Old hotel but I think it got refurbished because the room feels modern. Love the balcony as we can enjoy the view without feeling too exposed. Decent breakfast spread, the nasi lemak was good! Chose an outdoor seating and it was the best experience ever. The crews are all so friendly & helpful. Requested for a paid late checkout as we went to see Jeriau Waterfall after breakfast but upon checkout at 2pm they said the lateness fee was waived. Bless them!

C'est extrêmement pratique si vous restez ici et que vous vous dirigez vers le parc à thème extérieur Skyworlds. Cependant, les frais de stationnement côté hôtel sont un peu fous. Vous pouvez vous garer au Resort Hotel moyennant 18 RM/jour (week-end) et 12 RM/jour (en semaine).

Although the exterior of the hotel looks a little dated, don’t let that fool you—the interior is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The room and bathroom were spotless. The towels, bed linens, and pillowcases were clean, fresh, and smelled great. The room was also well equipped with almost everything you might need, including an iron, hair dryer, face towels, and room slippers. The air conditioning and lighting worked perfectly throughout my stay. One feature I especially appreciated was the reading light above the bed. I don’t like sleeping in complete darkness, so being able to leave just that light on made the room very comfortable for me. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

One of the first things that impressed me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping standards were consistently high, making it easy to relax after a day of diving and exploration. The resort grounds were also kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment that reflected the professionalism of the entire team. What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface. As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway. La suite était bonne et spacieuse. Il dispose d'un balcon et l'installation autour de cette zone est très bonne. La vue est aussi belle. Il y a quelques cafés à choisir, et un magasin de détail comme The News et KK Mart. Il y a des articles de base de la chambre, tels que la table de fer et de fer, les panneaux, la brosse dentaire, le savon et le shampooing, la chaussure, le café et le thé, les bouchons, la télévision, la boîte de sécurité et le sèche-cheveux, mais il n'y a pas d'eau minérale/drinking, petit réfrigérateur ou micro-ondes. Le service client ne répondra pas à votre appel. Ils répondent seulement par l'application de sorte que vous ne vous dérangez pas de vous appeler, vous pouvez être écouté par la dame qui a répondu. Cela peut être dit comme non un service d'hôtel, donc ne vous attendez pas à ce type de services de ce fournisseur. Mais c'était un bon séjour juste pendant la nuit je ne sais pas pourquoi il y a un drôle de cri et de cri et de son perturbant une fois par temps sorti de nulle part. The room was clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. Everything was comfortable, and the facilities were great. I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. There was a double-booking issue due to an error from the Trip app, but the owner was very helpful, responsible, and cooperative in resolving the problem. Thank you for your excellent service and for making everything easier for your guests. Highly recommended! 😊

La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée ! La vue est vraiment magnifique et j'apprécie le balcon ! Le seul problème, c'est qu'il faut grimper une colline et que l'endroit est assez profond, avec peu de lumières pour éclairer le chemin la nuit.

It’s a homestay concept with rooms and kitchen tool. Everything about the property is ok except these: 1. Curtain at the hall sliding door accessing to the balcony should be a blackout curtain instead 2. There’s no stepper/door mat at each of the bathrooms. This made the floor wet and unsafe 3. Basic tv channels are there. It’s best to have more options to have entertainment indoor with family/friends 4. Door knob in the common bathroom and 2nd bedroom are faulty. One of our friend were stuck in the room till we discovered that it should be turned upwards

I booked the Royal suite but what I get like economy suite. No toiletries except hair shampoo and shower liquid. Slipper, oral care, face towel only sent upon request. Tissue box was empty. Asked soap bar for hand wash, the staff told me not provided. After I complaint the staff sent me a bottle of hand wash which like Belong to someone. My room has pool but only provide 2 bath towels. When request, can give another 2 only. Means I can enter my pool 1x only. If enter more no towel to use. Charge high price but provide below basic services . The reception counter is on top and get wet when raining. Only 1 person on duty, if this person go to toilet. Have to wait for her to come back. Breakfast very basic, less protein, no chicken nor fried or scrambled egg … just hard boiled egg cut into half for Nasi Lemak. Only 1 word: kedekut operator and lack of hospitality skills.

Le chalet de plage était agréable et mieux que ce que j'avais imaginé. Ma chambre était propre, spacieuse et disposait de tout le nécessaire. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient impeccables. Le service de ménage et d'entretien était rapide et efficace. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent. Le personnel était aux petits soins et très aimable. L'ambiance du complexe est vraiment géniale. C'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances relaxantes. Il y a des piscines, des terrains de beach-volley et de pickleball, un café et la plage est à deux pas ! J'ai adoré l'atmosphère. Après un séjour d'une semaine, je reviendrais avec plaisir et je le recommande vivement. Pour ce qui est des points négatifs, la chambre est un peu vieillotte, surtout la climatisation, mais elle fonctionnait, ce qui est déjà ça. La télévision n'est pas connectée, mais elle propose suffisamment de chaînes. L'oreiller est peut-être un peu épais pour certains, mais le lit king-size est immense. L'insonorisation de la chambre n'est pas optimale : j'entendais le réveil et le sèche-cheveux de la chambre voisine, mais ce n'était pas trop gênant, au moins je savais qu'il y avait du monde à côté ! Mais comme il n'est pas insonorisé, si votre chalet est près du parking, vous entendrez le bruit des voitures, et si vous êtes près de la plage, vous entendrez les gens chanter au karaoké le soir au café voisin. Le matin, vous entendrez le chant des oiseaux. De plus, il y a des biawaks dans les environs 🦎, j'en ai même trouvé un dans la salle de bain de mes amis, alors soyez vigilants ! Conseils : la chambre KING du chalet de plage est mieux située, surtout pour les personnes voyageant seules comme moi. Je me sens plus en sécurité et moins inquiète de dormir seule car mon chalet est près du parking et non loin de la piscine. Le chalet jardin semble un peu isolé, donc si vous voyagez seul(e), ce n'est peut-être pas la meilleure option.
