The location was perfect to get to local attractions, including the zoo, shopping, and hiking trails. The room and hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and good amenities. We had breakfast elsewhere, as there is no continental breakfast, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The only negative was that the fan in the bathroom was not functioning - or rather we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Otherwise, a good place to stay for a night at a reasonable price.

La chambre est trop sombre, la lumière est insuffisante, la chambre est un peu plus petite, la lumière du bain est bon, mais le papier de bois est très nombreux, et le papier est déplacé, il semble inhygiénique, les fleurs sont faibles, pas assez. La seule satisfaction est le petit-déjeuner de l'hallo, très délicieux, le service de la servitude est très bon, elle a des conseils supplémentaires, elle est très heureuse.

Notre chambre n'était pas prête pour environ 1 h 1/2 jusqu'à ce qu'on soit ici et nous avons besoin d'être prêts pour une fête à l'hôtel et nous avons dû porter nos bagages partout et nous n'étions pas en mesure d'être prêts dans notre chambre pour l'événement.

The service is okay. Our room appears clean. However, the gym is really small and does not have much equipment if you compare it with other hotels. The food is just your typical breakfast, but at the lower scale.No yogurt, just 2 kinds of fruits, and not a lot of choices. The worse thing though was that when we checked out, we realized that several car windows were smashed. Our car was spared though. Safety can be an issue here too.

Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️

Dans cette petite ville de Columbine, cet hôtel est d'un bon rapport qualité/prix, c'est super pas cher, et il y a un petit peu adapté aux chinois.
