Hôtels 2 étoiles à Sabah, Malaisie

The location is right in the city centre. The capsule is very nice, provide better privacy and security. Toilet and bathroom are integrated, with shampoo provided. Hair dryer, water dispenser, fridge are available. Lockers are available, but the lock don't work. Consequently, all are occupied by other guests who checked in earlier. The management need to control and carry out inspection. Moreover the AC in the common hall is faulty. Please improve on these two areas. The rest are good!

L'hôtel est bien situé, à l'étage d'un centre commercial, mais les conditions sanitaires sont médiocres. Les draps et couettes dans les chambres dans lesquelles nous avons séjourné avant et après les deux séjours étaient tous sales. Ils ont été remplacés par des neufs. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas délicieux. Je ne recommande pas de l'essayer. Il suffit d'en acheter à proximité. Le centre commercial en bas est le deuxième plus grand de Kota Kinabalu. Il y a un supermarché au troisième étage, ce qui est très pratique. pour faire du shopping. L'hôtel dispose de son propre wifi, mais le signal n'est pas très bon. La chambre avec vue sur la mer est bloquée et ne peut pas être considérée comme une vue complète sur la mer. Le prix est raisonnable, mais on ne se sent pas aussi bien que les hôtels express nationaux.

very nice hostel, free laundry and big confort area. i liked to buy postcards and stamps. nice clean rooms with air condition. highly recommend to stay here. organize airport transfer or tours as well

Room housekeeping only available upon request at counter. Bathroom need to maintain as the bathing area wall tiles grid is dirty and need to clean. On the security of room, hotel management need to look into to further ensure safety of room guest as the glass door after exit from lift to room area is not lock, very risky for outsider to come in making unnecessary break in

Bon endroit. Ne vous attendez pas à du haut car ce n'est pas un hôtel. Étonnamment, c'était un lieu de nuit pour les coureurs urbains ou les coureurs de trail lorsqu'il y avait un marathon à proximité. Ne vous inquiétez pas. C'est un endroit propre pour se reposer et dormir. Je reviendrai certainement.

air conditioner need to fix or services room very hot. when i ask for hairdryer the receptionist told me to wait for 2hours then lastly i got nothing from my waiting, no hairdryer no aircond fix. please give a good service next time.

I had a pleasant stay at Eminent Hotel. The place is nice, clean, and very accommodating, making it a comfortable option for travellers. The staff were friendly, warm, and extremely helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would consider staying here again.

First time staying here. I chose a single room. The room was really nice-clean and tidy. Hot water was available for showers, and the bathroom was super clean. Highly recommended for solo travelers staying here. 😊

ROOM 402 (17–18 October 2025) **The things That Need Improvement:** 1. The bathroom ceiling light is missing. 2. The paint above the toilet bowl in the bathroom is peeling. 3. The exhaust fan is very dusty. 4. A used face mask was found in the waste bin. 5. A used small box was found in the bedside table drawer. 6. The light above the wash basin is not working. 7. The hotel Wi-Fi connection is very slow. 8. The glass windows (outside) so dusty.

Chambre très propre, vue moyenne. La ventilation de la douche et le ventilateur d'extraction pourraient être améliorés. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable, et la réception était très belle. Excellent emplacement, nombreux restaurants tout autour. Le port de Sutera est à environ 15 minutes à pied. L'accès aux chambres est fermé à clé, mais le bâtiment est partagé avec d'autres locataires, ce qui peut être un peu effrayant la nuit. Cependant, je me suis senti en sécurité dans l'ensemble.
