L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à proximité de la station de métro Kotodai Koen, des commerces et des restaurants. Il propose café, glaçons et articles de toilette. De plus, il est situé juste à côté d'un 7-Eleven.

L'hôtel est très amiable pour les voyageurs internationaux, et l'un des membres du personnel peut parler chinois, qui nous a été incroyablement utile. Elle nous a aidé à faire beaucoup de choses pendant notre séjour et a aidé à organiser le stockage des bagages avant l'arrivée, tout en faisant très facilement et confortablement. La chambre est également légèrement plus grande que de nombreux hôtels au Japon, ce qui a fait le séjour plus confortable. it's nice, but the walls are very thin and you can hear conversations next door. there were families here. it's not a romance hotel. other than that it's mostly quiet. my biggest complaint is: why only 1 washer & dryer? the breakfast buffet is great. i thought the japanese grocery store food was good and the hotel buffets that were grocery store quality were good, but this was another level. this was restaurant quality. now i know what the grocery store bento boxes are trying to achieve

Nous étions chez les gens pendant 3 nuits. Les photos sont de après notre séjour, c'est pourquoi il est un peu cassé. Il était très proche de la gare et de nombreux restaurants près, et très proche du marché matinal, qui était très agréable. La chambre était très belle et propre. Un peu spacieuse aussi. Si vous avez une valise, je pense que vous pouvez l'ouvrir de quelque façon. Nous n'avons pas utilisé de service de nettoyage. Ils avaient aussi un signe que vous pourriez utiliser si vous ne vouliez pas de nouveaux serviettes (qui me semblent bien du point de vue environnemental). Les gens étaient gentils et gentils. L'ambiance était aussi bonne. Ils avaient les choses de base, qui était bonne. Nous pensons que nous avons eu un très bon séjour à cet hôtel.

L'hôtel est situé près de Sendai, dans une rue commerçante couverte, juste à côté du restaurant Ichiran Ramen, ce qui est très pratique. Le personnel était poli, mais les draps n'ont pas été changés pendant six nuits. À chaque entrée et sortie, je devais me rendre à la réception pour obtenir une clé de casier, y déposer mes chaussures, rendre la clé et récupérer une fiche de présence, ce qui limitait mes allers-retours. En réalité, l'hôtel propose deux types de casiers : un pour les clients et un autre pour les personnes fréquentant les sources thermales. Les clients peuvent réserver un casier pour une longue durée, ce qui leur permet d'aller et venir librement et allège la charge de travail du personnel.

We were two people during one night. It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026). What I really liked was that the hotel have bikes (with a basket) you can use for free, just ask the receptionen (I only used it once for one hour, but it was good). The room was a bit spacious, clean and tidy. If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though. The staff was nice and friendly. The amenity was good as well. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain. When I booked this hotel on trip.com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out. So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22. Overall I think we had a good and nice stay at this hotel.

Close to JR Sendai station which is connected to 2 malls, Parco & SPal, with lots of food outlets & stores. 15sqm room was small, difficult to fully open suitcases. The bathroom has tight space & the shower tub is too high so need to be careful when stepping in or out & there's no safety rail to hang on to. The breakfast buffet has roughly same items daily, only minor changes in fruit/vegetable juices & some other items. They provide takeaway boxes for breakfast food to eat in your room or on the trains if you are travelling so that's a big plus.

Close to Sendai station, just a short walk. In front of the hotel is a famous Asaichi market. The hotel is close to all shopping malls. The 2nd street shop is in the mall next to the Asaichi market. You can walk to the sendai station area and look for a loop bus (see the picture). There is a one day ticket with multiple getting-ins. It will take you to the must-visited places of Sendai. The location is excellent. The hotel is very clean. You can self-check in and self-check out. The breakfast is excellent with Japanese style. There are free amenities (e.g. face mark, tea, coffee, lotion, etc.). Overall, I strongly recommend it.

The hotel was very dated and was also very small. The paint on the walls of our room looked like they were coming off at any time. However the bed was clean and the room was also decently cleaned. All the basic amenities were provided during my stay and the staff were also courteous and friendly! The hotel is also located about a 10mins walk away from JR Sendai station so it is definitely convenient. Overall, for the price you are paying it’s definitely worth it if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night and go out in the day.

L'emplacement est extrêmement pratique, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Sendai, dans une galerie marchande regorgeant de restaurants et de boutiques. Le centre commercial Taipei 2018 et l'arrêt de bus pour Yamagata sont également à 2 minutes à pied. Le hall propose du café gratuit 24h/24 et des casiers pour les bagages avant ou après l'enregistrement. Le service était excellent. Il serait encore mieux d'avoir des panneaux indiquant l'emplacement de l'ascenseur au rez-de-chaussée. Le jour de mon arrivée, ne sachant pas où se trouvait l'ascenseur, j'ai dû monter mes bagages au deuxième étage pour m'enregistrer, ce qui était un peu contraignant. Si je retourne à Sendai, je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel. Les équipements de la chambre étaient bien agencés et pratiques.
