Attractive ground floor apartment with shared patio leading directly onto one of the quietest and most beautiful beaches on the West Coast with excellent swimming and snorkeling in crystal clear water. Comprising 2 air conditioned bedrooms with powerful en suite showers. The main feature of the apartment is its inside/outside living with beautiful views of the Caribbean, especially at sunset. There are several excellent restaurants nearby and the local shopping centre and supermarket is within easy reach. You are 1.5km away from Sandy Lane and its world class golf facilities and watersports, fishing etc are virtually on your doorstep if you require. The apartment has ifibre optic nternet access and on site security.Little Reef is well situated for multiple activities. Directly on a very beautiful beach there is snorkelling on the reef a short swim out from the shore. Boat activities are on offer from passing operators on the way to the big resorts past Sandy Lane. Fishermen bring in the catch in Fitts Village five minutes down the beach. Jordan's Supermarket is five minutes walk along the beach and there are restaurants within easy reach by foot or car. There are no high rise blocks of apartments, no fast food outlets nearby but local food restaurants are within walking distance. if you want to shop, need a Bank a good meal or a pizza, even a bit of night life, Holetown is fifteen minutes away by bus or car and Bridgetown and the South Coast around twenty minutes by car and the busses pass regularly! If you just want to sit and do nothing but soak up the sun Little Reef has a lovely patio with an ambiance all it's own . The sunsets are very often spectacular and to sip a cool drink watching the boats go by is truly the most relaxing and stress free activity of them all. Sea Orchid is a one bedroom ground floor apartment located at Fitts Village Main Road, St. James, Barbados. It is clean and has everything you might need for your holiday stay. The beach is across the road. It caters to the guest who are coming for a holiday, as well as those who may be coming for a short stay for a medical, business, to attend an event or en route to another island via the airport or seaport! On site parking. Transportation is easily accessible, the local buses travel on the road outside. Supermarket, etc. are a short walk away.Ceiling fans are in living, dining and bedroom; there is also ac in the bedroom. A sofa bed is available in the living room, as well as cable tv. Hummingbird House is situated on the idyllic West coast of Barbados in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The whole house and gardens are detached, very private, secure and fully fenced. Lined with beautiful bougainvillea it is set amidst a gorgeous, colourful and immaculately landscaped garden with palm trees as well as a mango, lime and cherry tree. Sun-loungers surround the large private pool which is exclusively for your use. Hummingbird House is only accessible via our gated driveway, to which only the guest has the combination. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the Caribbean Sea where water sports, picnic areas and restaurants can be found, as well as the local supermarket, chemist and deli. The house boasts 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms 2 with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom opens on to a balcony with seating and breathtaking views of the ocean. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen as well as a laundry area. The large lounge and dining area with vaulted ceilings lead onto a covered veranda, which, with its great views of the gardens and the ocean, is ideal for Al fresco dining. There is also an outside play area for the children. A maid will visit each week to ensure you are comfortable and to change linens etc… and a house manager will be on hand to meet and greet you and help with any questions or issues you may have throughout the duration of your stay. We are situated just a few minutes from Sandy Lane and their amazing golf course and just 10 minutes from Holetown heading North and Bridgetown to the South. There are a number of attractions available for adults and children alike, including swimming, jet skiing, scuba diving, boating, tropical island gardens, and catamaran trips... to name but a few. Its central location places the property a few minutes away from the major shopping areas on the island: 15 minutes from Bridgetown (the capital), 10 minutes from Holetown and 6 minutes from Warrens.Warrens, the closest hub to the property, has become a ‘mini-capital’ on the island. In this area, guests can find several banks, the island’s largest supermarket, various shops and several restaurants.It is also ideally situated for many of the major tourist attractions: a 20-minute drive to Harrison’s Cave, a 20-miute drive to the Barbados Museum or a 9-minute drive to Atlantis Submarines. Cricket enthusiasts can enjoy a game at the 3W cricket field at the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus 5 minutes away or at Kensington Oval 9 minutes away.The Palms is a short 6-minute drive from the west coast that is peppered with many beaches, all of which are open to the public. There is a refrigerator, counter-top stove, built-in oven, microwave and a washing machine.The living room, with a ceiling fan is outfitted with a comfy sectional, a coffee table and flat screen TV (with Netflix). Directly opposite the sofa is a beautiful cracked- mirrored wall which is the focal point of this room. The combined dining/kitchen area has seating for four and there is a glass-top table with four chairs. This area boasts a ceiling fan, cabinets with lights which reach to the ceiling.The bedroom is air-conditioned with a double bed and two side tables, each with its own lamp. There is a ceiling fan, a vanity which can double as a work area and can accommodate a laptop. Several closets, full-length mirrors are provided in the bedroom.
