住的家庭房，前台衹有半天在，下午到衹能自助辦理入住。提前發了郵件但沒回復，還好聯繫了攜程同時可以視頻找到前台，順利拿到鑰匙。 房間挺大的，設施簡陋了點，連燒水壺都是共享，其他一切都好 睡得舒服，早餐一切都不錯，能吃飽吃好。。 説重點，位置其實很方便的，公交車542隻要幾分鐘就到交通樞紐或直到目的地 滑雪場，哈特小鎮都很方便。。

The view from the room was absolutely stunning and easily the highlight of our stay. We were given two rooms, which made the stay very comfortable for our group of 3. The shower had great water pressure and was honestly one of the best we experienced during our trip. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Gosau, this hotel offers great value for money. There’s also a sauna and fitness room available. One thing to note is that the sauna follows the traditional Austrian style, where guests are expected to use it nude. The bathroom layout was a little unusual, with the toilet and shower located in separate areas, which felt slightly inconvenient at times. As for the breakfast, there weren’t many options. We also tried the hotel’s dinner buffet (€29 per person), and it was quite decent.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees. As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise. 2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received. Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received. To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

This hotel really elevated our trip in the surrounding area. The room came with a nice environment, a shared kitchen for reheating food, with a nice dining area with great Mountain Views and. All the rooms have heating and AC, and the hotel was also very close to the train station. The hotel owners are also always eager to help you. the highlight of this stay was when Jasmin helped us plan our activities during our stay, with an annotated map and local insight. This really saved us from headaches and research regarding our visit to the area.

L'hôtel complet de bus, sans réception, vous pouvez vous installer sur une machine de bus. Merci beaucoup à la dame et à la sœur pour aider à résoudre le problème de la carte de papier! Le petit déjeuner est facile à envoyer à la porte une matinée, mais le repas n'est pas particulièrement bien, trop unique. L'expérience globale est ok.

The hotel has very nice breakfast and the hotel is monument time. The hotel is located right beside the shopping street which is very convenient with a lot of food choices before the shop is closed. It is also served by a tram system that can bring you to the train station overall a very nice hotel to stay with friend.

Beautiful setting and a cute town in the heart of the Austrian Alps Lake District. The breakfast was great with many selections. Parking is a bit of a problem with limited space for unloading only near the hotel. Highly recommend this location for easy access to Bad Ischl and Hallstättersee without the crowds.

La propriétaire de la maison est bien, tout peut être contacté par courrier. La position de cette maison est très bonne et il y a des chambres à l'intérieur. La station de bus est très proche, il y a un grand balcon. L'hôtel est juste le point de départ de la montagne de Saint-Wolfgang. Si la montagne de la montagne de la mer est très recommandée de rester ici
