⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Mestil Hotel & Residences – Kampala I had an exceptional stay at Mestil! The place is super clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a real sense of luxury and comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help — they truly make you feel at home. I was also very impressed by the top-notch security throughout the property, which gave me complete peace of mind during my stay. Highly recommend Mestil to anyone visiting Kampala — it’s one of the best hospitality experiences in the city! ⸻

Pros: -This hotel has nice room, clean and neat -The shower was really good with high pressure -The garden is the room is just beautiful and nice to walk in (attached images) Cons: -GYM is old and not maintained well, however does the job - Pastries at breakfast is not up to Sheraton standard

The reception staff were friendly and really good. The facility is also good though some areas need abit of renovation The food is excellent. The service from all staff was excellent. I will stay again. Ether

Great service esp the bed turn down. The hotel could improve the guest experience by installing smart TVs that allow access to different streaming platforms and apps.

版這家酒店的環境和硬件真心不錯，不僅有清爽的泳池、規整的網球場，還有開闊的草坪，休閑體驗特別棒。但WiFi卻成了最大的槽點，信號弱到離譜，唯有餐廳區域能偶爾連上，其餘地方直接處於斷網狀態，着實讓人頭疼。

5星とあってスタッフの対応は良かった。 restaurant & BARはルーフトップで眺めがいい。 ただインターネットのWiFiが弱い気がしましま。
