The hotel is very nice and clean. The hotel is well designed. The room we stayed in the Lodge part is well designed and appointed. Spacious for two people, although we reserved a family suite. There are two different breakfast options, Western and Japanese. The Japanese breakfast option was much better appointed, quiet, and organized. (you are not getting your variety style of breakfast eggs). The Onsen in Arai is very nice, clean, and a nice place to relax after skiing. As per other information about skiing at Lotte Arai, there is noting else around and as stated, it is not for backpackers, skier/boarders on a budget. The hotel is isolated and not walkable to any stores. As for dinner options, you have to make daily reservations which can be somewhat of a turnoff. The restaurants are not large to accommodate large numbers. As for skiing/boarding. It can get windy and whiteout conditions. When we were there, the upper mountain was closed one day which limits the number of runs that are opened. Also, there were a lot of avalanche warnings posted and those runs were closed. Safety concerns /warnings are well posted. Did manage to see some boarders that went under the ropes into the out of bounds ang get stuck in waist deep snow.

Nice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion. Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out. Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk. Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western. Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

The hotel is about 10mins walk from the Yuzawa Station but there’s no shuttle bus service. All staff are friendly and helpful, except one young guy who never wants to help you to solve problems. There’re karaoke and game room for kids and families. There’s also private hot bath available for those who don’t want to go to the public bath. But for those with luggages, the hotel has no regular luggage storage after check out. They can only keep your luggage until 1pm on the day of check out.

L'hôtel était généralement propre, sauf dans la zone frontale où les chaussures doivent être retirées.. le mat de sol était mouillé mais il n'était pas modifié, donc son genre de gros. Les chambres sont très confortables et très confortables. La cuisine est très proche de la cuisine, mais elle est très proche de la cuisine. Le lit était confortable. Les coussins étaient crap et seulement 1 coussin chacun.. Voir était très agréable, pouvait voir e montagnes voisines. La location est très bonne, à 5 à 10 minutes à pied de la gare echigo yuzawa. Si ceci est supposé être un ryokan, il est juste un autre salon. Ne vous attendez pas trop - considéré comme décent.

La chambre est confortable, la soupe de soup a un grand casino et un vent à l'abri. Le petit-déjeuner est servi, le service du personnel est très bon. La famille du patron est très gentille. Vous pouvez acheter des billets de ski et louer des meubles à proximité de l'hôtel, le prix est moins cher que le ski. En général, l'expérience est très bonne.

I've not ever stayed Dormy Inn and this was the first time. It was very nice and impressive. Good onsen and clean facilities. I will try to find Dormy Inn chain near the places I plan to trip to. Thank you so much for the nice services the hotel provided.

Chaque année, c'est donc la deuxième année consécutive de séjour. L'hôtel est mon style préféré. Mais japonais, la chambre est grande, il ya un casino, un lave-linge, le petit-déjeuner est toutes les formes de souper, la nourriture est très raffinée, le goût n'est pas un buffet général, très surpris, très intense promotion.

員工服務非常之好，非常之專業。 酒店有租用滑雪用品，比滑雪場和其他的滑雪用品店便宜。 在酒店買滑雪票，也有折扣優惠。 還有專車接送，當你看見所有人都在排長龍等巴士的時候，你的專車已經在門口等你，在落雪的時候，份外感到溫暖。 步行至越後湯沢站和7-11只是5分鐘的路程。

Les chambres et la nourriture sont très bonnes, le chauffeur et le récepteur sont très enthousiastes, c'est un voyage très agréable. Je dors très confortablement la nuit et je me reposais très lentement. Je pense que je reviendrai très rapidement.

夫婦と小学生子ども2人で行きました。 昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、 とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。 また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。 また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。 追伸 朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。 子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。 ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。
