Looking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!

Le prix est abordable, les chambres sont propres et les gens sont amis. Cependant, il n'y a qu'un sec de cheveux dans le bâtiment, ce qui le rend super inconvenant, et aucun pantalon n'est fourni. Une autre préoccupation serait la sécurité, la ville de Pasay est plus locale, vous pouvez rencontrer un vrai style de vie, mais il y a des risques de se mettre en difficulté, je pense. En tout état de cause, après avoir séjourné 3 jours là, je recommande toujours aux voyageurs de cet hôtel.

Yet, you're only a short, manageable walk away from major hubs like SM Megamall, Capitol Commons, and Shangri-La Plaza. If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10) The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete. * Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss. * Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient. Verdict: If your priorities are location, safety, and having a good, functional space with excellent staff—and you're willing to overlook some minor facility and logistics kinks—The Studio 18 Residences is a smart and affordable choice. I had a truly amazing stay at Astrotel Cubao! Its prime location is unbeatable—right near all major mass transportation options, Gateway Mall with its fantastic restaurants, and the Araneta Coliseum. Everything you need is within easy reach. The amenities impressed me, especially the strong WiFi connection that worked flawlessly. Rooms are quiet, allowing for peaceful rest without any noise disturbances. The food is decent and satisfying, and the rooms themselves are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Shoutout to the excellent room attendants—Junjun, Rainier, Christian, and Brice—who do outstanding work and are super approachable and friendly. (I couldn't catch the lobby staff names yet, as they seemed a bit less engaging with guests, but that's minor.) Overall, this hotel is a top pick for travelers, friends, or family trips. Book it—you won't be disappointed!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable à l'hôtel Skyport. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et impeccables, avec une décoration soignée et un lit impeccable. Le personnel était attentionné et a fait tout son possible pour que nous soyons à l'aise. À noter également la navette gratuite pour l'aéroport. Tout était parfait. Je n'ai rien à redire sur cet endroit et j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

L'hôtel est propre, malgré certains commentaires mentionnant la présence d'insectes. Nous y avons séjourné pour ma prestation de serment. Il est situé près du PICC et abrite un magasin Alfamart et une agence BDO au rez-de-chaussée. J'ai simplement oublié de demander une couverture supplémentaire. La chambre dispose d'une douche avec eau chaude et froide, et une cuisine équipée est mise à disposition pendant le séjour. La réservation est simple et la confirmation rapide.

L'hôtel est super si vous allez dans la région d'Intramuros. C'est très proche de tous les endroits intéressants. Quant à l'hôtel, il a vraiment un bon rapport qualité/prix car il dispose d'un wifi puissant, il y a plus d'une chaîne de télévision, il y a beaucoup de prises pour votre chargeur, il y a une mini-ref, et il y a même un sèche-cheveux ! Cependant, je suggérerais un seau et un tabo et/ou un bidet. J'aime le fait qu'ils nous ont permis de placer nos affaires à l'hôtel pendant que nous parcourions Intramuros et Ermita avant de partir pour l'aéroport. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Cet hôtel pittoresque est situé à côté du parc Paco. Le bâtiment présente un style ancien qui s'accorde parfaitement avec son emplacement. La climatisation et la douche chaude et froide fonctionnent également. Mon souci est que les crottes de chat ou de chien dans le couloir du premier étage n'ont pas été nettoyées immédiatement. Nous avons demandé un service de ménage, mais il n'y en a pas eu pendant notre séjour de deux jours. L'hôtel a cependant réapprovisionné les bouteilles d'eau et les serviettes.

If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.
