Stayed at the Pullman Penrith over the Christmas holiday period to visit the Blue Mountains. The experience was amazing over our 3 mights, 4 days stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, all the amenities and fittings were thoughtfully designed and functional. Beds were so very comfy, and the choices of pillows were amazing. We had such great sleep every night, it didn't even feel like we were away in a different place or bed. Sauna was a really nice addition, a great retreat for my parents and their friend, all in their 60's to go to after long days sightseeing in the Blue Mountains. For us, the gym was amazing, we made full use of the quipment over our time there and I've never seen such a fully fitted out hotel gym before. It's on the same calibre as a local gym you have to pay money for! And did I mention the restaurant? Daily breakfast was awesome, not a great deal of choices, but just enough to cater for all, including the picky eaters (aka kids). We enjoyed a full, nutritious breakfast every morning before going about our day touring the national park. Dinner at Marcel was beyond amazing. We had heard that reviews were good, so we booked a night to try the food. It turned out to be so good that we ended up booking again for the following night. Should've eaten there on our first night too instead of driving around looking for fast food. We also did Aqua Golf nearby which was super fun, even got my 60-something parents to swing a few, and my dad turned out to be a natural. My 12-yo turned out to be a natural genius too. He also got the chance to experience iFly just across the road, what a great once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff was also super friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back as soon as we get a chance in the future.

Don’t waste your money on this Damp smelling Deluxe King room with Courtyard . A/C would not turn on so was a cold 14• for a few hours then someone came turned on a noisy outdated system which got to a top of 19• after 2 days. Couldn’t use the blanket provided in the cupboard was smelly old and had hair all over it.Bathroom was hard to access as sliding door was jammed and had shower in bathtub. Dodgy screwed latch was on sliding door to ugly outdated courtyard jail (didn’t even bother to go out as was so I’m inviting) ceiling in the hallway leaking and the ceiling tiles fell onto the floor during the night. A horrible overpriced experience at $557 for two nights!

Extremement propre et tranquille. Wifi était bon, location idéale, à seulement mètres de la voie ferrée. Chambres extrêmement calmes même si juste près de la voie ferrée. N'entend pas de trains du tout. Ils ont dû avoir des plaintes auparavant parce qu'ils avaient des oreilles fournies sur la table à coucher.

L'hôtel est très confortable et vous trouverez un accès gratuit à la maison. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit de construction à la porte de l'autre, et je n'aurais jamais réservé si j'avais su que c'était pas sur le site. Pas sous protection ou quoi que ce soit, donc juste mes pieds sur une madrague brute. Effrayant. Le lit était aussi assez inconfortable (dur) et profiterait d'un top. Les chaussures sales d'un autre étaient dans la caisse. Je suis prêt à ignorer la tradition qui est venue dans ma chambre pendant que j'y étais. En général, je pense que 3 étoiles sont un peu généreux, mais je suis reconnaissant de ce qu'il semble être dans les petites entreprises et avoir des facteurs externes affectant votre produit.

L'environnement est élégant, la localisation est très pratique, à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, il y a de grands magasins à proximité. Le service de la réception est très bon, le personnel est patient.
