Hotel service was excellent - allowed for late check out after hearing that our train timing was late, and brought a portable heater up to our room due to the cold weather. When we asked for the nearest pharmacy to procure portable oxygen, they also offered one on their end. Room was clean and spacious, and toilet had heated toilet bowl and nice toiletries. Proximity was very near train station as well. Nice lobby with recreational area.

Excellent séjour et fortement recommandé. C'est à environ 20 minutes à pied de la gare de Xining. Situé le long de la rue Qiyi七一路. En face de l'hôtel se trouvent de jolis magasins d'alimentation. Faites une courte promenade jusqu'à la rue animée derrière l'hôtel, ce qui prend environ 15 minutes. Vous pouvez marcher vers votre gauche en sortant de la porte principale de l'hôtel. Tournez encore à gauche et marchez 250 m jusqu'au feu, tournez à gauche et montez la colline jusqu'à arriver à la principale zone animée. La grande mosquée musulmane de Dongguan se trouve également dans cette zone. La population locale est très sympathique et prête à vous montrer les directions. La chambre de l'hôtel ChaoMan est propre, spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons séjourné ici pendant deux nuits. Le petit-déjeuner proposé comprend une large gamme de légumes frits, de riz frit, de petits pains chinois et de pâtisseries. Le personnel le plus accueillant a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Félicitations à vous tous et j'ai inclus leur photo dans cet article. Ils nous ont aidés dans nos déplacements vers des lieux touristiques populaires et, surtout, ils nous ont obtenu un prix raisonnable pour le transfert à l'aéroport, à 65 yuans. Everything what you could except from a Ji hotel. Great spacious room, delicious breakfast and attentive staff. Very close to train station.

No issues. We booked a non-smoking room but got a smoking one which is par for the course here. The smoke penetrates everywhere anyway. Comfy bed, good shower, good air con, no noise issues. The staff try to be helpful. Location fine. Next to moija st for food and the night market is a 5 minute walk. 20 minute walk to the mosque. Negative: no response to messages and all the fire doors are tied open (pictured). I write about deadly building fires and this is insane and not on. Someone could die in a fire despite the good fire escape.

J'ai aussi eu un rhume. Quand je suis entré, la réception m'a servi un verre d'eau de poire. Puis je suis allé dans la chambre pour voir que j'avais peur du climat sec et m'a donné un humidificateur. De plus, la chambre qu'ils m'ont donnée était assez spacieuse et j'étais très à l'aise la nuit. La vue nocturne est également superbe. Il y a un hôpital à côté et il y a une rue de snacks en face de l'hôtel, ce qui est super.

We found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry. I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend. All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

Starting with the positives. The construction and decor was great. Showering space was also nice and new. Staff were also helpful and nice. Amenities are ok. Everything you would expect for washing up. But no AC for many rooms without windows is a travesty. Only a electric fan that can only blow for 1 hour at a time. Easy to get asphyxiated at night. Horrible stench of body odor and cigarette smoke was present when I entered my room. Hygiene seemed alright until I showered. And with a small waft of the towels a terrible stench of cigarette odor pierced my nostrils.. Expecting guests to wipe off with this odorous smell is disappointing. Water also leaks from the shower compartment into the toilet floor.

酒店在茶卡鎮裏面，離茶卡鹽湖很近，開車10分鐘左右。還去了茶卡鹽湖看了日出的。 整體來説一般吧。 暖氣各方面很充足，比較暖和。 但是我住的那個房間電視是壞的，沒有辦法看電視（主要是除夕當天，本來想看春晚的）。 然後洗漱間有一點點感覺不太乾淨吧，包括浴巾上面有一些黑色的不明物體，感覺不是很乾凈。

設施：很齊全 衞生：很乾凈 服務：很到位 一家三口出來旅行，網上訂的酒店很滿意，房間温度很高，住着特別舒服，老婆説下次還來這家酒店🏨🏨🏨🏨，外地的朋友們來這家酒店是一個不錯的選擇

房間乾淨整潔。前台服務態度好。遇到問題需要東西很快就幫忙送上來入住辦理很快，酒店房間衞生做得很到位。酒店位置很好找。入住體驗很棒，房間寬敞明亮，設備心意整潔乾淨，非常滿意。

地段不錯在主街上但鬧中取靜一點也不吵，樓下週邊全是好吃的，設施設備也很齊全飲水機，加濕器一應俱全還有專門的氧氣房可供選擇，衞生更是沒得説房間都有一股淡淡的香味，服務既貼心又到位剛到房間就有服務員端來了免費贈送的本地手工酸奶，早餐品種不是太多但是很有特色，豆漿決對是現磨的口感很濃郁很香，煎餅也很好吃！
