C'est à la femme d'aller voir son fils. L'hôtel est facilement accessible. La salle est en fait assez grande. La variété du petit déjeuner n'est pas grande, mais c'est aussi très bon. Il y a de nombreuses places de parking et le stationnement est pratique.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area. The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available. The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done. One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

Nous avons été mis à jour par l'hôtel. Très satisfait 👍 Nous avons dîné au restaurant du 1er étage de l'hôtel à 7h30. J'aurais dû manger du dragon, mais il est peut-être tard. Le dragon n'a pas changé de viande bovine. Le goût est également 👍 Les deux personnes ne peuvent pas manger un peu...

Le restaurant est très bienvenu, nous avons été informés que nous pourrions manger au lobby, et nous avons donc prévu dîner là. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés au restaurant 20 minutes plus tard, ils nous ont dit que nous ne pouvions pas manger là, à moins que nous n'ayons fait des réservations préalables à cause d'un mariage qu'ils avaient à la porte. Le restaurant est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. Nous avons été très irrités parce que nous étions tous deux fatigués et que la dame était très rude à nous. Je comprends parfaitement qu'ils doivent se concentrer sur un mariage et sur la nourriture pour le mariage, mais nous aurions dû en avoir été informés quand nous sommes arrivés que le restaurant n'était pas disponible, sauf si nous avions déjà fait une réservation. Le centre est très agréable et il y a beaucoup de choses amusantes que vous pouvez faire là, mais certains de l'équipe étaient très peu aimables.

Very nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.

Room was spacious and felt well maintained Breakfast was good One issue I had during my stay was at least twice someone tried to enter my room without knocking and the door was stopped by the door latch. I assume it was hotel staff as the door was opened without my 2 access cards. But no knocking or calling of room service before the door was opened and by the time i went to open the door, no one was outside Felt strange Reported the first encounter to the front desk but still it happened a second time

The fire pjt was excellent at night for a quiet wind down. The room could probably be cleaner or maintained better as the pipe in the room are quite obvious and can see the holes near the edge of all walls inside the guest room. but appreciate it as the hotel is located at a country side. My personal white bath towel was taken away by the housekeeping team because it looked similar to the hotel's towel. luckily it was found right before we check out. Thanks to the concierge and housekeeping team.

The hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Il est situé dans la région pittoresque de la montagne verte. On peut skier en hiver, profiter des feuilles rouges en automne, et le service est très bon. Les chambres sont de taille moyenne et les deux grands lits sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est moyen et le café et le thé gratuits sont bons toute la journée. Il y a des gymnases, des piscines, des SPA, et l'emplacement des chambres à flanc de montagne est agréable. Le trafic vers les sites pittoresques environnants est également très pratique. Le signal du réseau dans les montagnes n'est pas bon et le Wi-Fi de l'hôtel ne pose aucun problème.

La location était excellente. La piscine est en plein air étaient exceptionnelles. Les chambres des clients ont besoin d'être mises à jour. Le personnel aurait pu être plus amicale. Nous avons été facturés $25 pour le check-in dans une heure avant l'heure de check-in. La chambre était prête, nous avons eu un peu de temps et d'effort pour nous examiner un peu tôt.
