The hotel was recently renovated, the lobby is nice with the stuff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for a 4 star hotel and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nous avons trouvé la chambre très rapidement et tout était propre, confortable et chaud. La chambre était très grande, plus grande que la plupart des chambres que vous trouverez à Bansko pour le même prix (nous avons payé 480 euros pour 7 nuits (2 personnes) avec demi-table. Le studio a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour deux personnes : réfrigérateur, baignoire, verre, plaques, tasses, etc. - Nous sommes venus avec notre voiture personnelle et le parking est énorme, donc il n'y a pas besoin de vous inquiéter pour le parking. Il y a aussi un parking sous-sol (limité) où vous pouvez garer votre voiture si vous voulez éviter la neige ou pour toute autre raison. - A proximité du parking il y a une salle de ski HUGE pour déposer vos skis et chaussures. - Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon. Si vous partez le matin à 7h30, quand il s'ouvre, tout est chaud, la nourriture est fraîche et beaucoup plus de possibilités que vous n'aurez normalement pour le petit déjeuner. La piscine, le jacuzzi, la sauna et le steamath ont la température correcte, peut-être le jacuzzi devrait être un peu plus chaud, mais cela dépend de la personne. Les toilettes et les pantalons sont fournis dans chaque chambre qui est un grand avantage. - Le bus de la navette à la gondole et à la remontée est très à temps, nous n'avons pas eu de problème quand nous l'avons utilisé. Nous n'avons pas utilisé chaque jour car il était assez foulé et nous avons parfois fait ski avec la voiture. - Internet fonctionne bien tant que vous ne cherchez pas à télécharger des films ou quelque chose de similaire. - Les serviettes de chambre qui ont changé chaque jour et les serviettes tous les 3 jours même après le deuxième changement, nous n'avions qu'une nuit supplémentaire pour rester. Les chauffe-glaces de la salle de ski pour vos chaussures ne fonctionnent pas ......Pourquoi faire un chauffe-glace 100 s'il n'est pas fonctionnant? Vous devez prendre vos chaussures dans la salle pour les chauffer. - Le parking sous-sol est parfois comme un dépôt. Tout sent comme ils construisent l'hôtel, mais je pense que ce n'est pas un problème, vous restez comme MAXIMUM 10 minutes dans le garage. - Le dîner n'est pas ce qu'il devrait être. Si vous avez des préférences moyennes, vous aurez toujours Dans les 7 jours que nous avons resté là, nous avons eu quelque chose de nouveau chaque jour, qui est super, mais la nourriture est COLD, vraiment COLD et est terrible de manger des aliments froids après un jour de ski. Il y a aussi des boissons non incluses .....as il est dans le trou Bansko ...à l'exception de quelques hôtels. - Certaines réglementations COVID ne sont pas respectées comme elles devraient être. No sign posting, whole place looks like a labirynth if you are there for the first time. Even reception has no posting, and as it is sideway to the main road, hard to find. A friend drove us to the place and was told if she does not leave within 10 to 15 min will be charged parking fee. We were placed in a room in Downtown 3 just above the disco club (apparently called piano bar melody) which seemed to work about 24 hrs. At 12 am the music was so loud I called reception and asked for assistance. They promised to help, but after one hour without any change I called them again and was told receptionist was alone and not able to come to the club. Instead he asked me to go down and ask for silence (!). I asked if I could have the room changed but needed help with a porter and some drive as the place is really huge. Not possible, had to come to reception, get the key and then move myself with all luggage and my 7 year old sleeping son to the new room. Not feasible at 1 am of course. I had to call 112 twice. As a result, after 2 am the music went slightly down. At 5.30 am I woke up, music was still being played.. Breakfast in the main restaurant average. French restaurant also average. The biggest problem of the place is that you need your room card to go through the hotel and spa area but if you are staying outside the hotel part your card does not work for the hotel and spa. You need another card for the spa which does not work everywhere. At 8.30 pm on our way out from the spa my son and I ended up locked in a tiny area about 4 Sq. M. with 3 doors which our two cards did not open. Dark, no people, hard to tell where you are. Luckily I had my phone with me so called reception to ask for help. We even did not know where we were. Very frustrated experience. Would not recommend this place at all.

Un séjour à Regnum Bansko est certainement digne de la peine. Les accents réels de la place étaient la zone spa, qui comprend une piscine, un jacuzzi, plusieurs saunas, un massage, des douches et des chaises de salon, et le restaurant. Le personnel était très professionnel et prêt à nous prendre sur nous pour les avoir. Et la nourriture - oh mon Dieu la nourriture. Si vous ne êtes pas des Balkans, vous le devez à vous-même d'essayer les soupes ici, ainsi que l'oeuf et le sauce, mais vraiment, tout sur le menu était brillant. Je donne à ce lieu un solide 10.
