Une expérience hôtelière exceptionnelle. L'hôtel est véritablement excellent, bénéficiant d'un emplacement privilégié et très pratique. Le niveau de service est exceptionnellement raffiné et professionnel, témoignant d'une réelle attention portée aux détails et au confort des clients. Tout a dépassé nos attentes, et l'atmosphère générale était à la fois chaleureuse et luxueuse. Un lieu où l'on a vraiment envie de revenir, quel que soit son emplacement. Abdulrahman

I didn't realize that there are two Swiss Flora Hotels nearby so my taxi dropped me off at the wrong one, which was very frustrating for me as I was exhausted and sick. But the kind front desk agent offered me a free ride with the hotel vehicle to the correct one, which was just around the block. The hotel was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious (I had their traditional Saudi stew with rice and fresh squeezed orange juice) and the service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with all the modern amenities as expected in any city hotel, but the room had a faint cigarette smell which I didn't like. I was too tired to change rooms, do I dealt with it. I asked for a wake up call at 2:30am which I did receive...thankfully!

I recently stayed at Goldenship Hotel Riyadh for 2 nights, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few areas for improvement. The rooms were very neat and clean, well-maintained, and quite spacious. The size and comfort level made the stay relaxing, and housekeeping standards were clearly good. However, the food experience was average. I had 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners during my stay, and unfortunately, none of them stood out. The quality was neither bad nor impressive—just satisfactory, with room for improvement in taste and variety. One downside was the strict checkout policy. Despite the hotel not being fully occupied, they did not accommodate a late checkout request. After requesting, they only allowed an additional 30 minutes, which felt a bit rigid compared to typical hospitality standards. Overall: A good choice for clean and spacious rooms, but food quality and flexibility in customer service could be improved.

La propreté, la localisation et le traitement du personnel sont plus que merveilleux, merci et une expérience répétée, et merci, frère Mohammed, pour sa communication, sa coopération, sa moralité, et il était très bon.

Cette propriété est située près de nombreux sites et sites importants de Riyadh, ce qui facilite l'image. C'est un cadeau de la chambre qui m'a donné un cadeau de partage.

Le ministère de la Défense, le ministère de l'Éducation, le ministère de la Santé et l'hôtel Marriott ne sont pas loin. sont un peu vieux, on voit qu'ils sont tous d'occasion. Il a de vrais matériaux et quelques améliorations, comme le port USB à côté de l'alimentation électrique ; le petit déjeuner est riche en variété ; à 22 heures du soir et dispose de beaucoup d'équipement. Inconvénients : le réseau est extrêmement médiocre, à tel point qu'il tombe en panne et tombe souvent en panne ; il y a des chambres individuelles au troisième étage et à l'extérieur se trouve le toit du bâtiment voisin. Les interférences du récepteur de télévision par satellite et du serveur. est très fort et le bruit est également fort.

The Hotel is really near to Saudi Arabia most popular place call Souk Al-Zal,so I can go shopping there easily

Had a very nice stay at Rosa Grand Hotel during a business trip. The hotel is clean and comfortable. the location was very convenient, especially being close to the Exhibition Centre. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. I also felt comfortable throughout my stay as a female traveller. Overall, a simple but very good hotel with great service and a convenient location. Would happily stay here again.
