable. Normalement un hôtel gratuit de merde avec une grande valeur.

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

Très bien situé dans la ville, juste à l'extérieur d'un arrêt de tramway. Les photos comparées à la chambre sont un peu trompeuses, la chambre semblait être une chambre étudiante économique avec le strict minimum. C'était bien pour une nuit de séjour/repos. Cependant, la chambre était sale et mal nettoyée.

La location est parfaite. Il y a beaucoup de places alimentaires et il n'y a qu'à environ 2-5 min à pied aux marchés Vic, et tram. Les chambres étaient de taille raisonnable, mais les coussins sont de la façon trop plat avec des matraques inconfortables. En général, c'était une expérience solide et je réserverai.

Loved this place from the fantastic room to great access to everything in CBD and beyond. Staff very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again. The room is so equipped we couldn't fault it. 2min to alk to markets and tram stop just out the front to take you to all great parts of Melbourne.

There are 2 downside for me, first one is shower cubical so small and the other one is my room is Infront of construction so from 7 am the machine noise would start

Il est proche de la rue de la nourriture à Melbourne. L'hôtel est le premier restaurant rouge net ici. Malheureusement, je n'aime pas la nourriture occidentale et je n'y vais pas pour le plaisir. D'après mon observation, il y a peu d'hôtels étrangers qui font la queue pour manger, donc les installations autour de l'hôtel sont complètes. Ça vaut le coup de rester. Surtout les amis autonomes.

Space is the first hostel of my trip and it’s set the bar pretty high! Staff are lovely, everywhere was always super clean, beds are comfy, towels are provided and you can even grab a fresh one every day if you wish. Location is great, would recommend the Queen Victoria Market for something to do and “pizza pizza pizza” was lush. There’s nothing “on” as such at the hostel but this didn’t bother us. The only thing that would be good is some extra fridges as they were packed full every day and it was hard to put your own food in anywhere. Would definitely come back.
