Hôtels 3 étoiles à Harbin

Reception is very sweet and nice. We were thankful for the new upgrade and I love that they tried to customize by providing local delicacies, introducing place of interest. Room were clean and they will take feedback very fast. Good stay!

When choosing a hotel, we paid attention to location and whether it was updated. This hotel was perfect in every way. The location is simply fabulous; we strolled along Arbat Street every day, both early in the day and in the evening. The hotel is clean, fresh, and beautiful! The beds in the room are very comfortable, including orthopedic pillows. The room amenities made for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Delicious coffee and tea were available in the lobby at any time! I'd especially like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness in resolving any issue! They responded very quickly to any request. We loved the breakfasts.

Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~

We decided to spend a little extra money going to Harbin because we wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The check-in process was very convenient, beds comfortable, room spacious. The front desk receptionists were also very helpful, especially on Chinese New Year’s Eve. The soundproofing is not amazing—we could hear a lot of the conversations outside the room in the hallway. The shower also wasn’t great. For such an expensive room, we expected better. After one day of use, the water stopped draining and started to pool. If the shower was longer than 5-7 minutes, the water was probably going to overflow. And then it took forever to drain completely. The toilet is a smart toilet, but it’s also very loud and has a neon blue light that doesn’t shut off at night. There’s no door separating the bedroom area from the washroom area, and the room darkening curtains are only fully covering the windows in the bedroom, so a lot of sunlight comes through the bathroom area, which was not super convenient. The room was definitely a non-smoking room and never smelled of cigarette smoke. However, the lobby oftentimes smelled of cigarettes. This was fixed with spraying some sort of perfume, but a bit disappointing that the public spaces were not kept smoke-free. There’s a delivery robot, free self-service laundry, and breakfast in the basement. The location is not super centrally located, and because Harbin is cold in the winter, it’s easier to take taxis to the center of the city than it is to walk or attempt to take the metro! Overall, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice, but I would definitely try to find somewhere nicer and or closer to the city center for a better price if I were to come back.

Such a great stay! Very affordable price and the service you get is amazing! Airport pick up and drop off for free and some fruit and snacks on the room. Also some dinner was available but I didn’t attend. Очень рекомендую, все супер! За такую цену получила полный сервис! В номере приятно и чисто! 非常非常好！ 干净！

Le nom est Central Street Railway Station Store. En fait, il y a une assez grande distance à pied jusqu'à Central Street. En hiver, il est impossible d'y accéder en dix minutes. Bien que la chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné ait une fenêtre, il y a un feu. escalier juste devant la fenêtre. C'est très dangereux et privé. Le sexe n'est pas très fort car le chauffage est trop fort. Je n'ose pas ouvrir une fenêtre la nuit pour aérer. La taille de la pièce est correcte. La salle de bain de notre La pièce est très grande et semble à peine plus petite que la chambre. La séparation humide et sèche est pratique et facile à utiliser. Cependant, la porte de la salle de bain (pas de la salle de douche) est transparente. Je ne sais pas si vous sera gêné. Il y a des casiers à bagages gratuits dans le hall pour le petit-déjeuner. Je ne sais pas si nous sommes arrivés en retard. De nombreuses variétés n'ont été laissées qu'au fond et n'ont pas été ajoutées à temps. Il faisait encore froid. Il est relativement proche de la gare routière de l'aéroport.

🤩 Fantastic Stay in Harbin! Highly Recommended! 🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money ! The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats. 👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process. 🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems. 📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious. If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request. ⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy. We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day. If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

По приезду в отель не ждите, что на первом этаже у ресепшена вас будут встречать, ресепшен в нашем случае находился на 8 этаже, что и номер. Мы постояли сначала и потом поднялись и нашли (благо есть Гугл переводчик)). Около ресепшена сразу есть магазинчик, удобно очень, можно курит и к чаю бисквитик, и водички и тд. Номер приятно удивил, было в номере все, что необходимо, все чисто, аккуратно, ежедневно приносили питьевую воду, чай в пакетиках, зубные счета и, паста, шампунь, мыло, гель для душа, фен ( почти Дайсон) Есть кондиционер, увлажнитель воздуха, холодильник, проектор, и даже унитаз с подогревом сиденья )). Единственное , чему удивлены были- что гостиница использует одноразовые полотенца, (похожие на тонкие тряпки для стекол). Но меня все таки устраивает обычный формат махровых полотенец, чтоб выйти с душа, завернутся в него. Я попросила администратора, и мне не отказали, сказали посмотрят на складе - и буквально через 15 минут принесли 4 махровых белых чистых полотенца!!! 😁За это отдельное спасибо👍🏻🤗

Toutes les attractions principales, y compris la gare, sont à quelques arrêts de métro, ce qui fait de cet hôtel un choix privilégié pour les touristes. En outre, il est à quelques pas de la rue Zhongyang, l'étonnant Cathédrale de Sophia et le marché des légumes Daoli, où vous pouvez prendre un délicieux petit déjeuner abordable. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec une grande fenêtre offrant une belle vue sur la ville. La salle de bain était aussi généreusement grande, surtout la douche, et tout était en ordre de travail parfait. La chambre est restée chaude et confortable grâce à l'excellent système de chauffage, et nous avons gardé le chauffage hors de la porte pendant six jours, et la température intérieure est restée juste. Le centre de la ville est un centre de recherche et de service, qui a été organisé par le personnel de la ville. En général, je recommande vivement l'hôtel Vienna (Harbin Central Street Sofia) à tout le monde qui visite Harbin. Je resterais certainement ici pour mon prochain voyage à Harbin !

I was particularly drawn to the hotel’s Russian-style architecture—its pointed roofs, wooden structures, and strong geometric lines. These elements are not just decorative; they are practical designs shaped by the realities of heavy snowfall in high-latitude regions. Heating at the hotel is excellent. Even in the depths of winter, it’s comfortable enough to wear short sleeves indoors while watching snowflakes drift past the window. The rooms are relatively spacious. While some of the furnishings show signs of age, they are well maintained and add a certain sense of character rather than detracting from the experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always willing to help and provide information when needed. Their warmth and attentiveness contribute greatly to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, Yabuli Yabuluoni Business Hotel offers a cozy, reliable retreat amid the harsh winter climate, blending practicality, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality—an excellent choice for travelers visiting the Yabuli ski area.
