**Absolutely fabulous gem of a hotel – we’re already planning our return!** I’m almost reluctant to sing its praises too loudly in case we can’t get a reservation next time, but I simply cannot recommend The Ocean highly enough. This place is an absolute standout. From the moment you arrive, the service is exceptional. The team is warm, highly attentive, and genuinely approachable – every single member made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. They anticipated our needs before we even asked, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was superb, with a wonderful selection to suit every taste and waistline. What really elevated it was the full table service – a lovely, touch that made the whole experience feel special and relaxed. The hotel restaurant is an absolute must. After scouting every other option in the area, we ended up eating there both nights of our stay because it was, without question, the best find around. The menu offers a fantastic selection, everything is cooked fresh to order, and every dish we tried was outstanding. The portions are generous yet perfectly judged – so much so that we sadly couldn’t squeeze in a dessert, though the menu looked every bit as tempting as the mains. The hotel itself has been decorated with real taste and care throughout. Our room was stunning – fresh, modern, and incredibly welcoming, while still feeling cosy and homely. It’s such a refreshing change from the usual tired, tacky seafront offerings; the team has clearly poured heart and soul into creating somewhere that feels both stylish and genuinely comforting. Overall, The Ocean is a superb find – one of those rare places that ticks every box and leaves you smiling from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area. A Perfect Day at The Bedingfeld Arms! What a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, The Bedingfeld Arms delivered exactly what we were hoping for—and more. Nestled in a charming location, it felt like a gentle escape into the countryside, with just the right mix of warmth and ease. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We lingered over our meal, not wanting it to end! The rooms were just what we needed: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was so lovely to wake up refreshed and step out into such a peaceful setting. While some might wish for a slightly more “posh” or traditional pub feel—Tom did miss the classic old-world touches like dark walnut floors and the scent of oak smoke in the air—we both appreciated the light, airy ambiance and modern comfort. It’s clear The Bedingfeld Arms has found its own style, and it’s working beautifully. Altogether, it was a delightful, cheerful, and refreshing day, and we’re so glad we chose to spend it here. La chambre était accessible et il y avait beaucoup d'espace et le lit était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très délicieux et chaud. La seule question pauvre était une odeur abominable dans la salle de bains. Nous avons dû pulvériser un déodorant là avant d'y être utilisé. Malheureusement, ce n'était pas ce que nous attendions.

Un hôtel très spacieux avec beaucoup de choses à faire. Un bar de taille décente et un restaurant, et était très occupé quand j'ai visité. J'avais une chambre unique dans le garret et, bien que sans air con, cela a été clairement indiqué lors de la réservation et je n'ai pas aimé. La chambre était très propre et, tout en étant décorée, était absolument bien. Il a une décoration très délicate et beaucoup de fonctionnalités de reproduction, pas moins les champs de fausses fausses dans le bar, ils étaient si étroites que je ne pouvais pas déplacer mon cou de manière appropriée pour prendre un verre. Et je crois que j'ai fait ça. J'ai entendu beaucoup de gens parler de la façon dont ils ont séjourné plusieurs fois. Très recommandé.

Service is perfect! They replied to our request immediately and the staff are attentive and friendly. One of the besf Holiday Inns we’d stayed.

C'est notre deuxième visite en tant que famille au Cromer Country Club. Cette visite nous avait étendu notre invitation à nos parents. Nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour de 4 nuits. Cet endroit est brillant et hébergé pour les familles. Nous avons un bébé de 9 mois. Nous avons demandé un appartement près de la route pour nous permettre un accès facile pour un pram. Comme ils l'ont fait. Personnel amical. Le restaurant servi pour notre bébé et la nourriture était délicieuse. Vous pouvez marcher à la côte confortablement. L'appartement était propre, mis à jour et accessible à notre famille. Nous recommanderions et allons encore.

Résidé dans l'hôtel du Dukes Head- Kings Lynn pour rencontrer des amis le jour avant le mariage. L'hôtel est situé dans le centre de la ville et se trouve à l'abri de la première vue dans de bonnes conditions à l'extérieur et au lobby. La chambre de l'autre côté n'était pas grande. La douche s'échappait, le sol n'était pas nettoyé. Le pire était placé près de l'ascenseur, le bruit était ridicule, comme avoir une télévision en plein volume toute la nuit. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable.

Looks a little run down outside and quite dated inside. We spent one night in a twin room which was reasonably clean however i would suggest they upgrade the mattress protectors. Nice little complementary tray with water, tea coffee sugar and biscuits. Staff on reception were very friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. Overall stay was good.

Receptionist was rude and unhelpful, maybe caught her on a bad day but as she was rude unhelpful and unwelcoming over our 3 day stay, we felt she let the whole hotel down. The rest of the staff were amazing! Helpful, cheerful, happy to go above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room. Had it not been for the lady on the front desk, I would have given a 5 star rating, but she really needs some retraining.  The rest of the staff, keep up the great work!

The summer room is a small cosy unit attached to the main house with a separate entrance. It's about 30 minutes's walk to the city centre. We preferred not to walk the quiet streets after dinner to get back to the flat. There are a lot of parking options and it's a flat rate of 3 to 4 quids after 5 pm to the next day.
