We stayed at the Melissa gold coast hotel from the 11th until the 18th of october with a last-minute booking. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It is a mid-sized, family managed hotel, located in the center of Psakoudia (Sithonia). It is very close to a good quality (private) beach, but due to the period we were here, it was not really beach weather. Even then, Giannis provided sunbeds just for us. During the season, the hotel offers a swimming pool and enough entertainment for young and old, including a beach bar. Also regular Greek nights are organised. We had a big enough studio with a view at a small park, which was basic and clean. It had a small kitchen with enough equipment (pots,pans knives, forks, a waterheater, refrigerator and an oven with 2 pits). It had a well-sized bathroom and a good size terras. The double bed had a good matrass. After a few days, it became colder, but we were pleasantly surprised we could turn the airconditioner to also heat up the room! This was really an added value. Nothing was too much to ask. We arrived at 3'o clock in the night and Giannis was still waiting for us to give us the key and showed us the way! (Just one hint if you rent a car and use the GPS. The hotel is in the middle of 2 streets, but the main entrance is not at the beach side, but at the upper street). Although we were the only guests present, Giannis prepared each day a great breakfast for us and he had the time to sit down with us. He provided a lot of information what to do and what to visit. He even showed us enough information to do a 3 day tour around Halkidiki and each day he listened proudly what we did the previous day. (You could hear that he was very proud of his home region). Since the hotel was located in the middle of Psakoudia, you have a big choice of restaurants, but again, due to the time of the season, only 2 were open (which we could find). There were no shops open, but you could find 2 supermarkets in the neighborhood. In short, we had a great time at the Melissa Gold coast hotel, also thanks to Giannis and we will definitively come back. We also liked Halkidiki. It was our first visit to the mainland and although the weather was not very coöperative (which was to be expected that late in the season), we enjoyed visiting the peninsula. Thanks to Giannis and his family to make our visit a very enjoyable one. Hope to see you again soon!

Les chambres sont très confortables, les chambres sont très confortables et les chambres sont très confortables. Nous avons réservé ceci par des échappements secrets qui offrent généralement un hébergement de luxe, mais cet hôtel est très fatigué dans les lieux. Il a été rénové dans des zones et ces zones sont dégustables en palette monochrome, mais les couloirs sont assez fous et les faux plafonds sont enroulés dans le cadre. Les toilettes sur le sol étaient bizarres, les toilettes bloquaient les portes de l'ouverture complète. C'était silencieux mais très bizarre. Le côté de la piscine était vert qui semblait vraiment horrible comme vous vous demandez si les bactéries sont là ou si elle est juste vieille. Si vous le peignez comme il est vraiment hors de la mise. Le type de piscine était délicieux mais les serviettes de piscine étaient sans spot. La nourriture était assez jolie pour être équitable. Pas une grande option, mais ce que j'avais toujours été délicieux. Le petit déjeuner en particulier était jolie, de grandes œufs cramés. Nous avons payé 300 £ chacun pour 3 nuits, puis un autre 200 £ sur les taxis de l'aéroport de Thessalonique, alors essayez de faire un transfert construit dans le voyage comme cela n'était pas prévu. Globalement, je donne à l'hôtel une star 2/3 qui est une honte parce que le personnel est si gentil et je peux voir combien ils sont durs, le décor est magnifiquement juste besoin d'un peu d'argent dépensé dans les zones communes et passer pour 4 étoiles.
