We recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional ryokan, and we cannot express enough gratitude for the wonderful experience. Every morning, we were treated to meticulously prepared, delicious breakfasts that set the tone for incredibly relaxing days. The Okami-san's (female inn manager) warm hospitality ensured our trip was comfortable and memorable. We were particularly impressed by the introduction to Nagahama's charming local cuisine, which allowed us to truly appreciate the culinary delights of Ehime prefecture. The attentive service and authentic Japanese experience made our stay unforgettable. We really enjoyed the full Japanese Inn experience at Ebisuya Ryokan. This means you have a private room for sleeping but shared facilities for toilet and bathing. There are also very comfortable, relaxed shared lounge and reading areas. The whole Ryokan was beautifully appointed with traditional Japanese furniture. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and despite our limited Japanese we managed to communicate effectively. The room was large and beautifully appointed. The traditional bedding was laid out for us during dinner, which was served downstairs in the restaurant/dining area. The dinner was filling and delicious with an emphasis on seafood. The onsite onsens were glorious after a day travelling and they are not segregated by sex and can be locked so you can have a private onsen with your partner or family. Breakfast was also sumptuous and very traditional Japanese. If you would like to visit a less travelled part of Japan I would recommend this ryokan. Great access to the beautiful Sadamisaki Peninsula. The local town also has some great cafes!

Il y a un supermarché juste en bas de la route (environ 5 minutes à pied) - qui est très utile si vous voulez acheter des carottes etc pour les lapins! Merci beaucoup!

This graceful ryokan has been running a business for 150 years located in a sedated little town. Maybe it’s off season. I felt I was in the middle of nowhere worrying what to do with my time there. However Izumi San the host has been helping me above and beyond trying to make me feel welcome. She escorted me to and from the onsen each night punctually. She got all the information for me to rent a bicycle and get me the bus time table ready for me to travel to Hiroshima. Btw the bike ride was amazing and is a must do for islands hopping. Although we communicated mostly through Google translate and some of my broken Japanese. We have had some good laugh. Chaume did offer me couple of restful nights. To Izumi San, arigato gozaimasu. 💝

Lors de mon voyage en solo, j'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel capsule, situé près de la gare et doté d'une source thermale ! Malgré son prix abordable, il proposait plusieurs types de sources thermales et de saunas, ce qui était parfait pour se détendre et récupérer de la fatigue du voyage ! Après un bain dans la source thermale, je me suis relaxée dans l'espace extérieur, en lisant mon manga préféré et en profitant d'un massage dans un fauteuil massant. Ce fut une expérience vraiment enrichissante, et je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Imabari !

The ryokan is located very near the Vine bridge but is quite old looking. The dinner and breakfast are super delicious and is the Japanese style with many small dishes. It was the accommodation with the best dining options throughout my 19 days travel in japan. There is a bathhouse in the ryokan which guests can use. The rooms are all located on the 2nd or 3rd floor, together with the toilet and shower. Room was huge with tatami and can fit in at least 4 person. We were allowed to bring our bikes into the room but we laid them on some cloth to prevent the dirtying of the flooring. Good value for money

Dans deux jours, je suis à vélo à Bo Haide, à partir de la route de la fin, je suis resté la première nuit pour demander au peuple, l'hygiène, l'équipement est inconfortable, une nuit de repos confortable. Il y a un chaud à proximité, 20h00 ferme la porte, vous pouvez acheter des billets au magasin, peu de choses.

The place is really accessible to Dogo Onsen. It is clean & the front desk staff is kind & welcoming. She also tried her best to talk to me in English. My only problem is that since the divider is so thin that I could hear the loud snore of the person in the room & the sounds in the next room. Hoping they would provide earbuds to their guests or bring your own. Toilets are only two on the 2nd floor, one of them is for both gender which will be troublesome if everyone leaves at the same time. But generally it is a good place to stay.

En tout cas, le paysage est super. Tout dans la chambre est de la mode et soigneusement, tout est satisfaisant à mes sentiments. Comme l'ont dit les commentaires. Je ne veux pas l'introduire parce que je ne veux pas réserver. Les magazines de voyages à son nez ont également été conservés. Si vous êtes un peu court, la photo change ... Je veux rester encore.

Vous pouvez choisir votre oreiller, votre shampoing et vos produits de soin préférés. Des pyjamas japonais et occidentaux sont disponibles. Le petit-déjeuner est également bon. Il y a un petit onsen, des fauteuils de massage gratuits, du café et d'autres boissons. L'emplacement est excellent.
