La qualité du prix est cohérente. Nettoyage que sur demande, sans changement de vêtement. Shampoo et climatiseurs ne sont pas disponibles, placez un petit savon. Personnel poli et bienvenu. Il y a un parking, dans la chambre climatiseur, le Wi-Fi est faible. Dans un hôtel simple et budget, votre argent vaut la peine.

Myself and my partner had the best stay at De Pearla resort. Farah the host was the best. He cooked us the most amazing meals, helped us with anything we needed assistance with and made our trip so special. He even showed us how to cook biriyani! My girlfriend became ill with a fever on one of the days and Farah went above and beyond to make sure that we were all ok and looked after. It really felt like we became part of the family. His son was also very helpful and kind to us. De Perla is a tranquil slice of Paradise that felt like a home away from home. It was always so amazing to come back to after a long day surfing and the craziness of Arugam Bay. We hope that we come back here again one day. Thank you Farah. We hope we meet again!

Our stay here was lovely! The hotel is in a good location being a very short 2 min walk to the beach with many restaurants and shops around to go too! The rooms were a good size, clean and the beds were comfy. The mosquito net around the bed is one of the best we have seen and does in fact cover the whole bed. You can choose between AC/non AC when you get there which are different prices. The staff are super friendly, helpful and make sure your stay in the hotel is perfect! I would 100% recommend here to stay!

色々とありすぎましたが、総合的にスタッフは皆とても一生懸命で優しくて良い人たちでした！ まず、Trip.comで予約していた4泊分の予約がチェックイン時に予約されていなかった様子。スタッフはたくさんいるのですが英語で問題なく意思疎通できるスタッフが2人くらいしかおらず毎回なかなかその2人に当たらない笑。 バタバタと部屋に案内されるもエアコンのリモコンが見当たらず、ちょうどスタッフがタオルを持ってきてくれて(恐らく急いで提供した部屋だったので準備が完璧ではない部屋だったのかな？)そのタイミングでリモコンをお願いすると比較的すぐ持ってきてくれました。wi-fiパスワードが電話に手書きで書いてあるがかすれて読めずまたスタッフを探して聞く笑。 お湯が出ると思っていたら常温(始めちょっと冷たいけど頑張って浴びているとなぜかだんだんあったかくなってる気がする不思議、でも温度は全く同じだった笑)で水圧もかなり弱い。スタッフにお願いするも温度は恐らくどうにもならない模様。水圧だけでもとお願いしたら少しだけ良くなりました。ただ次の日の夜になるとまた水圧が弱いので4日間毎日シャワー前に水圧を調整してもらうようお願いをしていた。水圧チェックを確かめに来る時にスタッフが靴のままバスマットにのり、水で靴も濡れてる為、バスマットが黒く… 2日連続これをされたので、水圧良くなったのでチェックはも大丈夫ですーとこちらから伝えた。文化の違いかもしれないけどやはりゲストのバスマットが黒くなるのとか気にしないのかな。 Trip.com (***********も同様) に載っていたランドリーサービス、自転車無料貸出、両替などは全てなかったです笑 ロケーションは海の目の前で気持ちいいです。町中までも歩いて10〜20分で着きますが、私は夜の野良犬が怖すぎて(昼は寝ててのんびりしているのに夜はスーパーアクティブ..)毎回トゥクトゥクを使わざるをえなかったです。 ホテル自体は悪くないですが、やはりシャワーだけがどうしても気になりました。あと停電は毎日頻繁におこりました。(特に困りはしなかったですが長い時で数時間笑) スタッフは本当にみんな問題を解決しようと必死で要望を聞いてくれようとします。とても穏やかでフレンドリーでハニカミ笑顔をいつもしてくれます笑 ただ英語が結構弱いので根気強く伝えるのが必要です。

Great location just a short walk from the beach. Dennis was our host when we were there and he was absolutely fantastic, recommended good restaurants, helped organise transport, looked after us at breakfast and made you feel extremely welcome. Rooms are certainly ok for the price you’re paying but refurbishment is needed. Showers didn’t seem to have hot water, air conditioning was great though.

Welcome to Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. Nice hotel with great swimming pool. Hotel is close to the beach, you can walk there very fast. Service was good, friendly and kind staff with great English language skills. My friend and she's family really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Swimming pool, also to childrens pool was very nice size and well maintained, very clean water and surrounding.

J'ai séjourné ici deux jours avec mes amis. Le service est très bon. J'ai acheté de la viande bovine et du phoque pour la transformation de la cuisine. Le personnel est toujours à côté de l'aide. Pas moins de 3 minutes de marche est très pratique à la mer. Voir la superbe belleur de l'aube et de la terre. L'environnement de l'hôtel est également meilleur. L'air sanitaire est propre. Si vous voulez aller encore, choisissez cette maison.

This excellent hotel is really a resort. It is off the beaten path, but worth the extra travel time to get there. The staff are very friendly and the food at both restaurants is very good. There is easy access to the beach and it’s quiet. We were there for new years. I highly recommend it!

Отель в общем нам понравился, но соседская собака.. она лает просто так и ночью плохо спит.. В комнате кондиционер и вентилятор. При заезде в номере была вода, но по продлению ее не добавляют. Через трип ком завтраки платные, 1000руп на двоих, нам не понравился первый, больше не просили. Жить можно)
