This has to be on of the best hotels I’ve ever visited! Christian’s hotel is modern, bright, scrupulously clean and with all the mod cons you could ask for, but their real claim to fame has to be the staff. Many hotels claim their staff are there to give guests a good experience - but at this hotel they really are! At every level, staff went out of their way to check everything was OK for me, put right any issues, and actively look for ways to please me. Examples are: 1) when I dropped coffee at breakfast the girl who came to help wouldn’t start cleaning the mess until she’d made sure I hadn’t been scalded or stained my clothes, 2) my toothpaste was near it’s end - I returned to find a ‘tube squeezer’ to help empty it, 3) I travel with medication and returned to find a very useful pill box put next to the packets! All fairly small gestures, but they demonstrate how the staff go out of their way for their guests. The food at breakfast was of top quality, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. My only disappointment was that I had to move on to another city - I would have preferred to stay at Christian’s for longer!!

Skvelý Excellent stay with amazing atmosphere, highly recommended! Room: Very spacious. Firm beds, great pillows, and duvets. Perfect for a good night's sleep. Hotel: Elegant interior design. Delicious and excellent breakfast choices. Location: Right next to the lake with a pedestrian zone. Great evening atmosphere with street singers. Staff: Highly professional, kind, and helpful. Great English speakers, used a translator when needed. Negative: Requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke despite the ”No Smoking” sign on the table. Overall a fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Le service était bon, avec un personnel amiable prêt à aider, mais la communication et le temps de réponse pourraient être plus rapides. Globalement, c'est une grande option à Zhengzhou, surtout pour les voyageurs solitaires ou les voyages d'affaires, offrant une très bonne valeur pour l'argent avec quelques zones pour l'amélioration.

Our stay at Marriott was great: the room was clean and spacious with view on the lake, the breakfast was delicious, with Asian and European food. The service was really 5 star and the concierge service, with Mr. John Zhang (really fluent in English), went far beyond our expectations: he booked for us a lot of attractions, organized the private driver and helped us with any little issue we had, from language difficulties to ticket entrance problems, really caring about us. A great thank you, you made our stay the perfect one.

The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, the free golf car transportation offering easy access to nearby attractions while still feeling like a tranquil retreat. We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but Huanghe Guest hotel stands out as one of the very best. It’s the rare kind of place that leaves you planning your return before you’ve even checked out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beauty and quite place to stay on vacation.

J'ai séjourné deux nuits avec mon mari et un ami. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et a fait de son mieux pour que nous nous sentions à l'aise et que nous puissions communiquer avec nous, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans d'autres hôtels en Chine, où l'anglais est rarement parlé. Nous remercions particulièrement Lina, Xiao Jing et Xiao Ming pour leur attention attentionnée. Les chambres étaient très propres et spacieuses. L'emplacement était idéal pour visiter le temple Shaolin, accessible en quelques minutes en taxi. Nous avons pu goûter aux plats proposés au petit-déjeuner et au dîner et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Tout était délicieux. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir, vivement recommandé.

已經是第二次來了，但是我希望以後也可以經常來！！劇院非常好酒店更是給行程錦上添花，服務越來越好越來越完善了，設施和建築還是很有質感保養的非常好 工作人員都非常有耐心和人情味，前台小易美女真的很温柔很貼心，幫做了升房還仔細介紹了酒店的設施細節啥的，真的特別好 大晚上太乾了叫了個加濕器，説一個鐘頭後送進來真的超級準時，也非常有禮貌，馮小雙阿姨送上來的時候給我把什麼泡腳桶一次性墊紙能想到的都給招呼齊全了，真服務意識非常非常好，卧室非常乾淨整潔入住的感覺很清爽。第二天還幫我們聯繫馬小平阿姨幫我們烘乾了衣服，弄得特別平整，真的非常感謝差點要穿濕衣服哈哈。早餐一定要去吃，非常的美味真的做不到浪費一點！酒店所有工作人員的素質和服務態度都超棒，遇到都會有打招呼！總之入住體驗真的超好！因為這個酒店和劇院對河南的印象非常好，很推薦！

Installations : Les installations de l'hôtel sont excellentes. La décoration générale et celle des chambres sont élégantes, alliant design moderne et inspiration culturelle des dynasties Sui et Tang. Les services tels que le restaurant, la laverie et la salle de sport sont complets et portent des noms typiquement chinois. Service : Le service est excellent. J'ai bénéficié d'un surclassement dès mon arrivée et on m'a offert chaque jour des fruits, des desserts et du porridge. Le personnel a répondu rapidement à mes demandes et a même fourni des protections pour la baignoire. Les repas ont été livrés en chambre par un robot. Transferts aéroport et gare TGV : Ce service était excellent. Une navette m'a conduit à la gare TGV et le personnel m'a aidé avec mes bagages à l'arrivée et au départ. Une expérience formidable ! Je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Luoyang.

La pièce est assez grande et agréable à vivre. Je dois dire que le service de Caifu est assez excellent, en particulier Maître Zhang, qui nous a envoyés à l'aéroport depuis Caifu. Il nous a aidés à obtenir nos cartes d'embarquement jusqu'au bout. Il savait que ce n'était pas facile pour nous d'avoir deux enfants, alors. il nous a emmenés secrètement là-bas. Nous sommes allés au comptoir accéléré pour obtenir nos cartes d'embarquement. Merci, Maître Zhang, pour votre bravo à l'hôtel et au personnel !
