Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

We booked a total of 5 nights through Trip.com. Unfortunately, 3 of those nights were unsuitable for proper rest due to serious problems with the room. There was an extremely strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted for a long time. We reported the problem several times to the reception and also contacted the hotel by email, but unfortunately the issue was not adequately resolved. The smell was so strong that when we left the hotel, our clothes and personal belongings had absorbed the unpleasant smell, as well as the strong scent of the air freshener that was used to try to cover it. We fully understand that a technical problem or unpleasant smell may not necessarily be caused directly by the hotel. However, we believe that dealing with such a problem properly and in a timely manner is the hotel's responsibility. We booked this hotel in order to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately this was not possible. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 8-year-old child, and our sleep was significantly disturbed for 3 nights. Despite reporting the problem several times, we did not receive any compensation or adequate solution from the hotel during our stay. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. We found the selection to be very limited and repetitive, and in our opinion it did not meet the standard we would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we feel that the quality of the service and the conditions during our stay did not correspond to the standard advertised for a 5-star hotel.

The sea view was breathtaking, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast spread offered a perfect balance of local and international choices and tested absolutely amazing. What made my stay stand out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. If I can add more stars I would 😀

الغرفة كانت في الدور الأول وفي الثانية ليلا صوت السكرانين في الوبي أيقظني من النوم و دام الإزعاج ساعات قريب من مطاعم تفتح قريب الفجر انتبه اغلبهم خارج عقولهم الذين عند المقاهي قرب الفندق في ساعات الليل المتأخر

Hôtel très bien. Personnel très serviable. PDJ très bien. Chambre super confortable. Juste un bémol, le chauffeur de taxi que nous avions réservé pour aller à l'aéroport est arrivé en retard, donc pas top. La réceptionniste l'a appelé à plusieurs reprises. Sinon, bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Très bon hôtel, très gentil. En tant que client fréquent de l'hôtel, je porte une grande attention à chaque détail. Superbe établissement au coeur de la ville, le personnel est très agréable et les services excellents. Grande piscine, resto, bars enfin bref un resort en centre ville.

Tout était agréable de check-in jusqu'à check-out. Le personnel était ami et utile. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spéciales. Le petit déjeuner était bon. La vue du parc à partir de la fenêtre de la chambre était vraiment agréable

Были здесь на одну ночь, перед вылетом. Отель для этих целей удобный: можно прогуляться в большой парк, и провести там несколько часов. А утром был фантастический завтрак. Единственное, что не понравилось - микроскопические номера. Как Radisson за эти деньги допустил такое, непонятно. Порой там в прямом смысле не развернуться.
