Meraviglioso hotel da 5 stelle in centro vicino alle principali attrazioni ! La colazione continentale è buonissima: cornetti vari, torte di diverso gusto , frutta fresca di diverso tipo e della migliore qualità e tanto altro! Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e accoglienti. Il personale è molto gentile! Consigliatissimo!

We booked a total of 5 nights through Trip.com. Unfortunately, 3 of those nights were unsuitable for proper rest due to serious problems with the room. There was an extremely strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted for a long time. We reported the problem several times to the reception and also contacted the hotel by email, but unfortunately the issue was not adequately resolved. The smell was so strong that when we left the hotel, our clothes and personal belongings had absorbed the unpleasant smell, as well as the strong scent of the air freshener that was used to try to cover it. We fully understand that a technical problem or unpleasant smell may not necessarily be caused directly by the hotel. However, we believe that dealing with such a problem properly and in a timely manner is the hotel's responsibility. We booked this hotel in order to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately this was not possible. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 8-year-old child, and our sleep was significantly disturbed for 3 nights. Despite reporting the problem several times, we did not receive any compensation or adequate solution from the hotel during our stay. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. We found the selection to be very limited and repetitive, and in our opinion it did not meet the standard we would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we feel that the quality of the service and the conditions during our stay did not correspond to the standard advertised for a 5-star hotel.

upreme Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail from the room to the warmth of the staff reflected exceptional hospitality. The sea view was breathtaking, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast spread offered a perfect balance of local and international choices and tested absolutely amazing. What made my stay stand out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. If I can add more stars I would 😀

Hôtel très élégant dans le quartier central et nocturne de Tirana. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet chaud et froid. Le spa et la piscine chauffée comprennent également le sauna et le jacuzzi. tout inclus dans le prix de la chambre sans aucune limite de temps. chambres spacieuses avec tout le confort. Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain voyage en Albanie

Hôtel très bien. Personnel très serviable. PDJ très bien. Chambre super confortable. Juste un bémol, le chauffeur de taxi que nous avions réservé pour aller à l'aéroport est arrivé en retard, donc pas top. La réceptionniste l'a appelé à plusieurs reprises. Sinon, bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

La décoration intérieure est d'une élégance absolue et le petit-déjeuner était délicieux. Pour un établissement 5 étoiles, un choix plus large au petit-déjeuner rehausserait encore l'expérience. L'ajout d'une piscine et d'un bar raffiné pour les apéritifs en soirée compléterait parfaitement l'atmosphère de l'hôtel. En résumé, un séjour raffiné et agréable.

J'ai passé de merveilleuses vacances d'anniversaire à l'hôtel Arka ♥️♥️♥️ Un hôtel magnifique, agréable et esthétiquement plaisant, l'un des meilleurs d'Albanie ! À visiter absolument ! Excellent service xx

La chambre était confortable et il y avait beaucoup de touristes français. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, mais il y a peu de viande, seulement des saucisses. L'eau de la piscine a besoin d'une purification supplémentaire et est un peu trouble. Il y a des sites pittoresques tels que les pyramides à proximité.

Tout était agréable de check-in jusqu'à check-out. Le personnel était ami et utile. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spéciales. Le petit déjeuner était bon. La vue du parc à partir de la fenêtre de la chambre était vraiment agréable

Были здесь на одну ночь, перед вылетом. Отель для этих целей удобный: можно прогуляться в большой парк, и провести там несколько часов. А утром был фантастический завтрак. Единственное, что не понравилось - микроскопические номера. Как Radisson за эти деньги допустил такое, непонятно. Порой там в прямом смысле не развернуться.
