It’s a short stay for us. But I would recommend this hotel in Ipoh cause they have the self-service counter for you to check-in and everything is pay by e-wallet/cards. And the hotel room is consider pretty good for us, just that make sure you need to close harder the room door if not it will disturbing others hahaha.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, with a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made the stay enjoyable and memorable.

L'emplacement est bon. L'hôtel à proximité a de nombreux restaurants chinois et le matin il y a pasar pagi. Il se trouve à proximité du temple Sam Poh Tong et de la grotte Guan Yin. La chambre est propre. Mais quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, nous avons découvert qu'il y avait une serviette accrochée dans le placard. Le service d'entretien ménager doit en prendre note.

Les chambres, les salles de bain et les espaces communs étaient très propres et spacieux. L'établissement est idéalement situé près de la gare. Asif et la propriétaire étaient très accueillants et serviables, et ils nous ont recommandé des restaurants du quartier.

Cet hôtel est très proche de certains restaurants célèbres, il y a de nombreux endroits pour changer de l'argent à proximité et il y a une laverie en face. Ce qui précède devrait être le plus gros avantage de cet hôtel. À mon arrivée, le personnel de la réception a essayé de me demander de payer la taxe, je lui ai dit que j'avais payé en ligne. Elle m'a également demandé d'envoyer par courrier électronique la facture du compte de taxes et de prendre une photo. L'agencement et les installations des chambres d'hôtel sont très simples, mais vous devez quand même payer une caution. Aucun autre hôtel dans lequel j'ai séjourné en Malaisie avant et depuis ne m'avait jamais demandé de caution. J'espère que vous pourrez faire confiance au caractère de l'invité et éviter des ennuis inutiles.

Average stay here Everything else okay except the cleanliness of the toilet & receptionist, ”the staff could be more welcoming” As for the toilet , the toilet was pleasant upon arrival and smelled very fresh. However, after using it, a strong urine odor developed. The floor also became slippery and there a yellowish stains.. ew One more thing the water provided has an unpleasent smell 😩 Other than that im satisfied with the location,easy to find food place and near shops,free private parking, amenities provided are fully equipped. With large tv and has many channel. I hope the cleanliness will be improved

I stayed just 1 night with my husband and our 2‑year‑old son. The room was for 4 persons, which meant we received an extra bed even though I booked for 3 people. The room was supposed to be without a window, but I got one, which was nice. The air conditioner was old, and there was no kettle to boil water for my son’s milk, so I had to go downstairs to get hot water. However, the location was very convenient—only 3 minutes from the Lost World of Tambun theme park.

First stay at this new hotel in Ipoh and we are pleasantly surprised by the comfort. Location is walking distance to downtown for lots of great food and souvenir shopping. The bed in the room is great for a goodnight sleep. For hotel of this class we didn’t expect much amenities but surprised that most things are provided for comfort of guest. Even bathrobe! The areas for improvement are: 1. Water leakage from the shower made the toilet floor constantly wet. Design default that I hope can be rectified. 2. Checkout reception was so strict with sop. Late check out. No. Umbrella. No. Everything is a no, don’t think they are properly trained in hospitality management. Management order over guest satisfaction is how they operate. No help with luggage with the guard standing to look on. Not very nice welcome. 3. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room. Had to call at 4pm for cleaning to be done. Reception accused us for putting on the no disturb sign. No apology just mere mention that they will contact housekeeping when we insisted that we switched “please clean room” sign since morning. We met the cleaner who was much nicer than the reception staff. For a no frill stay, this hotel is nice and quiet but some may not like the fact that it’s beside funeral parlour.
