Hôtels 3 étoiles à Harbin

Reception is very sweet and nice. We were thankful for the new upgrade and I love that they tried to customize by providing local delicacies, introducing place of interest. Room were clean and they will take feedback very fast. Good stay!

I stayed on the 8th floor (room 808) and found the hallway had the cigarette smell for the 3 days I stayed so probably there was a guest smoked in the room. Lucky that the smell did not come into my room. Despite this issue, this is a great hotel in which if I have a chance to come back, I will stay here again. All staff here including those in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. What to be improved is perhaps adding the cloth hanging rack in the shower room as the one installed is too high.

Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~

Le service de la chambre est très confortable, les chambres sont confortables et les chambres spacieuses. Les receveurs de bureau avant ont également été très utiles, en particulier à l'Année Nouvel Chinois. La sonnerie n'est pas étonnante nous pouvions entendre beaucoup de conversations en dehors de la salle dans la salle. La douche n'était pas aussi grande. Pour une salle si coûteuse, nous attendions mieux. Après un jour d'utilisation, l'eau s'est arrêtée d'évacuer et a commencé à baigner. Si la douche était plus longue que 5-7 minutes, l'eau était probablement surflé. Et puis il a fallu pour toujours pour évacuer complètement. Le toilette est un toilette intelligent, mais il est aussi très lourd et a un neon bleu qui ne s'arrête pas à la nuit. Il n'y a pas de porte qui sépare la zone de la chambre du lavabo, et les curtains sombres de la chambre ne couvrent que complètement les fenêtres de la chambre, donc beaucoup de lumière du soleil passe par la zone de la salle de bain, qui n'était pas super convenable. La chambre était certainement une chambre non-fumeur et ne sentait jamais de fumée de cigarettes. Ceci a été fixé par la pulvérisation d'un parfum, mais un peu décevant que les espaces publics n'aient pas été maintenus sans fumée. Il y a un robot de livraison, un lavabo gratuit et un petit-déjeuner dans le fond. La location n'est pas super central, et parce que Harbin est froid en hiver, il est plus facile de prendre des taxis au centre de la ville que de marcher ou de tenter de prendre le métro ! Le personnel était très aimable et l'hôtel était agréable, mais je voulais certainement trouver quelque part plus agréable et ou plus près du centre-ville pour un meilleur prix si je rentrais.

C'est certainement un 5/5. Le personnel a pris l'initiative de prendre notre pick-up à l'aéroport, le pick-up était si simple, il a fallu moins de 8 minutes pour arriver à l'hôtel à partir de T3. Le contrôle est rapide. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. La location est parfaite, les lieux de mange sont à quelques minutes à pied. Merci encore au personnel, chers.

По приезду в отель не ждите, что на первом этаже у ресепшена вас будут встречать, ресепшен в нашем случае находился на 8 этаже, что и номер. Мы постояли сначала и потом поднялись и нашли (благо есть Гугл переводчик)). Около ресепшена сразу есть магазинчик, удобно очень, можно курит и к чаю бисквитик, и водички и тд. Номер приятно удивил, было в номере все, что необходимо, все чисто, аккуратно, ежедневно приносили питьевую воду, чай в пакетиках, зубные счета и, паста, шампунь, мыло, гель для душа, фен ( почти Дайсон) Есть кондиционер, увлажнитель воздуха, холодильник, проектор, и даже унитаз с подогревом сиденья )). Единственное , чему удивлены были- что гостиница использует одноразовые полотенца, (похожие на тонкие тряпки для стекол). Но меня все таки устраивает обычный формат махровых полотенец, чтоб выйти с душа, завернутся в него. Я попросила администратора, и мне не отказали, сказали посмотрят на складе - и буквально через 15 минут принесли 4 махровых белых чистых полотенца!!! 😁За это отдельное спасибо👍🏻🤗

Un hôtel très économique, non loin de Central Street, et abordable. Je suis resté quatre jours au total et les draps et couettes n'ont pas été changés. La chambre n'a été nettoyée que sur demande. Heureusement, quatre bouteilles de Nongfu Spring sont distribuées chaque jour. La salle de bain est séparée des zones humides et sèches et l'eau du bain est très grande, ce qui élimine la fatigue d'une journée de course. Il y a quelques fuites d'eau du robinet, mais cela n'affecte pas l'utilisation. Note globale parfaite.

🤩 Fantastic Stay in Harbin! Highly Recommended! 🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money ! The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats. 👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process. 🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems. 📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious. If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request. ⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy. We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day. If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

The building is pretty old and can be quite a wait at the elevator. There are multiple elevators but they are also old and creaky. Upon checking into my room, I noted that it was actually a serviced apartment converted into a hotel. Cleanliness was ok, but honestly could be better. There are some discoloured spots and marks, however I could personally tolerate it. At night when I got back and crashed out on the bed, I realised the smoke/cigarette smell was still quite strong but too tired to complain then. Next day I couldnt smell it (not sure if sheets changed or I just got used to the smell). The lighting in the room is kinda bleak in my opinion, photos look better than actual. For me, I didnt spend much time in the rooms as I'm outside for the most of my stay. Asked for extra toilet roll in the morning and they were responsive, so that's a plus. The train station is about a 10minutes walk, so do take note if you're lugging heavy luggages. There are a lot of eateries and 24hr convenience shops nearby, so no fear of needing random food or emergency purchases. Overall, it's an ok stay if you just seeking a place to sleep for the night if the price is lower. If you're looking for comfort and room enjoyment, would suggest looking elsewhere.

Le centre de la ville est situé à quelques pas de la station de métro, ce qui permet de découvrir Harbin. Toutes les attractions principales, y compris la gare, sont à quelques arrêts de métro, ce qui fait de cet hôtel un choix privilégié pour les touristes. En outre, il est à quelques pas de la rue Zhongyang, l'étonnant Cathédrale de Sophia et le marché des légumes Daoli, où vous pouvez prendre un délicieux petit déjeuner abordable. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec une grande fenêtre offrant une belle vue sur la ville. La salle de bain était aussi généreusement grande, surtout la douche, et tout était en ordre de travail parfait. La chambre est restée chaude et confortable grâce à l'excellent système de chauffage, et nous avons gardé le chauffage hors de la porte pendant six jours, et la température intérieure est restée juste. Le centre de la ville est un centre de recherche et de service, qui a été organisé par le personnel de la ville. En général, je recommande vivement l'hôtel Vienna (Harbin Central Street Sofia) à tout le monde qui visite Harbin. Je resterais certainement ici pour mon prochain voyage à Harbin !
