En plus, il s'agit d'un hôtel nouveau, malheureusement, ils ont un peu à travailler, car il y a quelques bugs sur le système. Le personnel essaie cependant ce qui compte à la fin.

Hotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx 300gbp for three adualts but only ended up getting 2 beds and a sofa couch - even the woman who came in mentioned we were given the wrong room. The hot water kept going cold during showers and when the fire alarm went off with ALL electricity going off in thw roo. for approx 40 minutes the staff said this was normal and nothing was able to be done. It was more the attitude at reception that made things even worse. This all falls far below of what is expected from the Leonardo group. Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price The hotel feels very outdated. The room I stayed in had plain, poorly painted walls and overall looked quite old. The bed was especially uncomfortable—it was actually two single beds pushed together, and they kept shifting apart during the night. The third floor, where my room was located, had a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was also in need of serious renovation; everything felt worn and far from modern standards. Given the condition of the facilities, the high price is definitely not justified. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Leonardo Club was the perfect Dead Sea trip! When we needed to change our room because of neighbors who smoked, Tamar handled it politely and immediately. Shlomit called us several times to make sure we were happy. We have never gotten the attention that Shlomit gave us from any hotel! Shlomit also recommended the ”wet trail” hike at Nachal Bokek. It was great and it was free. Shlomit also recommended a hike to ”Zohar Fortress.” What a beautiful and historic place! Also free. The food was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean. The workers were pleasant and polite. We couldn't ask for more.

The Israeli breakfast was included in the room fee, and was excellent. Indeed, I only needed one other meal for the rest of the day, The servioce people were excellent. I used the laundry service which was prompt and efficient. The rooom cleaing service was excellent, by a wonderful Gilipina

L'hôtel est très proche de l'arrêt de bus, il y a des centres commerciaux à proximité, à 5 minutes à pied, la vie et le shopping sont très pratiques ! L'hôtel possède sa propre plage et sa propre piscine, parfaites pour s'imprégner de l'hôtel ! L'inconvénient est que les équipements de la chambre sont un peu vieux.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour une chambre triple. Après le magasin, nous ne nous avons donné qu'une chambre avec un grand lit double. Il n'y avait qu'un seul peignoir, les serviettes et les serviettes de bain étaient en configuration double. Nous sommes allés à la réception pour demander, la réception a dit de nous contacter pour une solution, mais quand nous sommes revenus de la mer Morte, il n'y avait toujours pas de changement. Considérant que la voiture a été ouverte pendant une journée et que nous sommes restés une nuit, nous étions trop paresseux pour aller à la théorie. Mais j'espère que votre entreprise pourra obtenir justice pour nous.
