⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Fraser’s Hill is a peaceful and refreshing destination with cool weather, lush greenery, and a relaxing atmosphere. The drive up is quite challenging due to the many winding roads, so it’s something to be prepared for. Food options are fairly limited, especially at night. The hotel room was comfortable overall, but there was a noticeable musty smell, which could be improved. Despite these minor drawbacks, it’s still a lovely place to unwind and enjoy nature for a short getaway.

Avantages L'hôtel est idéal pour les familles. Nous avons réservé la chambre six car la chambre quadruple a été évaluée par d'autres clients comme étant loin du hall. Notre chambre six était juste au-dessus du hall au niveau 2. L'espace était suffisant pour notre famille de 5 personnes avec un enfant en bas âge et nous avions une chambre communicante. Notre chambre avait un lit superposé. Donc au total, il y avait 3 grands lits. 2 lits en bas et 1 sur le lit superposé. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, c'est très pratique car les parcs à thème, les restaurants et le supermarché se trouvent juste en face de l'hôtel. Il y a aussi une petite aire de jeux pour les enfants à la réception du hall. Les inconvénients La salle de bain dispose d'une cabine séparée pour toilettes et douche. Mais la salle de bain n'a pas de porte ! Vous devrez vous changer dans la cabine de douche. Je n'ai jamais séjourné dans un hôtel où la salle de bain n'a pas de porte, donc si vous séjournez avec un grand groupe, soyez prêt ? La chambre n'a pas de ventilateur mais il fait froid dehors, donc ce n'est pas un problème pour nous pendant notre séjour. L'emplacement du buffet du petit-déjeuner n'est pas dans l'hôtel. Il se trouve dans les locaux du parc à thème couvert, vous devez donc marcher 10 à 15 minutes pour le petit-déjeuner. Sinon super séjour pour les familles et prix raisonnable aussi si vous partagez.

Although the exterior of the hotel looks a little dated, don’t let that fool you—the interior is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The room and bathroom were spotless. The towels, bed linens, and pillowcases were clean, fresh, and smelled great. The room was also well equipped with almost everything you might need, including an iron, hair dryer, face towels, and room slippers. The air conditioning and lighting worked perfectly throughout my stay. One feature I especially appreciated was the reading light above the bed. I don’t like sleeping in complete darkness, so being able to leave just that light on made the room very comfortable for me. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

One of the first things that impressed me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping standards were consistently high, making it easy to relax after a day of diving and exploration. The resort grounds were also kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment that reflected the professionalism of the entire team. What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface. As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway. Thank you to the entire B&J team for making my trip so enjoyable, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

La suite était bonne et spacieuse. Il dispose d'un balcon et l'installation autour de cette zone est très bonne. La vue est aussi belle. Il y a quelques cafés à choisir, et un magasin de détail comme The News et KK Mart. Il y a des articles de base de la chambre, tels que la table de fer et de fer, les panneaux, la brosse dentaire, le savon et le shampooing, la chaussure, le café et le thé, les bouchons, la télévision, la boîte de sécurité et le sèche-cheveux, mais il n'y a pas d'eau minérale/drinking, petit réfrigérateur ou micro-ondes. Le service client ne répondra pas à votre appel. Ils répondent seulement par l'application de sorte que vous ne vous dérangez pas de vous appeler, vous pouvez être écouté par la dame qui a répondu. Cela peut être dit comme non un service d'hôtel, donc ne vous attendez pas à ce type de services de ce fournisseur. Mais c'était un bon séjour juste pendant la nuit je ne sais pas pourquoi il y a un drôle de cri et de cri et de son perturbant une fois par temps sorti de nulle part. Alors c'est assez perturbant mon sommeil quelques fois réveillé dans un choc audition quelque chose Mais si votre oreille est une preuve de son pendant que vous dormiez, je ne pense pas que cela vous pose un problème.

The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée ! La vue est vraiment magnifique et j'apprécie le balcon ! Le seul problème, c'est qu'il faut grimper une colline et que l'endroit est assez profond, avec peu de lumières pour éclairer le chemin la nuit.

Cleanliness - The unit is clean. But found that toilet rug was not changed as it looked dirty and partially wet. Towels with stains. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good stay. Good location - walkable distance to restaurants and convenience stores Good and fast service from service crew - no long q for checking in and out Swimming pool - so many people in swimming pool on weekends, looks like soaking in water instead of swimming, the water didn’t look clean (abit yellow/greenish), recommend to skip swimming ya

I booked the Royal suite but what I get like economy suite. No toiletries except hair shampoo and shower liquid. Slipper, oral care, face towel only sent upon request. Tissue box was empty. Asked soap bar for hand wash, the staff told me not provided. After I complaint the staff sent me a bottle of hand wash which like Belong to someone. My room has pool but only provide 2 bath towels. When request, can give another 2 only. Means I can enter my pool 1x only. If enter more no towel to use. Charge high price but provide below basic services . The reception counter is on top and get wet when raining. Only 1 person on duty, if this person go to toilet. Have to wait for her to come back. Breakfast very basic, less protein, no chicken nor fried or scrambled egg … just hard boiled egg cut into half for Nasi Lemak. Only 1 word: kedekut operator and lack of hospitality skills.

The service was excellent. Affordable price which included breakfast for 2 pax, Breakfast is incredible nice. You will get salad bar, dessert (traditional kuih muji), omelette prata, hot food, curry mee and bread. Nice sunrise view in the private beach. There was a bit of mold around the sink, and some of the furniture was not well maintained. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.
