Apart-hotel "RiverRun" is located in a quiet picturesque place and at the same time in the center of Sukhum (Camp site area), with a large beautiful garden and courtyard, recreation areas, by the Basla River. The hotel is located 300 m from the sea. Nearby are: the central embankment , shops, pharmacies, a small market, a canteen, restaurants, cafes (Abkhazian courtyards-patskhi).
Apart-hotel "RiverRun" provides rooms of three categories: one-room apartments, two-room apartments, family suites. Spacious rooms ranging from 45 to 60 sq.m. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen, TV, heating, air conditioning, safe, WI-FI, large refrigerator, kettle, microwave, cutlery, dining area, spacious balcony overlooking the river/garden.
It offers free parking inside the hotel.

Отель красивый, номера чистые, красивые. Все в номерах предусмотрено для комфортного отдыха. Есть все, кроме тапочек, имейте ввиду, если едете на отдых, с собой берите или купите.
Обязательно берите завтраки! Отличные завтраки: очень все было вкусно, красивая сервировка, отменная подача!
Продумано все до мелочей в этом отеле. Хозяева доброжелательные, с любовью и заботой относятся к своему дому, персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный. Впечатления просто великолепные!
Автомобиль на стоянке внутри территории отеля, внутри ограждения, стоял под присмотром.
Рекомендуем гостям, очень достойный отдых в данном отеле! И сами ещё обязательно остановимся там, если соберёмся в Сухум!

Eco-Papa is a family-run resort hotel just a 3-4-minute walk from the beach. The marine climate, the purest mountain air, saturated with the aromas of unique vegetation. The hotel consists of 3 buildings made of natural wood. The distance from the hotel to the airport is 79 km, to the railway station - 2.8 km, to the center of Gudauta - 3.8 km.
The hotel has a total of 60 standard and family standard rooms. The rooms on the ground floor have their own entrance. All rooms are equipped with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels.
The pearl of the hotel is one of the largest swimming pools in Abkhazia with a children's compartment. The hotel's outdoor heated pool is open from May to early October. There is a recreation area nearby, sun loungers are provided. Next to the pool there is a bar where you can order refreshing drinks and snacks.

Симпатичный отель в городе Сухум. Достаточно удобное расположение (рядом с набережной и центральным рынком, откуда можно добраться на общественном транспорте до аэропорта). Номера чистые и тихие, каждый день меняют полотенца и банные принадлежности). Персонал приятный и отзывчивый. Рекомендую!

InvitéТолько приехала из отеля, очень хорошенький отельчик, прекрасные завтраки, все вкусное и свежее, уборка номера отлично, закрытая территория, до пляжа пешком 5 мин, через дорогу, рядом можно покушать в кафе. Приветливый и вежливый персонал, чистейшая вода в бассейне, ухоженная территория.
Единственный минус это расположение, не все таксисты понимают куда ехать, и делают уливленные глаза 🤣😳, и меня в самом отеле напрягло , что во время жары некуда спрятаться у бассейна, видимо были зонты , но от них остались только основания, один одинешенек стоит зонтик, хотя солнце прямо жарит, и народу много, также лежаки без матрасов , не айс конечно, жестко!!! Непонятно почему администрация не обращает на это внимание, отдых должен быть с комфортом , даже если это и троечка(((. А так понравилось все!!!🌺

Отдыхали в этом отеле с 22.05 по 24.05. Хороший отель соотношение цены и качества 100% на уровне.
Хорошая о благоустроенная территория, чистый бассейн. В номерах все просто, но чисто и видно, что приводят в порядок после каждого гостя, а не поверхностная уборка.
Завтраки и ужины были нормальные, для цены за номер лобстеров конечно вам не принесут. Единственный минус это добавление специй соли и сахара. Мне как человеку который не ест сахар, было слишком сладко.
В последний день у меня было День рождения, отель в качестве подарка природным бутылочку игристого и поздравил. За это отдельное Спасибо)))
Желаю вам процветания и хороших, добрых, отзывчивых гостей.
