Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

Bel hôtel propre, à 10 minutes à pied du centre et il y a quand même des bars et des restaurants à proximité, personnel très gentil et serviable, excellent SPA

Hôtel très agréable et propre, avec un personnel plaisant. Le service client était excellent et le service de taxi (prise en charge et dépose) est efficace et abordable. Le personnel de la réception et l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel étaient très courtois. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et savoureux, même si un choix plus varié pourrait être proposé. J'ai passé un excellent séjour au Troci et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui visitent l'Albanie 😊.

Très bon hôtel, très gentil. En tant que client fréquent de l'hôtel, je porte une grande attention à chaque détail. Tout était agréable de check-in jusqu'à check-out. Le personnel était ami et utile. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spéciales. Le petit déjeuner était bon. La vue du parc à partir de la fenêtre de la chambre était vraiment agréable

Le petit déjeuner était bon, les nouvelles chambres étaient belles, mais nous avons eu un problème avec l'ac pendant 2 jours et ils ne nous ont transférés que le deuxième jour.

Très bon séjour en couple, tout était merveilleux. Tout le personnel est très sympathique (note spéciale pour Ami la réceptionniste qui était incroyablement au petits soins et attentionnée à tous les détails pendant tout le séjour)  Merci SKANDERBEG RESORT

Были здесь на одну ночь, перед вылетом. Отель для этих целей удобный: можно прогуляться в большой парк, и провести там несколько часов. А утром был фантастический завтрак. Единственное, что не понравилось - микроскопические номера. Как Radisson за эти деньги допустил такое, непонятно. Порой там в прямом смысле не развернуться.
