Hôtels avec Spa à Préfecture de Niigata, Japon

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

Stayed here during a ski trip to Yuzawa in March and had a great experience overall. The location was convenient, around a 6–7 minute walk from the JR station west exit. We booked the package with breakfast and dinner included, and really enjoyed the meals, the menu was different every night which was a nice touch. The room was also very spacious for 2 people. The staff were friendly and helpful. The private onsen in the room was a bit smaller than expected, but the private onsens on the 6th floor were very nice and relaxing. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would stay again for another ski trip :)

L'hôtel est très ancienne, mais la situation est confortable, le magasin de location en dehors de l'hôtel est très recommandé, ils étaient gentils et nous disposaient de voyage gratuit pour le ski.

The lady at the counter was so accommodating. Provided everything we needed and was happy to help in any other way. Spoke a little English but used google translate to help. We couldn't use the dining room for dinner, I think that had to be booked in advance. There was only one or two other places open in town at 7.30pm for dinner. So wasn't many options. The room had stains all over the floor, but otherwise the beds were clean, and comfortable being on the harder springy side, and the bathroom was very clean. The onsen was amazing. The room was a good size, and had extra toilets down the hall if we needed them. The Japanese breakfast that was provided was fantastic. We only stayed one night because we were walking the next day just near there otherwise would have stayed in a bigger town, because of the limited outside facilities. But for the price and it was convenient it was good. Would stay again if I had to, but otherwise would go for a bit nicer place.

Very conveniently situated in downtown Sado city. Ample free parking A selection of eateries are within a 5 min walk and you are across the road from a small Coop supermarket. Hotel is very clean Good size rooms with comfortable bed.  Good WiFi Good value for money.

Une très bonne expérience. Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu éloigné de la jetée, la situation est convenable. La chambre était spacieuse et bien climatisée. L'espace sources chaudes était également assez grand. L'hôtel loue également des vélos pour 100 yens de l'heure.

良かった点 ・ビジネスホテルとは思えないほどの素晴らしい内装。壁も薄くなく静かに過ごすことができた（ただこれは、隣人が静かなだけだった可能性もあるが）。 ・朝食は6:30-9:30で、和洋折衷のビュッフェ（バイキング）形式。種類も豊富で、なくなったらすぐに補充されるので嬉しい。さらにライブキッチンがあり、5つの中から好きなメニューを作ってもらうこともできる！作っている様子はカメラを通してモニターで確認することができる。ちなみに朝食会場が見たことないほど広かった。 食事が美味しい！！！！ ・大浴場は深夜2:00まで空いているので、静かな時間を狙うもよし、早めに入ってしまうのもよしだ。 ・ローソンが併設されており、ホテルから外に出ることなく買い物ができる。 ・館内はローソンも含め、全て用意してある作務衣（パジャマ）で移動可能。 ・コインランドリーがあり、洗濯は30分300円、乾燥は30分100円。 気になった点 ・入り口がわかりづらい。大きく看板を掲げている わけではないので、ローソンを目印にすると良い。 ・部屋は狭め。 ・B1階-11階まであるのだが、エレベーターが二基しかないので待たされることがしばしば。もう少し増やすべきだ。 ・9階の部屋に泊まったが、最終日に蜘蛛が出た。別に苦手ではなかったのでそのままにしたが、そうでない方は驚くかもしれない。 総評 ビジネスホテルにしてはサービスが良く、素晴らしい内装をしている。また新潟に行く機会があれば泊まりたい。

L'hôtel est très agréable. Convenant, à 10 minutes à pied de la gare d'Echigo Yuzawa. Le magasin de location à côté de la porte est plus cher que dans Gala Yuzawa n ils offrent un transbordeur gratuit. Chambre spacieuse et de bonnes installations. Dinner et petit déjeuner varié et parfois a de la viande hale. Ils ont une salle de jeu pour les enfants. Valeur pour l'argent. Repérer votre séjour ici.

The place is very close to Gala Yuzawa station around 8mins walk. The place is great with attentive staff. There is an available shuttle service where you can call the hotel to fetch you. Downside is that there is no available restaurants nearby so you have to go to Echigo Yuzawa. You can avail the shuttle service. Would have been great if there’s supplementary breakfast. There’s a 300yen fee for bath.

Prime hotel that has premium facilities, rooms, onsen and service. The hotel provides shuttle to various ski resorts in the Myoko region and has a good breakfast buffet. The buffet dinner is not very good and relatively over priced for what was served.
