AAED_khvWhen choosing a hotel, we paid attention to location and whether it was updated. This hotel was perfect in every way. The location is simply fabulous; we strolled along Arbat Street every day, both early in the day and in the evening. The hotel is clean, fresh, and beautiful! The beds in the room are very comfortable, including orthopedic pillows. The room amenities made for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Delicious coffee and tea were available in the lobby at any time! I'd especially like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness in resolving any issue! They responded very quickly to any request. We loved the breakfasts.

IInvitéTrès bon hôtel a séjourné plusieurs fois, l'espace de chambre est vaste, la décoration est simple, les installations sont complètes et la qualité des produits de toilette est bonne. L'isolement sonore est très bon et la nuit est très calme. Le service est soigneusement attentif et le traitement de l'hébergement est très efficace. Les chambres sont propres et propres, le service est enthousiaste, le voyage est confortable, l'expérience est grande, reviens la prochaine fois!
La situation géographique est excellente, l'environnement confortable, le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, fortement recommandé.
L'expérience est complète, les installations sont complètes, les lits sont confortables et le sommeil est très stable.
En général, il est plus que prévu, la santé est en place, l'attitude du personnel est amicale et mérite un séjour.
Coût bon marché, positionnement bon marché, stationnement pratique, globalement satisfaisant.

IInvitéJe suis allé à Mohe et je suis retourné à Harbin pour une escale le lendemain matin, j'ai donc choisi cet hôtel pour une nuit car il offrait une prise en charge et un retour gratuits à l'aéroport, et l'hôtel n'était qu'à environ dix minutes en voiture de l'aéroport, pour que vous puissiez voir l'aéroport depuis votre chambre. L'environnement interne de l'hôtel est également bon, il y a un restaurant pour dîner, le prix n'est pas cher, c'est principalement propre et de nombreux membres d'équipage séjournent ici.

IInvitéStayed 2 nights in a Loft-style room at Orange Hotel (Harbin) in January 2026.
Location:
Great if you're shopping for winter clothes — just one block from St. Sophia Cathedral and close to shopping areas. However, it's about 20 minutes' walk to Central Street / Central Market. The surrounding area feels quiet and a bit empty, with only one convenience store nearby.
Check-in and staff:
No bellhop, so you carry your own luggage up a few steps. Staff were friendly and efficient — nothing fancy, but check-in was smooth and no issues.
Room:
The loft room was nicely spacious with high ceilings and a two-level layout, so it never felt cramped. Everything was clean and tidy. The view was nothing special.
Downsides: The stairs creak loudly (hard to sneak to the bathroom at night without waking your partner). The upper loft bedroom gets quite warm because heat rises, and the whole building uses central heating. Big plus: windows open fully, so you can cool it down easily. The bed was firm/hard — typical for Harbin, and actually good for your back.
Breakfast:
Skip it. The selection was very limited: overcooked eggs, microwaved-looking buns, oily noodles, fried meats, fake orange juice, almost no fruit or yogurt, and no proper coffee. You're much better eating out nearby.
Overall:
Decent value for a spacious, clean room in a convenient shopping spot, but don't expect luxury or great food. Fine for a short stay if location fits your plans, but nothing wow-worthy.
This version keeps your honest points, cuts repetition, fixes typos, improves flow, and makes it easier/faster to read while staying natural.

WWarobin TanC'est la première fois que je visite Harbin pour une semaine. Je résume mon séjour en quatre points :
Emplacement/Commodité : L'hôtel se trouve à 150 mètres du début de la rue ZhongYang et à environ 400 mètres de la station de métro de la rue Shangzhi.
Propreté : Les serviettes et les poubelles sont changées quotidiennement.
Les draps ne sont pas changés quotidiennement par souci de protection de l'environnement. Ils sont changés toutes les trois nuits. Il s'agit d'une politique hôtelière en vigueur.
Service client : Le personnel de la réception est professionnel, mais Zhaoling Xiao et Liulimin ont fait un effort supplémentaire pour nous guider et nous aider à reconfirmer notre vol et à obtenir des informations sur les sites touristiques.
Les chauffeurs de taxi, qui nous ont pris en charge par les taxis, étaient honnêtes et courtois. Ce sont des ambassadeurs officieux de la Chine et de Harbin. Grâce à eux, j'ai décidé de retourner à Chinatown.
Courtoisie : Dans les espaces publics, on constate un manque général de courtoisie, quelle que soit l'âge, mais le personnel d'accueil est professionnel. Nous avons également fait tout notre possible pour rester courtois envers les habitants.
J'ai hâte de visiter le Heilongjiang prochainement. Merci à tous pour votre contribution positive aux visiteurs de votre pays.

AArkarriThe location of the hotel is not bad. Almost every night, you will get to buy bing tang hulu downstairs and this truck shop that sells 手抓饼，烤冷面 and 关东煮, is really damn good! Getting to railway station, city and anywhere is convenient with didi, we even took it to snow World. As for the place itself, honestly, the lobby and check in area will throw you off because is quite run down and simple looking. But the room is beautiful, comfortable, huge and clean too. The staff is very helpful through WeChat and the staff that cleans the room, very kind and helpful too. They help to keep your taobao stuff too. Bed is comfy and the projector, a lot of advertisements for free contents, but can watch. However there is a few issue, when you shower, the water pressure gets irritatingly soft to regular and even till no water comes out and the water temperature will turn from hot to warm to cold to south pole within seconds and minutes. The toilet gets colder as compared to the rest of the room. The fridge isnt working as well. They only provide one time disposable towel and if you want it to be daily, tell them daily through Wechat. Water kettle is clean but boil it once as a thorough clean first before using. Despite these issues, I would still say is a good place to stay and would recommend it as the place definitely protected us from the cold haha. KFC and convenience stores are nearby as well. If not, just use alipay to order food, they will send to your room. Safety wise, I would say it is safe to stay. Singaporeans and Malaysians, if you are not too particular and okay with what was described above, go for it but do remember to go to Block E and not F because the driver might drop you one block before haha. Have fun in Harbin!

KKyrie.LeeThe building is pretty old and can be quite a wait at the elevator. There are multiple elevators but they are also old and creaky. Upon checking into my room, I noted that it was actually a serviced apartment converted into a hotel.
Cleanliness was ok, but honestly could be better. There are some discoloured spots and marks, however I could personally tolerate it. At night when I got back and crashed out on the bed, I realised the smoke/cigarette smell was still quite strong but too tired to complain then. Next day I couldnt smell it (not sure if sheets changed or I just got used to the smell).
The lighting in the room is kinda bleak in my opinion, photos look better than actual. For me, I didnt spend much time in the rooms as I'm outside for the most of my stay.
Asked for extra toilet roll in the morning and they were responsive, so that's a plus.
The train station is about a 10minutes walk, so do take note if you're lugging heavy luggages.
There are a lot of eateries and 24hr convenience shops nearby, so no fear of needing random food or emergency purchases.
Overall, it's an ok stay if you just seeking a place to sleep for the night if the price is lower. If you're looking for comfort and room enjoyment, would suggest looking elsewhere.

🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech
The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money
!
The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats.
👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process.
🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort
The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems.
📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day
The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious.
If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request.
⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient
Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy.
We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day.
If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

JJoelLe centre de la ville est situé à quelques pas de la station de métro, ce qui permet de découvrir Harbin. Toutes les attractions principales, y compris la gare, sont à quelques arrêts de métro, ce qui fait de cet hôtel un choix privilégié pour les touristes. En outre, il est à quelques pas de la rue Zhongyang, l'étonnant Cathédrale de Sophia et le marché des légumes Daoli, où vous pouvez prendre un délicieux petit déjeuner abordable.
La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec une grande fenêtre offrant une belle vue sur la ville. La salle de bain était aussi généreusement grande, surtout la douche, et tout était en ordre de travail parfait. La chambre est restée chaude et confortable grâce à l'excellent système de chauffage, et nous avons gardé le chauffage hors de la porte pendant six jours, et la température intérieure est restée juste.
Le centre de la ville est un centre de recherche et de service, qui a été organisé par le personnel de la ville.
En général, je recommande vivement l'hôtel Vienna (Harbin Central Street Sofia) à tout le monde qui visite Harbin. Je resterais certainement ici pour mon prochain voyage à Harbin !
